We had an amazing trip with Serengeti Smile who were consistently reliable and helpful from the point of enquiry to the end of our holiday. They provided great communication and value for money. We stayed in a selection of lodges which were clean and well designed with friendly and helpful staff. On the 5 game drives we went on, we saw a wide variety of animals and our guide provided us with great knowledge and expertise. We would defintely recommend booking a safari with Serengeti Smile, nothing was too much trouble for them and they put our minds at ease consistently.

We had the most amazing experience with Serengeti Clarity! Abdul was an incredible guide and driver — extremely knowledgeable about the animals and the environment. He’s also an excellent driver who made us feel safe the entire trip, and such a kind, genuine person.
We saw every animal we hoped to see and even more — including babies of nearly every species! One morning, we were lucky enough to spot four baby cheetahs. Abdul always knew exactly where to take us for the best sightings.
All of our lodging accommodations were wonderful, and The Friends Lodge and Camp was truly exceptional. I can’t recommend Serengeti Clarity and Abdul enough — I’d do the trip all over again with him as our guide!

Enthusiastic and professional
I booked a Kilimanjaro climbing trip, and the owner’s response was incredibly enthusiastic. He patiently answered all my questions related to the climb and even offered me one night of free accommodation—that was such a nice surprise!
During the climb, the guide was highly professional. He had an excellent knowledge of the mountain’s environment and managed the pacing perfectly, which made the tough ascent much more manageable. I was also quite satisfied with the mountain huts (tents) and the meals provided. The staff there were absolutely fantastic, always ready to help with a smile.
The overall vibe of the trip was very relaxing. When we successfully reached the peak, everyone was overjoyed and celebrated together.
All in all, I’m extremely satisfied with this trip and would highly recommend it to anyone planning to climb Kilimanjaro!

Our guide was the very soul of our safari, a quiet maestro conducting an unforgettable symphony of the wild. His profound knowledge was the foundation of every journey. He could not only identify every creature.
His expertise, however, extended far beyond theory. He possessed an almost preternatural talent for tracking and spotting. His eyes, trained by years of experience, could detect the twitch of an ear in the dense undergrowth. He had an intuitive understanding of animal behaviour and terrain, allowing him to anticipate movements and position our vehicle with impeccable timing and respect. We never chased; we arrived. He consistently guided us to the perfect vantage point—a crest that revealed a herd of elephants at a waterhole bathed in golden light, or a quiet spot where a cheetah and her cubs rested unaware of our presence.
Yet, what truly elevated the adventure was his demeanour. He was endlessly patient and genuinely friendly, fostering a warm and inclusive atmosphere. He welcomed every question with enthusiasm, his passion for his homeland infectious. During long drives, he shared stories of the land ，he remembered our individual interests and made sure everyone, from the keen photographer to the wide-eyed novice, had the best possible experience. He was more than a guide; he was a bridge, seamlessly connecting us to the majestic, untamed heart of Africa and leaving us with a deep, enduring connection to its magic.

Excellent organisation with great guides!
We were recommended Axis Safari by our friend who has used this compqny twice before. We spoke to Winnie who was very helpful and responsive any time we messaged. She helped to book our dream 4-day honeymoon safari!
Our Tour Guide was Collin Sempele who is a gem of a person, kind-hearted and very respectful about the animals and natural surroundings. He is also of Maasai origin and provided unique perspectives on the park and its history. This was very important to us as we believe in sustainable tourism. Sempele was incredibly knowledgable and made our trip highly enjoyable!
Sempele took us to an evening game drive where we saw elephants, buffalos and even some lions on the hunt. The highlight was being able to see the Crossing of the Mara River (part of the Great Migration to Serengeti) which we only saw because of Sempele’s great guidance and patience. Aside from this, we saw many incredible animals and got great photographs! We aren’t avid photographers but Sempele provided great tips, ensured we got good angles and even shared some of his own photos and videos.
We will definitely be recommending Sempele and Axis to our friends and family!

Very efficient team with great service
We had a 7-day safari trip with KLA and we had a great time. KLA sales Goel was very responding when we were building up the plan, he gave us great info about how to choose the routes more practically and was able to secure the lodges we wanna stay rapidly. They also provide tons of drinks including wines when they heard us enjoy alcohol on the road. Among all the agents we quoted with, Goel was always the fastest one to reply our questions and adjust the quotes/plans.
Our guide Bony was a nice guy as well. We ended up with almost 12 hours out everyday and he was always showing up at the front door every morning on time with clean/tidy car. We had some glitches on the road with the car and he was able to fix it quickly so that we weren't broken down on the road and safely back to the lodge everyday.
Overall I will definitely recommend KLA to operate another safari at Serengeti
