Overall, it was a very good trip planned in a very short time.
For a weekend trip, planned in 2 days, this was a good trip. Beautiful scenery, perfect weather, managed to see 4 of the big five. Transport and accommodation as expected.

The Spirit of It All !
Me and my wife went for a safari with Spirit of Kenya and it was flawless from the beginning. The customer care promptly answered all our questions and tailor made the tour regarding our wishes.
We did a 6 days tour including Mara, Lake Naivasha and Amboseli and it was out of this world :) Our guide, Charles, is super profissional and friendly, an amazing human being. We learned a lot about Kenya and their habits and a lot about wildlife. This was truly an once in a lifetime adventure and we highly recommend to go with this professional company!!!

Excellent service, very accommodating with last minute changes & very prompt in answering queries.
Excellent service rendered, organised our stay and travel plans from DES to Arusha & arranged a prompt pick-up from the airport. Emman (manager) met us at the airport personally in Arusha, and immediately put us at ease. Japhet, our guide and driver, was not only knowledgeable about the flora and fauna of the various parks, but also a very pleasant person, who made sure our safety was paramount. Costa, our cook, made some nice salads and local cuisine for us as we requested, besides the continental cuisine on the menu.
Emman (the manager ) was absolutely brilliant and made sure that we had constant contact with each other and was very happy to re-organise our itinerary and went out of her way to sort out our local travel (besides the safaris).
We would recommend Kili Serengeti Guides and Tours as we couldn't have asked for better service.

What a wonderful 2 weeks
I went to Uganda for a two week trip and thanks to Dauda it became an incredible ánd care free experience! He took care of everything we desired and was very flexible as well. He knows exactly where to find all the beautiful animals, the nicest places to stay, where to eat, or anything else you'd like to know. Uganda really stole our hearts and become an unforgettable experience thanks to Dauda. THANK YOU!!

Satisfactory safari provisioning
I chose Crystal Safaris after reading reviews and comparing prices for safaris on this website. They seemed to be solid value for the price, which was the case. I had booked for 3 days to Murchison Falls, then expanded to 6 days. My email interactions with Barbara were fine; she responded quickly with information. However, I wish that more information about the hotels would be included in the package description. I was not prepared for the quality of the room in Paraa Lodge - I expected to have AC and a view, but neither was provided. Knowing more about the hotel prior would have allowed me to manage my expectations, and not be disappointed.
Our driver, George, was very good and attentive to our needs. He did a great job on the game drive to find nearly all animals present in the park - the only one he couldn't find was the leopard, which is not surprising. On our last day with the tour, in Entebbe, George was needed for another tour, so we got a different guide. This guy must have been new to the company, because he did not have quite the same skills and personability as George.
Overall I was satisfied with the tour and would recommend Crystal Safaris.

It was the most fantastic trip we have ever taken.
This was a fantastic trip! Our guide, Andrew, was very attentive and knowledgeable and took us anywhere we wanted. The camps were great, and the service stupendous. I would recommend this company to anyone. 5 stars!!

Enjoyable safari vacation.
We had a good time visiting Uganda. We saw the chimpanzees in Kibale, lions and other animals in Queen Elizabeth National Park, and zebras in Lake Mburo. The highlight was our time with the gorillas in Bwindi. Dan - thank so much!

Absolutely Amazing Experience
I would highly recommend Wildlife Safaris. The communication from the start with Christine was excellent and every detail was communicated to ensure that our pick and transfer from Joburg to the Kruger was seamless and stress free! Our ranger for the 3 days was Nick and he was excellent. Nick was experienced, knowledgable and great company and throughout our visit we managed to see the 4 out of the big 5 (missed the Leopard!) along with the most amazing sunrise. Breakfast and Dinner were also very good in the Skukuza main restaurant. All in all a fantastic experience for 8 of us (2 families) and we will definitely be coming back. Thank you so much.

Fantastic helpful service minded tour operator with a superb guide!
We’re really happy with Saso Ugandan Safaris, they made our 18 day safari through Uganda better than we expected! Everything worked out perfect, the response to our mail before the trip was really quick, the payments were smooth and our whishes to change the travel plans were arranged in a second. Turkish Airlines had lost our luggage upon arrival but thanks to Saso, who picked the luggage up for us, we got it back whitin a few days-really serviceminded! Our guide Gerald was the best guide we ever had (and me and my husband travells quite a lot) fun, an excellent spotter with very good knowledge of the animals and the parks. The standard of the accommodation was better than we expected (tented camps) and the food was so good throughout all of our journey! We strongly recommend Saso as your tour operator on your Safari!
