I had a good experience with Big Apes Company. Even though I chose the budget options for hotels, they turned out to be very good, and their restaurants were excellent. The only thing that I didn't like was, the Company didn't give any cash money to my tour guide/driver, every time we stopped for fuel or food, we had to wait for at least 45 minutes till the Company sends money in order for the guide to pay, which was really a big waste of time and I was really frustrated.
I really recommend you to book with them, as their price comparing to the others was the best, however, please make sure that this scenario doesn't happen to you as well, otherwise, it could really affect your trip.

I climed Mount Kilimanjaro with Genes Adventures on June 2022
It was an unforgetable experience. The organisation was very good, clear and safe. The food and drinks amazing. It was a quiete atmosphere, no hectic and very friendly.
The whole group received the peek of Mount Kilimanjaro🙏🏻
Edward went out of his way to get us as close to as many animals as possible .
Our tour guide Edward was proficient in English and very trustworthy in his dealings with us. On the tour he constantly drove us away from other vehicles when it was possible and always spotted animals that no one else had seen. Highly recommend Edward as a tour guide.

The Safari or dreams
We went on safari with Savannah in July and it was an incredible experience, all thanks mainly to our guide Emanuel.
From the moment we arrived at the airport until our departure, he followed us step by step, fulfilling all our requests, giving us thorough explanations and answering all our questions, all this using excellent Italian.
Emanuel is kind, knowledgeable, helpful and very nice, he was definitely an added value on this trip. He also always took good care of the jeep, cleaning it every evening after the day spent on Safari.
We visited three parks: the Ngorongoro crater, the Tarangire and the serengeti. The last two personally are the ones we enjoyed the most. The evening before we decided with Emanuel on the departure time, and in this respect too he was extremely flexible.
In the parks he tried to show us as many animals as possible, so much so that we even managed to see a leopard. Furthermore, my daughter wanted to have a face-to-face with a giraffe and Emanuel managed to please her thanks to a giraffe that was eating by the roadside.
In addition, during the safari days he always took care of the packed lunch, drinks and everything else that was needed.
The lodges were very nice and clean, the staff was friendly and helpful and in this respect too we were extremely satisfied.
On the way back from the airport we wanted to do some shopping and eat red bananas and Emanuel accommodated us in this too.
Having said that, we would like to say a huge thank you to Emanuel for making this a unique experience, and we would recommend him to anyone planning to go on safari in Tanzania.

Excellent!
The knowledge and caretaking of the team of Genes Adventures surprised me. They prepared us for the climb of mount Kilimanjaro and when we where on the Mountain, the help, food, singing, nurtering where fantastic! I went down early and I have been brought back to the hotel, was helped with the flight back. Super!!!

Best 3 day safari – Tarangire, Ngorongoro and Lake Manyara
We did the 3 day safari with Bush and Forest and it was an amazing experience. From the start, the team was professional, punctual, and very attentive. We visited Tarangire, the Ngorongoro Crater, and Lake Manyara — three very different but equally stunning parks.
One of the highlights was seeing all of the Big Five (yes, including the rhino!), along with countless other animals in their natural habitats. The wildlife sightings were unforgettable, the guide was knowledgeable and passionate, and the camping experience was comfortable and well-organized. Everything ran smoothly, and we felt safe and well taken care of throughout the trip.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for an authentic and well-planned safari in Tanzania!

From the moment we connected with Thiam Travel we felt comfortable that we were communicating with an excellent travel coordinator all of the plans as quoted were accurate and interesting . We took day tours with Thiam and Adji they made our family feel very welcome from the first greeting at the airport on arrival . The 6 day tour of the garden route hosted by Sam was an excellent adventure. All arrangements for sightseeing and accommodation was first class . They exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended .

Nice guide that showed us a lot of wild animals during safari. Patiently drived for us more than 8 hours which is kind of tired.Needed 5-10dollars
