Meeting Rodger is the luckiest thing for our trip.
This travel agency is relatively affordable and we are generally satisfied with it.
Let me talk about the unsatisfactory aspects first:
1. The Chinese customer service said that you can only specify a guide if you customize the group, but in fact, if you find the boss guide who has a schedule, you can give priority to the guide you want. In the end, our favorite Rodger was not the originally designated guide. Fortunately, Rodger is quite good, but I think this needs to be communicated with us in advance.
2. The guide got the wrong address for the hotel address for the last two nights and took us to another hotel. This is not the guide's problem, because the hotel recorded on his itinerary is not the hotel we booked, but after we raised the problem, he contacted the company in time to deal with the problem, but the Chinese customer service told me that the room type is a tree house, but we only stayed in the camp.
Satisfied aspects:
All because of Rodger, this perfect guide, I can ignore all the above dissatisfaction and still give a 5-star praise! He is very sincere, enthusiastic and experienced! He can always predict the movement trajectory of animals and find the best position in advance! We have experienced lions, elephants, giraffes, etc. walking in front of our car many times! You can fully trust his professional ability and experience!

The tour operator was knowledgable, prepared, friendly and always on time
I booked online and made an early prepayment and then paid the remaining amount just before starting the tour. So, I was a little bit concerned. However, there was no reason whatsoever. The tour operator picked us up at the airport and took us everyday to the destination without any issues at all. The 3 lodges we stayed at in the 7-day trip were all very clean and comfortable. Food (dinner and breakfast) in all of them was very well done. The Kruger National Park game drives in an open vehicle were well organized (extremely cold in the morning though). The tours to Eswatini Kingdom and Panorama route were worth it. I would always book withNhlalala again

Fantastic week discovering Tanzania’s best safaris
Our safari experience with Suricata tours was exellent! We were very lucky to have Damian as our guide. He was very kind and patient with us. We appreciated his expertise in showing us the best views of so many different animals during our 7-day safari as well as highlighting various interesting facts about them. Thank you so much Damian!!

Absolutely Wonderful Experience
We have just complete our 7 day Ugandan safari arranged through Kajie Safaris and it was absolutely wonderful. From first communication with Ronald he made us feel at ease, providing a detailed and professional itinerary at a very reasonable price. All questions we asked, Ronald was quick to respond and provided all needed information. Our tour guide, Baluku, is truly the Short King of Uganda. He is truely passionate about his country and that is infectious, treating us like his family from the start. Baluku appears to know everyone in Uganda and this made all our experiences run very smooth. Extremely professional, courteous and knowledgeable!
Just got back from an incredible safari in Tanzania and I honestly can’t recommend our tour team enough. The trip was organized by Jackson, who was super professional and reliable. Everything he promised in the itinerary was delivered exactly as planned—no surprises, just a smooth, well-run experience from start to finish.
But the real star of the trip was our guide and driver, Ben. He was amazing in every way. Incredibly knowledgeable about the wildlife, the parks, the landscapes—he could spot animals from what felt like miles away. Thanks to him, we saw some truly rare sightings in both the Serengeti and Ngorongoro Crater, and he always knew the best spots and times to go.
Ben also drove us for hours and hours each day across all kinds of terrain, always safely and smoothly. He was calm, focused, and professional behind the wheel—even after long days. On top of that, he was just a really great guy to be around: polite, considerate, funny, and always checking in to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying ourselves.
He went above and beyond every single day, and it made a huge difference in how special this trip felt. If you’re looking to do a safari in Tanzania, I 100% recommend going with Jackson and especially asking for Ben as your guide—you’ll be in the best hands.

Great Experience
We had an amazing experience with this safari tour operator! Everything was perfectly organized, and we truly enjoyed every moment. A special thanks to our driver, Jacob, who was incredibly knowledgeable about the Masai Mara. His insights and guidance made the trip even more memorable. Highly recommended!

Brilliant safari trip
I was a bit sceptical about booking this tours as it was cheaper than alternatives.
However my concerns were unfounded. Steve was quick and easy to communicate with and very informative with my questions.
Our driver, Isaiah was awesome, witty, knowledgeable and just a nice bloke.
The safari was better than expected, saw loads of animals and any questions Isaiah knew all the answered.
We were picked up at the hotel, 4 hour drive to park. We did stop for toilet break. Had lunch at the lodge and went out on safari for the afternoon. Saw loads of animals.
Went back to lodge, had a few drinks at the bar then had dinner.
Went had two options for the morning. We opted to get up early and see the sunset. But Isaiah was happy with whatever option we picked. Spent another two hours in the safari park seeing different animals to what we saw yesterday. We had our vehicle to ourselves so there was plenty of room.
We highly recommend this company and Isaiah. You will have the best time.

Amazing experience
We booked a last-minute luxury safari with Topy Tours Tanzania and had an amazing time. Jackson was very responsive and helpful with the itinerary and arranged our round-trip transfer from Nairobi, everything went smoothly. The 5 days were full-on adventure with a lot of driving, but they made sure we were as comfortable as possible.
Our guide, Benedict, stayed with us the whole time and was absolutely accommodating, knowledgeable, patient, and very helpful.
