The safari with JungleRoam has been amazing! Especially because we had the best driver and guide, James. He cared about all of us and he is very nice and professional. He knew all the tricks and spots and we could see amazing animals. Also the group was incredible! I think they select the group that fits you more and they made the experience even better. The safari week has been great. Our driver and guide James made it really well for us to enjoy a lot. He cared a lot for us to enjoy every experience as much as possible. He has been really nice and professional all the time.
Besides, the group they chosen for us couldn't be better. I really recommend going on a trip with them!

Professional and reliable
We spend the week with James! Very good driver and guide. He listened to all our requests. The group was amazing and we had a very good time. James makes all he can for us to be able to see all the animals. The experience was amazing! Once in a lifetime thing to do. The hotels were really good too. I recommend this tour to anybody thinking about doing a safari, you wont regret it.

Amazing bunch of young men!
Living and Adam were both excellent guides. They knew all the roads very well, where to stop for great food. I was part of a group of 4 people and we never stopped laughing for the few days we were with them.
If you’re worried about the rainy season in mid to late October, don’t worry. It would rain maybe an hour at most in the late afternoon and clear up.

Amazing!
I had the most incredible safari experience, far beyond anything I expected. From the moment I booked, I was extremely well taken care of by Eric, who offered the best customer service I have ever seen. He guided me through every step, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt safe and supported at all times. As a woman traveling alone, this meant the world to me.
The hotel on arrival was wonderful, and the lodge during my safari was absolutely beautiful, peaceful, clean, and perfectly chosen.
My safari guide and driver, Gilbert, was truly exceptional. Along the road, he taught me so much about the different cultures, tribes, and people of the region, which made the journey even more meaningful. He is extremely knowledgeable about wildlife, from animal behavior to what they eat, how they move, and where to find them. On top of that, he went above and beyond in every situation. When I got sick, he took care of me, brought me to a clinic, and handled everything with such kindness and professionalism. During the game drives, he patiently waited for me to take all my photos and always positioned the vehicle perfectly so I could capture the best moments. I am really grateful for that because the pictures I have are my memories.
Both Eric and Gilbert truly surpassed my expectations. They made this experience unforgettable, magical, and full of wonderful time. This safari was an extraordinary adventure, and I would recommend this team to anyone looking for a safe, memorable, and deeply caring experience in Tanzania.

A wonderful east Africa trip!
Our trip to Kenya and Tanzania in September was an amazing experience. It was a well organized trip. We had a couple communication meetings before the trip so we were well informed about how to prepare, what to expect, etc. The drivers were very friendly and experienced. So we have seen many amazing animals and spectacular African scenes. A wonderful journey!
