We started our safari in Kenya with Rio, and within the *first two days*, we saw the Big Five—unbelievable! The transfer to Tanzania was super smooth, and there we met Ledgar, who was a phenomenal guide. He had a real passion for wildlife and even helped us witness a lion hunting—an unforgettable moment.
Our final guide, Richard, was just as kind and knowledgeable. We really appreciated having different guides along the way—they each brought unique perspectives, stories, and deep knowledge, making every part of the trip enriching. On the last day we decided to do something else that wasn't originally planned in the itinerary and they were able to accommodate that request without any issue.

With Albert it is a great adventure! He is fun to be with and he is also very good in animal spotting!! Go with him to the Serengeti when you want to spot a lot of lions and you will have a wonderful time there! I have been on a safari with Albert several times. It is relaxed, safe and very pleasant.

Axis were a fantastic expedition company. They were thorough in their preparations of the trip for us. They asked plenty of questions in terms of what we wanted and tried to get the best deal for us. We were on the safari for 4 days, started at Nairobi, Masai Mara, lake Nakuru and Naivasha. Their communication was fantastic as they always got back to us in timely manner. The experience was ethical in terms of respecting the animals’ habitat and the driver was mindful of us being in their territory apart from one particular sighting; we personally felt that the rush of vehicles towards the wilder beasts whilst they were crossing was quite distressful for them. Unfortunately, in that instance, we contributed towards the problem. It would’ve been nice to have viewed the crossing from a distance and thus giving the animals more space. The tour guide was aware that this was a wider issue that the reserve/park faces and he was trying to cater to everyone’s needs in our particular group. Overall, we had an incredible once in a lifetime experience. Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and the amount of animals we saw was incredible and the knowledge of our tour guide was impressive! Would definitely recommend booking through Axis!

Excellent service, great communication and very accommodating for our wishes and needs.
We had a great safari thanks to Clinton in the office and Denis our driver and guide. Better than expected. Being in the Serengeti and seeing the top five, the great migration including wildebeest crossing the Mara River was amazing. Plus we saw many more mammals and birds thanks to Denis and his sharp eyes. He was an encyclopedia of knowledge and fun to be with. Thank you Ozon Light Tours for amazing safari.

Thanks to the Chinese-speaking customer service, everything went smoothly. From itinerary planning and hotel selection to pre-trip preparations and the immediate response to any issues we encountered, they were exceptional. We spent three days on Zang Island and five nights in the Serengeti. We saw a wealth of animals and were completely satisfied with our trip. Most importantly, during my ten-day trip, I observed many travel agencies' vehicles. Ours was definitely among the best in terms of comfort, cleanliness, and amenities. With long daily car rides on the savannah, vehicle condition is crucial. I highly recommend this travel agency, especially for Chinese tourists like me. There's no domestic travel agency taking advantage of price differences, and the Chinese-speaking customer service representatives have actually been there. Finally, I would like to celebrate the successful completion of my trip to Tanzania again. I hope to come again next time!

Fantastic 4 day safari in Tsavo East/West and Saltlick with Morris.
All communication regarding booking and questions to Paul in advance was top-notch.
Morris was a very knowledgeable guide and safe driver.
We stayed at Voi Safarilodge, Ngulia Safarilodge and Salt Lick Safarilodge. At Voi you have a tunnel that allows you to get close to the animals that come to the waterhole. Ngulia has Leopard feeding and a waterhole right outside the hotel room. Salt Lick, where the rooms are on stilts, allows the animals to roam freely around the houses. Food and lodging good in all places. Salt Lick is a large lodge with a lot of people!
In Tsavo East we saw the most animals, the west has a different and exciting landscape. In Salt Lick, night safari is recommended. Fantastic to see animals in their usual surroundings. We caught 4 of the big 5.
