Super quick feedback from Gadson, quite reliable about all the bookings and arrangement
1. Super reliable from the operator Gadson with amazing arrangement of accommodation
2. Apart from the first day picking up service is not satisfying, the whole trip was amazing beyond our expectations, thanks to our amazing guide Carlos
3. Carlos is super professional, experienced and quite humorous. The most important, he is quite reliable and truly honest, making our trip more than worth. We were able to see the amazing animals, very happy talking to him about all the culture and experience here. We would definitely recommend our friends going with him again!!

A Five-Star Safari Adventure with the Best Guide in Kenya: Stevo
If you’re planning a Safari in Kenya and wondering who to trust with your once-in-a-lifetime experience, look no further than Stevo—our guide, our storyteller, and the reason our trip to Amboseli, Masai Mara, and beyond was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we landed in Nairobi to the second we hugged goodbye at the airport, Stevo’s expertise, passion, and warm personality turned a great vacation into an unforgettable memory, and I cannot recommend him highly enough.
Our 7-day journey began with Amboseli National Park, and Stevo set the tone immediately. He arrived at our hotel early, As we drove toward Amboseli, he didn’t just point out landmarks—he wove stories about Kenya’s history, the Maasai culture, and the delicate ecosystem that makes Amboseli so unique. “Amboseli isn’t just about elephants,” he told us with a smile. “It’s about how they live with the land, the birds that follow them, and that backdrop—the mighty Kilimanjaro.” True to his word, our first morning in the park was magical: we spotted a herd of over 30 elephants grazing near a watering hole, their silhouettes perfectly framed by Kilimanjaro’s snow-capped peak. Stevo knew exactly where to position for the best photos (no awkward angles, no crowds blocking the view) and waited patiently while we snapped shot after shot, never rushing us. He even shared pro tips—“Wait for the baby to lift its trunk; that’s the money shot!”—that made our photos look like they belonged in a National Geographic spread.
After Amboseli, we headed to the Masai Mara, and this is where Stevo’s skills as a Safari guide truly shone. The Mara is vast, and spotting the Big Five can feel like finding a needle in a haystack—but not with Stevo. He has an uncanny ability to read the land: he’d stop to listen to birds calling (a sign of predators nearby), track fresh paw prints in the dirt, and even notice subtle movements in the grass that we would have missed entirely. On our second afternoon in the Mara, he whispered, “Let’s follow that vulture—they don’t circle for nothing.” Ten minutes later, we were watching a pride of lions feast on a wildebeest, the males lounging nearby while the cubs played tug-of-war with a bone. It was raw, beautiful, and completely unscripted—and Stevo made sure we experienced it respectfully, keeping a safe distance and never disturbing the animals. Later that week, he led us to a leopard draped over a tree branch (a rare sight, even for seasoned travelers), a family of rhinos wallowing in mud, and a herd of buffalo thundering across the savanna. By the end of our time in the Mara, we’d checked off all five of the Big Five—and then some.
What sets Stevo apart isn’t just his ability to find animals, though. It’s his deep respect for Kenya’s wildlife and people, and his desire to share that respect with his guests. One evening, he arranged a visit to a nearby Maasai village, and instead of treating it like a “tourist stop,” he prepared us beforehand: he taught us basic Maasai greetings, explained their traditions (like the importance of cattle and the role of warriors), and reminded us to ask questions rather than just take photos. When we arrived, the Maasai welcomed us with songs and dances, and Stevo translated our conversations, turning a brief visit into a meaningful cultural exchange. He even bought us traditional Maasai beadwork as a small gift, saying, “This is how we honor our guests.” It was a small gesture, but it spoke volumes about his kindness.
If you’re looking for a Safari guide who is knowledgeable, passionate, kind, and dedicated to giving you the best experience possible, Stevo is the one. He doesn’t just show you Kenya—he makes you fall in love with it. Our trip to Amboseli and Masai Mara was the trip of a lifetime, and none of it would have been the same without him. Thank you, Stevo, for sharing your country with us, for your patience, your stories, and your heart. We will be back, and we will only travel with you. Five stars aren’t enough—you deserve ten.

Amazing tour to know better about SA history
Shared tour that was way better than expected. Lebo was a fantastic guide explaining so much about context, curiosities and other information about the culture. He was the reason that we could explore so much in such short time and understand better about the beautiful Soweto and apartheid period. Would definitely recommend for anyone that wants to know more about the history of Johannesburg.

Perfect
We went on a family safari, there were 4 of us in the car, very enjoyable. The trip was beautiful, the people lovely. We saw the big five! And lots of elephants
Special mention for James and Simon who accompanied us throughout the safari, taught us a lot about the animals, and allowed us to observe them up close, while keeping a respectful distance from the animals. Thank you for everything!!

Good
Our safari across Kenya’s most iconic landscapes—Masai Mara, Amboseli, and Lake Naivasha—was elevated from “incredible” to “life-long memory” because of one person: our guide, Stevo. When it comes to safari expertise, passion, and care, he’s in a league of his own.

Grateful Hearts, Wild Lands: Thank You, Oldbeast Vacations
From start to finish, this was an unforgettable experience—truly the trip of a lifetime! Every part of our journey, from the breathtaking wildlife to the delicious meals to the incredibly warm and hardworking staff, exceeded anything we had imagined.
Our safari guide, Julius, was phenomenal. His deep knowledge of the animals and their habitats, paired with his respectful and patient approach, gave us the chance to truly witness wildlife—not just see it. We watched lions nursing their young, elephants playing together, and zebras grooming one another. Julius always found the perfect spot for us to observe without intruding. His passion made every moment feel deeply personal and magical.
One thing we hadn’t fully anticipated was how much the weather varied between locations. Mornings sometimes started out brisk in the 50s before warming up to the 70s during the day. We did experience some cooler, rainy days too, so layering is essential. Check with your tour operator about weather in each area so you can pack wisely.
We were pleasantly surprised not to encounter any mosquitos during our trip—likely due to the cooler weather—which meant we didn’t really need bug spray or preventative medicine. Also, because all game drives are done by vehicle and walking in the habitats isn’t allowed, sun exposure was minimal.
The drives themselves were often bumpy and dusty, with long stretches on rough dirt or rocky roads—but this only added to the adventure and authenticity of the experience.
The accommodations were absolutely fantastic! We stayed in a variety of beautiful places—from elegant hotel-style lodges to luxurious canvas tented camps. We chose the luxury package, and every site had hot water and comfortable amenities that made us feel pampered even in the wild. The staff at each location went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and well cared for.
And the food… wow! Each lodge had its own unique touch, but all offered a variety of dishes that could accommodate any dietary needs. Breakfasts and dinners were generous self-serve buffets, and we were always well-fed. Lunches during game drives ranged from warm meals to boxed lunches—though we had more of the latter, they were always plentiful, and we never went hungry!
We wholeheartedly recommend Oldbeast Vacations—and if you're lucky enough to get Julius as your guide, you are in for something truly special. This was more than a vacation; it was a journey that touched our hearts and filled us with lifelong memories.

Perfect trip! Perfect Jungleroam! Perfect guide Francis!
A truly wonderful travel experience. I highly recommend Jungleroam Travel! I also highly recommend our guide, Francis! His eye for animals is unmatched, and we spotted nearly every animal we wanted to see. We even got tired of seeing lions, and we even got to see elusive leopards up close. He also has incredible driving skills and a fantastic eye for photography, always securing the perfect vantage point for stunning photos. He's always punctual, never late! He always showed up on time for our scheduled departure the next day, which completely exceeded my expectations. He also provided a lot of emotional value along the way, constantly inspiring enthusiasm and passion for the journey. I've already recommended Francis to everyone I know who's thinking of visiting Kenya. I'm sure he won't have time to rest for the next year, as he's sure to be one of Kenya's most sought-after guides.
