The communication was excellent, fast replies, everything clear and detailed. They’ve sent me an itinerary, pack list and prepared me for the safari.
The car was comfortable and Carfas (Our tour guide and driver) is a very skilled driver, which is important since the serengetti roads can be rocky.
Carfas took us to the most beautiful places, he really has a good eye for spotting the animals and he has so much knowledge about nature and animals which he shared with our group. We ended up seeing the big 5 and so much other amazing animals. While Carfas was telling about their habits, behaviour and fun facts.
Also the food provided and the places to spend the night were very nice! Special thanks to Ali our chef which made the most delicious meals!

The best safari experience we could ever imagine
From the very beginning, the management and communication with Meru Slopes were excellent. Kelvin, who was in charge of all the organization, was always kind, attentive, and professional, making everything during the booking process smooth and easy. We booked a private mid-range safari, and it was the best decision we could have made , everything was perfectly planned and exceeded our expectations.
The lodges chosen were extraordinary, with lovely staff everywhere who treated us with so much kindness and care. The accommodation was great, very comfortable and well located, and the food was excellent throughout the trip.
During the safari, our guide Samuel was simply outstanding. He constantly made sure we were comfortable, safe, and enjoying every single moment. Thanks to him, our safari was an absolute success and an unforgettable experience.

Everything went smooth, no issues
I created and tweaked my itinerary with Chloe who has been very helpful and responsive.
The resulting itinerary worked out very well for me.
On the ground everything was almost perfect -- I was picked up on time for my activities and transfers and the lodges were very nice.
The only tiny issues, which were sorted out in a few minutes, were the booking at Hwange which they had to look for and the BOMA dinner which they initially asked me to pay although it was pre-booked.

Working with this group has been such a real pleasure. Our personal tour operators’ name is Margreth and she has been nothing short of a blessing..a real life angel. When I first began the process of planning my trip to Tanzania, I’ll admit, it was a bit overwhelming but somehow I managed to come across Margreth and her tour group and things became much easier. She helped plan a 2 day safari and everything went smoothly as planned, but she didn’t stop there. Margret made sure that all of my accommodations and needs were met with exceptional service and professionalism.
