Very Knowledgeable about the vast area of Tanzania and all the animals, oraganised and friendly
5/5

I had the privilege of experiencing a safari with Msangai Adventures in Ngorongoro and Nkaiti, it was truly unforgettable. From the very beginning, the team was professional, warm, and attentive, making sure every detail of the journey was perfectly arranged.

Our guide was not only highly knowledgeable about the wildlife and ecosystems but also incredibly passionate about conservation and local culture. Thanks to his expertise, we were able to spot the Big Five and so many other animals up close, all while learning fascinating facts about their behavior and habitats.

The safari vehicle was comfortable, well-equipped, and ideal for photography. What really stood out was the personalized touch—Msangai Adventures made us feel like more than just tourists, they made us feel like part of a family exploring the beauty of Tanzania together.

The Ngorongoro Crater itself is breathtaking, but experiencing it with a company that values quality service, safety, and authenticity elevated the entire trip.

I would highly recommend Msangai Adventures to anyone looking for a genuine, memorable, and enriching safari experience in Ngorongoro and beyond. They exceeded all my expectations, and I will definitely book with them again in the future.

Hope Tours Africa did an excellent job! We visited Akagera and Nyungwe in just two days, and the trip exceeded expectations with smooth logistics, comfortable travel, and unforgettable moments in Rwanda’s most beautiful parks. Everyone in our group enjoyed it. Highly recommended!

Very informative and quick to respond to questions.
5/5

Amazing tour, well planned. Sammy was an amazing driver and guide, always getting us the best view to see and photo animals and very informative. We saw the big seven during our trip, experienced a balloon flight over the Masai Mara and a meal at the carnivore restaraunt all organised by Silas.

Our tour guide Jonny Jackson was very experienced and capable
5/5

We had a very comfortable trip with Axis africa safaris. All the accommodation provided were clean, safe and comfortable. Out guide through the safari Johnny jackson was very capable and helpful. We were able to spot the big fives within 4hrs since the start of our safari, thanks to Jonny’s experience. He also helped in getting us a closeup shot of a cheetah and a leopard.

He was friendly, extemly competent in finding animals and passionate by his job.
5/5

The discovery of Kruger Park with SAFARIBOOKINGS was a great experience. It was amazing to discover the animals, the landscape, and really feel the Park’s pulse. Our tour guide was making the experience unique. He was able to find animals we could hardly see since being mixed within the landscape. We made a second day asking him again.

Wildly Flexible: 9 Days of Serengeti Smile Safari Magic
5/5

Exceptional 9-Day Safari with Serengeti Smile

We just returned from a 9-day Tanzanian adventure with Serengeti Smile—and it exceeded every expectation. From the moment we contacted them to plan our trip through Tarangire, the northern and southern Serengeti, Ngorongoro Crater, Olduvai Gorge, and a one-day Kilimanjaro hike, their flexibility and attention to detail stood out.

Tailor-Made Planning and Smooth Communication

• Our main contact, Jonyo, crafted a personalized itinerary that perfectly matched our interests, schedule, and pace.
• Even once on safari, Serengeti Smile accommodated last-minute changes—swapping a scheduled game drive for a visit to the Olduvai Museum on short notice.
• All questions were answered promptly in clear English, and small hiccups (like our very early check-in) were handled seamlessly.

Incredible Wildlife Encounters with Driver Zeck

Our guide, Zeck, proved that experience and passion make all the difference:

• He knew exactly where to find the animals we dreamed of—Big Five and beyond (gazelles, big cats, monkeys, hippos, crocodiles, lizards, and a kaleidoscope of birds).
• Thanks to his network of fellow guides and savvy radio updates, we even stayed out two extra hours one night to catch sight of a cheetah and two leopards—returning to camp well past dusk but thrilled at the experience.
• We witnessed the epic Mara River crossing twice in one day (though I sadly missed one crossing while down with stomach issues—guess I’ll have to go back!).

Accommodations, Meals, and Practical Tips

• You’ll move camps almost every day, which can feel hectic—so pack light.
• We opted for breakfast, dinner, and a simple lunch box; while we occasionally envied others’ hot midday meals, our choice kept the focus on wildlife viewing rather than meal prep.
• Camp accommodations offered high-quality food each morning and evening, and it was easy to refuel between game drives.

Final Thoughts and Recommendation

This trip wasn’t just about ticking off famous landmarks or spotting the Big Five—it was about feeling immersed in the African wilderness, guided by people who genuinely care. Serengeti Smile delivered professionalism, local expertise, and genuine warmth at every turn. We’re heading home with nearly 3,000 photos and videos, memories of twice witnessing the great wildebeest migration crossing, and a deeper appreciation for Tanzania’s beauty.

If you’re dreaming of a bespoke Tanzanian safari that balances adventure with comfort, look no further than Serengeti Smile. We can’t recommend them highly enough!

Overall, it was a wonderful and comfortable journey.
5/5

Our trip in Kenya this time was extremely well-organized. Our tour guide Brain is good at searching animals, so we saw a great number of animals, including the Big Five—elephants, lions, leopards, rhinos, and buffalos—as well as giraffes and zebras. It was a truly amazing journey. The drives were generally comfortable, and the accommodation was good. All in all, it was an unforgettable trip.

Professional, Reliable, top Tier!
5/5

From our first interaction with Godwin, we felt confident we were in good hands. His communication was clear, efficient, and transparent. Before confirming any bookings, he ensured Gorilla Trekking permits were available for our preferred dates in Bwindi. This led to some necessary adjustments due to the limited daily permit availability, but we appreciated his diligence—especially compared to another agency that was ready to proceed without verifying permit availability.

Godwin worked closely with us to refine our itinerary, and once on the ground, it became clear he truly understands how to craft a memorable experience.

When one of our self-booked flights was delayed and our luggage didn’t arrive on time, Emmanuel—our guide—stepped in seamlessly. He handled all airport communications, completed the paperwork, and personally retrieved our luggage at 3:00 AM, allowing us to begin our day as planned at 6:00 AM.

Emmanuel was exceptional. His deep knowledge of nature, culture, and local life enriched our journey. He answered every question with clarity and insight, and even made thoughtful adjustments to our itinerary to enhance our experience. His proactive coordination with local service providers and excellent time management ensured we enjoyed every activity without feeling rushed, while maintaining meaningful interactions with the local community.

Each accommodation was well-chosen, offering great comfort, service, and location.

Thanks to Emmanuel, Godwin, the Deluxe Vacation Team, and the warm-hearted people of Uganda, we left with unforgettable memories and a deep appreciation for this beautiful country.

Thank you all for an incredible experience!

Maximum reliability and accuracy.
5/5

My safari was fantastic, I saw amazing animals!
They understood what I wanted and organized the safari accordingly. The animals were important to me, I didn't ask for luxury, so I got exactly from Zepisa what I asked for. They didn't offer the lowest price among several other companies, but it was probably the best value for money. Communication was good via email, and Nyemo typically responded quickly to my questions.
The organization was perfect and Omaru was an outstanding guide.
Which doesn't matter much in retrospect, but it does help improve the service:
1. Just before departure I asked for a final itinerary, which was not up to date, it was the same one I had received months earlier.
2. Unfortunately Lake Manyara is nowhere near what it was a few years ago. I should have been informed about this.
Apart from small inconveniences of Taji House everything went very well. If I were to go again, I would ask Zepisa Tours to organize it again!
