Before confirming any bookings, he ensured Gorilla Trekking permits were available for our preferred dates in Bwindi. This led to some necessary adjustments due to the limited daily permit availability, but we appreciated his diligence—especially compared to another agency that was ready to proceed without verifying permit availability.

When one of our self-booked flights was delayed and our luggage didn’t arrive on time, Emmanuel—our guide—stepped in seamlessly. He handled all airport communications, completed the paperwork, and personally retrieved our luggage at 3:00 AM, allowing us to begin our day as planned at 6:00 AM.
Emmanuel was exceptional. His deep knowledge of nature, culture, and local life enriched our journey. He answered every question with clarity and insight, and even made thoughtful adjustments to our itinerary to enhance our experience. His proactive coordination with local service providers and excellent time management ensured we enjoyed every activity without feeling rushed, while maintaining meaningful interactions with the local community.

Maximum reliability and accuracy.
My safari was fantastic, I saw amazing animals!
They understood what I wanted and organized the safari accordingly. The animals were important to me, I didn't ask for luxury, so I got exactly from Zepisa what I asked for. They didn't offer the lowest price among several other companies, but it was probably the best value for money. Communication was good via email, and Nyemo typically responded quickly to my questions.
The organization was perfect and Omaru was an outstanding guide.
Which doesn't matter much in retrospect, but it does help improve the service:
1. Just before departure I asked for a final itinerary, which was not up to date, it was the same one I had received months earlier.
2. Unfortunately Lake Manyara is nowhere near what it was a few years ago. I should have been informed about this.
Apart from small inconveniences of Taji House everything went very well. If I were to go again, I would ask Zepisa Tours to organize it again!

I joined a 3-day Masai Mara tour with guide Kevin, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. Kevin was not only a skilled driver but also very knowledgeable about the animals and local cultures. He answered all my questions with patience and enthusiasm. The company itself was highly professional and made sure everything was well organized. Because of this, I was able to fully enjoy breathtaking views, encounter incredible wildlife, and take some amazing photos.

We booked a tour easily and simple. Paid the minimum price, and received maximum colichesvo points on the program. Especially I want to note the Navy jeep with comfortable seats, safety on all the way. The best impressions were made by Eric and driver John. They always tried to do as best for us. Always helped us and did all our wishes. We saw all the animals from a big five and even more. We were very much saphari. I recommend everyone to buy Safari from this firm. It's a key to excellent travel!

Fantastic tours, easy booking and great experience
From the outset Munashe and the team at Fuhara (Matthew, 'Hippo', Tomic, Delight and everyone else we met) were amazing. Great communication and we added on transfers, a Vic falls tour and sunset cruise all at the budget prices (better than any other provider we enquired with). The tours were brilliant, information filled and safe. We did the budget camping option for Chobe 2d/1n and the camp tent was great for us under the stars with a camp fire. Also a unique tour as you get two game drives and two boat trips, which most other companies do or offer. They were able to cater for vegetarian diet easily too.
Overall excellent experience and thank you to the whole team. 5/5, would easily recommend to anyone looking to travel to Zimbabwe/Zambia/Botswana.
