Nice detour/side-visit between Chobe and Okavango. Not as great as those but still good for a sunset drive into the pans. May be different (much better) in low (water) season.

Memories forever - elephants and hippos eating on the riverbank, a few meters only from our boat! Croqs, lions, giraffes, every wild animal you can wish to see. Amazing place. Best safari(s) we've done.

Stunningly beautiful. Tranquil and unspoiled.
Canoe (mokoro) trip into the Okavango Delta is a mandatory experience in a visit to Botswana. Even with not-so-good weather as we had (light showers, cloudy sky) it is still an experience like no other. Close contact with nothing but nature - sounds, smells and sights. No motors, no blabbing tourists, very, very relaxing!
Accomodation in Maun was OK, and we were sorry that a fly-in safari to a luxury lodge inside the Park was out of our budget-range (but it must be stunning!).

A quiet drive with rhino and lion on the move.
Even though we had an inexperienced driver who got lost, we had a lovely day. But we saw a lot of animals on the savannah. Zebras, ostriches, antelopes, giraffes but also rhinoceros and a single lioness hunting. Female lion was suddenly on the road in front of our jeep. It was special to be Nairobi National Park with city skyline in the background. I would highly recommend people to visit the park.

Excellent 2 days safari in Tarangire and Ngorongoro
Our first safari in Africa became a spectecular event. Thanks to good and proferssional planning and implementing we got the safari exactly as we ordered, but an experience far beyond our expectations. Thanks to our guide's knowledge and eager about the animals and were to find them, how to behave and not disturb the animals and still come close gave us memories for the rest of our lives.
We stayed at the Panorama safaricamp at Mto wa Mbu the first night. Benson Safaris offered excellent food. The other night we stayed at bouganvilla lodges in karatu friendly and peaceful luxury after 2 days among the animals. The guide and the chef were both great company. We strongly recommend Benson Safaris.

Amazing Experience
I would definitely recommend booking your Kenya safari experience with Absolute Holiday Safaris. David and our driver/guide, Patrick, made my safari experience pleasant & enjoyable. When I first contacted David by email, he responded very quickly in a professional and attentive manner. Some dozen email messages later (mainly due to my indecisiveness which safaris and accommodation options to choose), we managed to decide on the itinerary that met my needs and budget. I must say I never felt that my emails bothered David and he was happy to answer all my concerns. The real test for the reliability of Absolute Holiday Safaris came after I missed my flight to Nairobi in Doha and had to take another flight next day which required making drastic changes to my itinerary. David was there for me all the way communicating with me by email or phone. I was picked up from the airport and driven at least to the countryside where I met up with the rest of the group. This wasn't on my original itinerary as I was supposed to be picked up from my hotel in Nairobi. Because of my missed connection in Doha, David had to sent an additional car to drive me some 100 miles to catch up with the tour bus. I call this being flexible and accommodating.
I also liked the fact that I wasn't required to pay for my safari by a money transfer. I simply paid the full amount after my arrival to Kenya.
Patrick, our driver and guide, was relaxed, polite, and friendly. He had a very good knowledge not only about the Big 5 but also other fauna (especially birds) & flora. I also enjoyed my conversation with Patrick about local customs and way of life during a long and exhausting road trip from Nakuru to Amboseli. I was the only person who wanted to go to Amboseli and was very grateful that Absolute Holiday Safaris agreed to take me there as I don't think this segment was profitable for them. In fact, other safari companies didn't want to work with me on this part of my safari.
All my accommodation choices turned out as described in David's emails. In fact, they were better than I expected. Once again, based on my experience, I would highly recommend Absolute Holiday Safaris.

Sky Safari.....one to remember
Safarihub's prompt and friendly service made our sky safari one to remember. From start to finish we were treated like royalty and also had our own butler at the different overnight lodges. The itinerary was fantastic and well organised but also allowed us to have flexibility when required. Everything was thoughtfully prepared and for me it was too much to digest the ever changing amazing landscapes and beautiful animals. We recommend Safarihub to all our friends!

Having been to Capetown in 2009 and doing an overnight safari, we were hooked!!!
After some research we contacted Marianne and from the start of our return to Capetown and flights to Port Elizabeth, pick up to our safari destination it was perfect from start to finish and this was all due to Marianne and her recommendations. First class service - just sad when it ended and we had to return to Glasgow. Anyone looking for that bit of extra personal service cannot go wrong with Marianne. We wish her all the best an hope to use her again.
