This company is beyond perfect, responded very quickly and met my needs perfectly.
The trip was perfect and our guide Johny was the God of Hunting. We have seen many animals in Amboseli, all very close to us. Arriving at the Masai Mara is even more exciting. We watched Africa's Big Five in two hours. I had always wanted to see the wildebeest crossing the river, and Johny took us to see it the next day. Basically, I saw everything I wanted to see and it was very satisfying. Choosing the right tour guide is very important! Johny is perfect! And very punctual.

Great service and reliable tour guide
We travel as a family of four with tour guide Sammy. We highly recommend him who is a skilled driver, responsible and knowledgeable guide. Meeltrail staff are very welcoming and friendly! I would recommend reaching them out via WhatsApp, and that will make the communication more efficient.

This is a great travel agency with a complete itinerary, which makes people feel at ease traveling.
The tour guide Johny is very experienced and let us see the Big Five in a short time. There were also wildebeests crossing the river. In Masai Mara, we also saw the very rare black rhino. The tour guide Johny has eagle eyes and can see animals from a very far distance. It's really amazing. We changed the flight time just to cooperate with Johny. It was worth it and we had no regrets on this trip.

Good safari experience
The experience is good and the driver , Kush is food too. I loved the safari. We saw the big five and the wild west migration. The accommodations were great a great value for the cost. Jungle roam responded to my Enquiry promptly and Hellen was helpful with the booking. I would recommend Jungle roam and Kush as the guide.

I have just returned back to the UK after an amazing eperience. The holiday has truely been unforgettable. From the very first day talking to Frank with my millions of questions, to then getting dropped off back a the airport, has been top class.
I can not highly recommend this company enough. Our guid Gerold was a star 🌟 very passionate and had us out of bed 6am to see the sleepy animals. Other families were not rising till 8-9 am and we were already ticking off the list of anilmal. The accommodation 👌. 5 star hotels, with a combination of safari tents. These were ace! We were woken by a sleepy lion just outside the camp. The jeeps are also brilliant.
I was scared of booking safari and worried about sending deposits and flight money, my worries quickly vanished when we were greeted by Frank and Gerold at the airport. Food was top notch.

Knowledgable
Melita is amazing! He is extremely knowledgable about every animal and stops along the way to answer all questions. His driving was very professional and cautious. We were lucky enough to see lioness and its cubs which is very rare. We did a 4 day safari including breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Lunch was made with so much love everyday by the wonderful chef Salem. I would recommend this trip to everyone at least once in their lifetime!

Excellence and hospitality, a home away from home.
We were a group of 31 people, and African Bush Lovers in Kasane accommodated all of us. Communication from the very beginning was excellent, Stanza was very helpful and informative. They arranged a bridge tour for us, and adapted to our schedule. Everything was done with excellence. They drove us to our own excursions and made us feel so welcomed and at home. A stunning campsite, great food, friendly and welcoming staff. Highly recommended. Thank you to everyone involved!

Unforgettable Safari Experience
Our trip to Masai Mara was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience. We were lucky enough to see the Big Five and even partially witness the migration – an incredible sight. We spent 2 nights and 3 days in the reserve, and Axis handled everything seamlessly, from initial communication and hotel transfers to park transport, accommodation, and meals. The entire process was smooth and well-organized.
We stayed at Wild Nest Mara Camp, which was a lovely and comfortable place. The staff were warm and welcoming, and the location and facilities were excellent.
The only reason we’re not giving a full score is because of our guide. While he did his job as a driver, he didn’t offer much information unless we asked specific questions. We had hoped for more background and insight into the park, the wildlife, and the region, which we feel is an important part of the experience. Others in our group shared the same opinion. Additionally, the jeep we traveled in seemed quite outdated compared to others we saw in the park.
Despite this, the overall experience was amazing, and we’ll cherish the memories forever.

The tour was great! Dickson worked hard to prepare the great food, along with Julius who took the time to drive us around. The tour was thought out, although more communication between the driver and tour company could be better. Overall was an experience worth the time and one that would never be forgotten.

Excellent
The overall experience was great. We were right on time. The assgined time to do the safari was in the afternoon, but due to the organizers care, they decided to make the safari in the morning so we have more time. The driver made sure to see all safari animals. Everything was perfect. I would recommend you guys to book with this agency.
