Simply would not use any other operator
Trying to organize a Safari is quite stressful because there is so much information available. I spent approximately 2 months trying to digest all the information, since the agency you use could literally make or break your experience, and at the end we decided to go with Sunworld Safaris and it was the best decision we could've made.
From the moment I started engaging with Sonal there was immediate trust. She understood the brief and was extremely proactive and accommodating throughout the process. At no point was there unnecessary up selling and she stuck to the budget, and even made some good suggestions to help us maximize our time.
There are a lot of moving pieces, especially when you're trying to organise a 3 x Camp Safari (Ol Pejeta, Lake Naivasha and Maasai Mara) involving 2 x adults and 3 kids, but Sonal is all over the details and will keep you in check if you haven't provided the necessary information. They even provide you a detailed itinerary via an App and Website so you can clearly review your itinerary before and during the Safari.
Our guide, Obadiah Muraya, was the best! When you spend over a week with a guide you want to make sure they are not only good at their job but also have a personality that will allow you to be comfortable with them. Obadiah ticked all the boxes! He was extremely knowledgeable (we ticked off the Big 5 within the first few days and even saw a kill!), accommodating to our requests and a highly skilled photographer (and laughed at my silly jokes...he has an infectious laugh!). He is a friend for life and will only use him for future Safari's.

Very good service the service was excellent, and the tool was very good as well very well organized.

Best experience ever
We had an amazing time during our safari. We went on a 3 days safari, to arusha national park, lake manyara and tarangire. Our guide was very nice, we had the chance to see a lot of animals during this trip. The food was so good, the accomodation was amazing (with hot shower !), and the transport car was clean and comfortable. I would 100% recommand.

Robin is professional!
It’s a very great safari experience with Jungle Roam Safaris! We get to see a lot of animals like leopard, rhinos , zebras , lion and etc! Our tour guide Robin and Job did a very good job in driving , finding animals and share us lot of knowledge of the animals.
