We booked our safari to Masai mara through Julia, She was very professional and welcoming. The communication channel before and during the safari was seamless. We spent 4 days on a private Jeep safari with Ali and Matano through 3 parks: Amboseli, Taita, and Tsavo East.
Ali took care of the entire organization: pickup in Nairobi, overnight stays at the lodge, park entrances, daily itinerary, and drop-off at our hotel on the coast.
Between laughter and wonder, we spent magical and unforgettable moments on safari discovering the animals and the parks. But not only that: Ali is an incredible guide, who taught us a tremendous amount about Kenya, its customs, and traditions. He can be proud to represent Kenyans the way he does. Moreover, Ali and Matano are very sunny and full of good humor. They speak both French and English perfectly, which made our interactions very easy.
We went as a couple, and as young women, we felt completely safe and very comfortable with them.
The lodges we chose lived up to our expectations, if not better. The meals served and the rooms were impeccable.

The Tausi Trails Adventure was really great! I booked it without travel agency so was a bit hesitant if I could trust everything! their tour guide was really fantastic, good communication, thought along with everything, reassured me. Everything was taken care of to perfection. Safari was a dream! We saw the Big Five thanks to our driver who did everything he could to make our dreams come true.
