Awesome Safaris!
This 8‑day trip to Tanzania turned out to be full of wonderful surprises. Upon landing at Kilimanjaro Airport, we were greeted by two guides, who drove us all the way to Arusha. Along the route, they took us to buy local fruits. After checking in, we explored Arusha, Tanzania’s third‑largest city, and got a taste of local culture and daily life.
On the second day, our guide Robert took us on an exciting wildlife safari full of wonder. Robert was warm‑hearted, responsible and highly experienced. We travelled through Tarangire National Park, Ngorongoro Crater, and central as well as northern Serengeti. During the safari, we spotted 73 lions, 6 cheetahs, 2 leopards and 11 rhinos, alongside countless elephants, giraffes, zebras and antelopes. We also witnessed the awe‑inspiring wildebeest migration, which was an absolute highlight!
After returning to Arusha from the Serengeti, our two local ground handlers accompanied us to the Maasai Market in Arusha to pick up souvenirs before transferring us to the airport. They were patient and thoughtful throughout. Another pleasant surprise was the abundant fresh fruits arranged by Greater, which we enjoyed every single day.
We would like to thank Robert, and Greater for this well‑planned itinerary, as well as for their thoughtful care and attention to detail. Their service is truly trustworthy!

Value for money
Clean rooms, good views🙂 good drive, excellent weather, clean drinking water.
Food was healthy but issues for vegetarians .. same rice, masoor daal, boiled vegetables and eggs every day for all three meals x 7 was offbeat.
We could see animals all big 5 and hyenas and cheetah as well.
Different types of antelopes.
Double rooms wear space and cost effective. Single room for solos were quite small. Hospitality was excellent everywhere. I even got my lost jacket back after 2 days from Chambai Hotel.
Toilet breaks are after 3 - 4 hours and some of them are in the bush. There is lot of African massage with the vehicle movement, so prefer seats in the first two rows, otherwise neck and back issues.
Masai Village and the education was an eye opener .. lot of things need to be improved by the govt I feel.
Hot air balloon was definitely great. We paid 450 USD. Didn't feel it was worth that much.. anyway .. enjoyed it with Kilimanjaro sighting.
James the guide and the driver both were extremely humble and pleasing and very helpful.

An Unforgettable 10 Day Luxury Safari and Gombe Chimpanzee Adventure with Wivi Agency
We recently completed an incredible 10 day private luxury safari in Tanzania with Wivi Agency, and it was truly one of the best travel experiences we have ever had.
From the very beginning, Elias, who organized our trip, was professional, responsive, and extremely helpful. The entire itinerary was beautifully planned, including our private safari, luxury accommodations, domestic flights, airport transfers, and our Gombe chimpanzee trekking experience. Everything went smoothly from start to finish.
Our first six days took us through Tarangire National Park, Serengeti National Park, and the Ngorongoro Crater with our wonderful safari guide, Joshua.
Joshua was an excellent guide. He was very knowledgeable, patient, friendly, and passionate about wildlife. He had an incredible ability to spot animals from a distance and understood animal behavior extremely well. Thanks to him, we experienced some truly unforgettable moments.
In Tarangire, we saw large herds of elephants, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, buffalo, impalas, warthogs, baboons, and many different bird species. Watching the elephants moving through the landscape beneath the magnificent baobab trees was spectacular.
The Serengeti was the absolute highlight of our safari. We were fortunate to see an amazing variety of wildlife, including lions, leopards, cheetahs, elephants, buffalo, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, hyenas, jackals, hippos, gazelles, warthogs, and many beautiful birds.
We also experienced some incredible predator activity. We watched lions carefully stalking their prey, saw cheetahs using the open plains to hunt, and witnessed the intense interaction between predators and their potential prey. Seeing these animals behaving naturally in the wild was far more exciting than simply seeing them resting.
One of the most memorable moments was watching a predator chase unfold in the Serengeti. The tension, speed, and reactions of the animals made it a moment we will never forget. It reminded us that a safari is not just about seeing animals. It is about witnessing nature and the circle of life happening right in front of you.
We also had wonderful sightings of lion prides with cubs, herds of wildebeest and zebras moving across the plains, elephants interacting with one another, giraffes feeding, and hyenas moving through the grasslands. Every game drive seemed to bring something new.
The Ngorongoro Crater was another spectacular experience. We encountered huge numbers of wildlife in one of the most beautiful natural settings in Africa. We saw lions, elephants, buffalo, zebras, wildebeest, hippos, hyenas, jackals, gazelles, and many other species. The combination of the crater landscape and the abundance of animals made it feel like a completely different world.
The fly in safari was also an excellent choice. The flights saved us considerable driving time and allowed us to spend more time enjoying the parks and relaxing at our luxury accommodations. All the flights and transfers were carefully coordinated by Elias.
After the safari, we traveled to Gombe National Park for chimpanzee trekking, which gave us a completely different wildlife experience.
Our Gombe guide, James, was fantastic. He was knowledgeable about the forest, chimpanzees, and their behavior and made the trekking experience both exciting and educational. Walking through the forest and finally encountering wild chimpanzees in their natural habitat was an unforgettable experience.
Seeing the chimpanzees climbing through the trees, moving through the forest, feeding, communicating, and interacting with one another was absolutely fascinating. It felt very different from a traditional safari and was a perfect addition to our Tanzania adventure.
Our overnight stay at Mabli Mbali Lodge was another lovely part of the journey. After an adventurous day in the forest, the lodge provided a peaceful and comfortable place to relax and enjoy the natural surroundings.
What made this trip especially special was the combination of luxury, wildlife, adventure, and personal service. We never felt rushed, and having a private safari allowed us to spend as much time as we wanted watching the animals and enjoying special moments.
A huge thank you to Elias for organizing the entire journey, Joshua for being such an outstanding safari guide, and James for making our Gombe chimpanzee trekking experience so memorable.
We saw an incredible variety of wildlife and experienced unforgettable moments, from elephants and big cats to predator behavior, huge herds crossing the Serengeti, and wild chimpanzees deep in the Gombe forest.
Wivi Agency delivered an exceptional experience, and we would highly recommend them to anyone planning a private luxury safari in Tanzania.
10/10. An unforgettable Tanzania adventure. We would do it all over again!

Incredible experience with Dav Safaris
We did the 4-day Golden Monkey and Gorilla Trekking experience with Dav and could not have had a better experience. They were great to work with prior to the tour, and were accommodating when we needed to change dates. Our driver Charles always had a smile on his face and made us feel incredibly comfortable throughout our time with him. He skillfully drove through what we would consider rough terrain and we always felt safe.
We are really glad we chose to do our gorilla trekking in Uganda. The experience from start to finish was smooth and well organized, and everyone involved went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. Bwindi is a magical place and we would highly recommend anyone considering gorilla trekking to visit this beautiful country.

The best decision we made for our honeymoon
We are so happy we made the decision to go with Morning Star for our honeymoon safari. We did so much research and reached out to many operators beforehand and we chose Morning Star because they were the most responsive and were extremely willing to work with us to customize our itinerary. Doreen was very helpful from start to finish. She was very involved in the planning process and reached out to check in on us consistently throughout the tour. She made everything very easy for us.
We had John as our driver for the Kenya part of our trip and he made our experience what it was. John was super professional, and despite having some issues come up that were out of his hands, he handled them perfectly we even forgot they happened. We got experiences with animals we dreamed about because John was knowledgeable and patient. If you're lucky enough to get John as your driver, consider your trip already made.
In Tanzania we had Tony who was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He asked us what we wanted to see and how we wanted to prioritize our time in Tanzania and he delivered everything we wanted. We were so lucky to have been able to spend time with a leopard and her cub because Tony knew where to look.
We would highly recommend Morning Star to anyone starting their search. The staff and drivers delivered everything we could have hoped for and more, and we plan to recommend them to our friends and family in the future.

Unreliable and disappointing
We had safari with dancing simba booking through another agency. Unfortunately our experience went really bad and we can't suggest this agency. Not because we didn't see animals, we have been lucky with that. But out of 5 days of safari, we actually did just 3: one day was completely lost because they didn't organise well the different pick-ups of customers; the other day the car broke down, after having shown malfunction at the very beginning and the agency didn't substitute it.
Not only, they were always late, every morning so we couldn't do any early morning safari, always started afte 8:30am.
And the worst thing? They didn't reimburse any of the costs, neither partially. They take risk on customer shoulder, completely without respect, not treating you as you were doing a one a lifetime tour. They waste your time, money and patience.
Avoid going with them.

The most amazing week I have had in a long time
Tanzania is the most wonderful country to visit, with its outstanding natural beauty, beaches and happy, smiley people.
We were lucky enough to do a safari adventure for 5 days from Tarangire to the northern Serengeti. The landscapes, villages and scenery were all so diverse and stunning. We saw the most amazing array of animals and the entire experience will stay with me for life. Don’t get me wrong, the distance travelled on very uneven roads is trying and not for the faint hearted, but the safaris themselves make up for that. Experience and knowledge of the guides and drivers is outstanding. The tented hotels were fantastic and the food delicious.
If you are thinking of doing a safari any time soon or visiting Africa. Choose Tanzania!!
