Well organized
5/5

Our guide and driver was outstanding in both domains. We rescued several times other trucks out of water furrows, whereas Godana coped with every difficult task easily. He answered all my many questions very friendly with high competence. He always had perfect rapport with all rangers, other guides, border soldiers, etc., what contributed essentially to the success of our safari.

Great experience
5/5

Our trip was perfect. We did one full day, one sunrise and one sunset safari and that was plenty for us. Our guides were able to help us see everything except for cheetahs but we got the Big 5 no problem. We also did the panorama route which is definitely worth doing if you are thinking about it. Our drivers were all very timely and took appropriate breaks along the way so we could get snacks and drinks. All around a great experience. The Kruger Gate hotel is lovely and has everything you need and we were even able to see some animals at the hotel.

This is very amazing experience, during this trip I saw many elephants lions and cats. Our driver Kush helped us to find them and also try his best to help me find the best place to take pictures :)

An unforgettable adventure, with seamless planning and exceptional communication
5/5

Brett impressed us in every aspect of our safari planning. He delivered an amazing itinerary that was tailor-made for me and my husband. Brett consistently replied extremely quickly during the planning stage as well as during our safari when I had a question. He was very transparent with the pricing and worth every penny. He provided dependable transfers, reliable local guides who genuinely cared, and an unforgettable safari experience. I didn't have to worry about anything more than what to drink at the sundowner. Every part of our trip was perfect!

Only the most sincere recommendations! Our guide - Isaya - was unreal! I think it was only thanks to him that we saw more than usual tourists see! He has a great sense of animals and simply an indescribable sense of nature! Thank you Isaya!

Fantastic!
5/5

We booked our 10-day safari in Kenya and Tanzania with Eta Adventures Safaris, and it was an incredible experience. Derrick was amazing from the very first contact. On the scheduled day, our guide picked us up right on time at Nairobi Airport. We then went to the company’s office to make the final payment and headed straight to the Maasai Mara.

Our guide in Kenya was Daniel — he was fantastic and went above and beyond to make sure we saw the animals. The Maasai Mara was stunning, and we got to see plenty of wildlife, including a leopard!

After five days, we crossed the border into Tanzania and were taken to the city of Arusha. Derrick made sure everything went smoothly on the Tanzanian side, and it all worked out perfectly. In Tanzania our guide there was Aminiel. He was just as dedicated, doing everything he could to help us spot wildlife in the Serengeti — including several lion families.

On top of that, the cook who accompanied us in the Serengeti camp was amazing and prepared delicious meals every day.

The safari was unforgettable, and the support from Eta Adventures Safaris made the whole trip even more special. I highly recommend Derrick’s company to anyone looking to have this kind of incredible experience.

Friendly, helpful and professional.
5/5

We traveled in a group of 20. This was a mission trip through our church. Our trip included two game drive safaris and two boat tours complete with drivers and guides. We also had one safari on foot. Violet and Johnson were a joy and they made a complex adventure fun and worry-free. By mid-tour we had become friends. We took photos of elephants, giraffes, warthogs, lions, zebras, many birds, impala, water buffalo, monkeys and apes, hippopotamus and much more.

What a ride! Spectacular experience in my life.
5/5

This trip changed my life! Huge thanks to Peter for crafting such a perfect itinerary, and to our phenomenal guides Nickson and Johnathan. Because of their deep expertise and amazing eyes, we saw the Big Five—yes, ALL of them! But the tour wasn’t just about animals. They also taught us so much about Maasai culture, language, and life. It was like a moving classroom with endless fun. Every moment was exciting, educational, and unforgettable.

We flew from Nairobi to Maasai Mara by Cessna, and I highly recommend this option—it was smooth, quick, and scenic. No long drives, just straight into the heart of the wild!

To be honest, I can’t imagine my life without this experience. I’m truly grateful I met Peter, Nickson, and Johnathan. You guys gave us something beyond words. Thank you from the bottom of my heart! I love you guys!

About: Tanzania
Great place for your next safari.

4/5

The safari we went on was fantastic. We got to see a huge variety of wildlife. We visited in June and the weather was very pleasant and the main tourist season hadn't built up. A barrier to Tanzania is the airport security which seemed pretty disorganised as well as a compulsory insurance tax for going to Zanzibar which seemed basically like a scam. Speaking of Zanzibar, while mainland Tanzania was welcoming , had lovely people and accommodation , Zanzibar Island is poorly designed, overrun with people and doesn't look particularly safe to get out and about on. Our recommendation would be to skip the post safari on Zanzibar and go somewhere safer and more beautiful on the way home.
