Our unforgettable first safari in Kenya
5/5

As a couple travelling to Kenya for the first time, we did not know exactly where to start and what to expect. We decided to contact Banok Safaris to plan our trip, Ben made sure our experience was nothing short of magical. He organized and booked everything very quick, from airport transfers, accommodation, and daily safari schedule/game drives.
We visited the iconic Masai Mara, the game drives were breathtaking. We saw all the bigfive, giraffes grazing gracefully, and even cheetah print in action. Our guide Eric was incredibly knowledgeable, sharing insights about wildlife, and local culture. We loved our stay so much, Governors camp is the best, with stunning views and friendly hospitality.
Banok Safaris did not just take us like clients, but they treated us like family. We highly recommend to any couple or traveler dreaming of a seamless, safe and memorable safari.

Absolutely fantastic
5/5

Lekobe Adventures made our dreams come true. Elvis from the beginning was professional and efficient and answered my numerous questions well… nothing was too much trouble. Once we arrived in Zanzibar we had numerous communications from Elvis to keep us informed of all plans. On the morning of the safari we were collected by a driver called Suleiman who was very polite and made sure we got to the airport on time. At the airport we were met my Elvis who went through all the details of the day. The safari driver in Nyerere was called David and was very knowledgable about all the animals and made sure we could see as many as possible. I can’t recommend this company enough … Asante

Savannah Sound Safari is the Best
5/5

When you consider going on safari, Savannah Sound Safari is the company I highly recommend. Their pricing is reasonable, the itinerary is detailed and the experience is out of this world! From start to finish our guide, Samul, took care of us. He was very friendly, he kindly helped my disabled daughter, in and out of the vehicle( even providing a step stool).
He shared his knowledge of the area and all the animals. The safari was a gift for my grandson on graduating from high school.
He’s loved elephants since he was three. Besides the multiple herds of elephants, we saw all the animals that reside in the park; from giraffes to herds of Wildebeest to battalions of baboons! Every employee we encountered, greeted us with a smile, from the two who picked us up from the airport to the lovely Charles who drove us back to the airport to head back home.
Patricia was always available via Whatsapp to assist us. When we travel back to Kenya we’ll definitely book with Savannah Sound Safari; you should too!!

5/5

We experienced a very well organised Safari through Tarangiri, Ngorongoro and Serengeti. Thank you Rama!
Our guide Praise is very experienced and has a broad knowledge of all the animals and the connections between the different areas in the parks. His explanations were very informative and interesting. During these seven days a friendship was formed. It was an unforgettable experience. We saw a lots of animals, especially the big cats, and brought home some wonderful memeories.

a truly unique journey
5/5

It was a truly unique journey where we encountered many small animals. Our guide, Asantah Kheri, and the organizer, Almachius, were both extremely warm and hospitable. The entire itinerary was perfectly arranged. The guide shared many fascinating stories about the animals with us. The accommodation and food were also very satisfactory. It was really perfect!

Yes, of course, we are different, what I can like is not what someone will like too.
To be honest for me it's the best place, good service.

Very knowledgeable, very obliging and aimed to please all travellers.
5/5

We’ve just completed a six day tour of Kenya. During that time we had two guides… Max and then Charles. Both were wonderful. They each bought their personal experiences which added to the value of the Tour. We commenced this Safari thinking it would be a one and only time. We have finished wanting to come back and do more.

Kilimanjaro - 7 day Lemosho route
5/5

We did the 8-day Lemosho trek up Kilimanjaro as a group of two, though we ended up shortening it to 7 days.
Communication in the lead-up was excellent: we received quick responses via WhatsApp from the company director, who was also very helpful in organising our safari afterwards.

We would highly recommend Larry as a guide. He was knowledgeable, approachable, and attentive. He looked out for the entire team, including the porters, and kept us well-informed throughout the trek. His chef, Chinga, cooked some amazing meals too! We stayed in a tent large enough to eat in, complete with a table, plenty of condiments, and mats for sleeping. We’d also recommend opting for the private toilet which was definitely worth it!

During the first couple of days, we were able to move a bit faster given our ability level, while still maintaining safety. Later on, there was ample opportunity to rest. On summit night, Larry got us to the top with gentle encouragement and even some singing — the timing was perfect as we reached the summit right at sunrise! He also really enjoyed taking photos of us along the way.

In summary, we’d definitely recommend booking directly with this company for good communication and planning support for Kilimanjaro — would recommend be asking for Larry as your guide!
