Perfect
I had a truly wonderful safari experience. Our guide was very kind and knowledgeable, always making sure we were comfortable and helping us spot the animals we wanted to see. The meals were delicious and exceeded my expectations, and the accommodation was both cozy and relaxing, which made the whole trip even more enjoyable. Most importantly, I was able to see all the animals I had hoped for, which made me feel incredibly happy and grateful. Overall, it was an unforgettable journey that I would highly recommend to anyone.

Professionality, competence and courtesy
Great organization, thanks to Bella who took care of logistic and quoted a good price. A huge thank you to Ben, a very good guide and an excellent driver, with a special focus on our needs/desire. We higly recommend this Company also for punctuality and reliability. All this allowed us to enjoy an exciting and unforgettable experience in Uganda's fantastic natural world. Trekking with gorilla was a great and unique experience, but also the boat tour with the rangers in the Kazinga channel is worth the trip.

An Unforgettable Experience with Emmy
Our family of four, including our two college-age children, recently returned from an incredible journey through Rwanda, and we cannot say enough wonderful things about our guide, Emmy. From the very first meeting to our final goodbye, he exceeded every expectation we had.
Emmy was the epitome of professionalism—always punctual, completely reliable, and impressively knowledgeable about Rwanda's history, culture, wildlife, and people. His deep understanding of the country brought every location we visited to life, and he answered our endless questions with patience and genuine enthusiasm. Whether we were learning about the country's remarkable recovery and growth, exploring its stunning landscapes, or going on our treks to see the gorillas, Emmy's expertise enriched every moment.
But what truly set Emmy apart was his warmth and genuine kindness. Within hours of meeting him, we felt like we were traveling with a dear friend rather than a guide. He had a natural way of connecting with each of us—engaging each of us in conversations about our interests, sharing stories and laughter, and making us all feel like part of his extended family. That personal connection transformed our trip from a standard tour into something truly special and meaningful.
Emmy didn't just show us Rwanda; he helped us fall in love with it. Our time in this beautiful country will stay with us forever, and Emmy is a huge part of why. If you're considering a trip to Rwanda, we cannot recommend him highly enough. He's simply the best.
Thank you, Emmy, for giving our family memories we'll treasure for a lifetime!

Easy to work with and great experience
We had a wonderful time. Amazing animals - saw the big 5. Our drivers, Ben, Edson, and Ian, were all very kind and knowledgeable. Felix was very easy to work with when making our plans, and he made absolutely perfect arrangements for us.

Great service
The communication via WhatsApp was excellent, both before departure and on the trip. I did the 2-day Hwange tour with them as well as the helicopter flight over the Victoria Falls for which they offered me a competitive price. I was a solo traveller and on two of the three Hwange safaris I was the only passenger. The guide was great. They were also found to be completely reliable: when I paid cash for the helicopter flight they didn't have change but they came to my hotel in the evening to give me the change and dropped me off at a nice restaurant!
There when u need them
Sorting permits is not easy unless you have help - and All In Africa were there to help me.

Michelle was extremely knowledgeable and made all our dream vacation come to life.
We were 4 veterinarians (ranging in age from 66 - 84 years of age). We had carefully researched options before contacting Michelle- we wanted several gorilla treks, a trek to see the golden monkeys, a tour of a chimpanzee refuge plus a visit with their veterinarian, a safari with lion researchers, a discussion with a mongoose researcher, and a visit to a gorilla doctors facility. All these were very specific and she came through with all of them and arranged sedan chairs for the treks for those of us who needed them. Did not know about the habituated gorilla family in Mgahinga and she suggested getting permits for there as well as Bwindi. This certainly was not "an easy canned tour", but Michelle listened carefully and tailored the trip perfectly for us. Michelle checked in with us regularly during the trip to make sure everything was going smoothly. She made all this happen within our budgets - Uganda is a real value for your money. After every adventure we all exclaimed that each one was even better than we had anticipated! Thank you Michelle for a trip of a lifetime!!!

Amazing and unforgetable experience
Frank arranged a private tour for us 6 days on safari and the same on Zanzibar with boat beach and Stone Town visits. Both ur guides, Gabi on safari and Iddi in Zanzibar were amazing, knowledgeable, thoughtful and good fun to be with - nothing was too much trouble for either of them. We visited Tarangire, Lake Manyara, Ngorongoro Crater and 3 days in the Serengeti and then Stone Town, Prison Island Nakupenda Sandbank, safari blue, Mnemba Atol, snorkeling, boat trips and loads of seafood served on the beach, can't thank Kilimanjaro Unforgettable (Frank, Gabi and Iddi) enough for making our trip so amazing and truly unforgetable.
