Fantastic Trip - would definitely recommend
My friends and I had a fabulous trip planned by Hermosa. We did 7 days starting and ending in Kigali . We did Akagera, Gorilla Trekking in Uganda, and Lake Kivu. Throughout the planning process, Hermosa was quick to respond, answered all of our questions, offered alternatives and suggestions. From start the finish, the trip was well planned and we had fantastic service. Godwyn, our driver and tour guide, was amazing! I'd highly recommend Hermosa.

Our group had a wonderful time climbing Mt. Kilimanjaro on a 6-day-long journey thanks to the expertise and encouragement of our guide team and the entire group of folks helping us along! Everyone was incredibly professional, and made us feel safe and prepared at all times. Not to mention how friendly everyone was! Our head guide, Ladi, did a fantastic job of getting everyone acclimated and keeping our spirits high, as well as Kennedy who always kept the laughs going and the smiles shining bright. If it wasn’t so hard the first time, we would totally go again!

Wonderful experience with the best driver/guide ever.
The tour was very well organised in terms of itinerary, accomodations and driver choice.
The value for money is good. The driver (Joseph/Maleyo) was excellent in terms of kindness, expertise, knowledge of reserves and animals, availability for extra requests, caring towards us and result oriented to make our experience the best in each visited place. He also speaks English very well, so it was very easy communicating with him.
As regards the communications and assistance from Agency before travelling it was quite difficult to get them understanding our requests and preferences. Above all with one of our accomodation: after 2 months since our reservation was confirmed, we found out accidentally that there was not availability anymore and we had to change our first accomodation option (tended camp instead of lodge).
Even though we had this inconvenience we still recommend the agency and above all the guide of Joseph/Maleyo. We recommend any future client only to follow up the agency constantly during the quote request and before the tour begins.
It was absolutely a wonderful experience!!!

Excellent arranged, tour, we had the best time we could wish for.
My son and I booked a mid-range 8 day safari tour at Tarangire and Serengeti National Parks, Lake Eyasi and Ngorongoro conservation area. The offered visit to the Daytona and Hadzabe people was a very interesting suggestion, we liked it very much. Everything was arranged beautifully by Innocent, Nelson and our marvellous guide Godfrey. We needed electricity all night in the tent and that was all arranged without fault. The only thing we had to do was to be ready at the arranged time, we did not have to worry about anything, things went very smoothly indeed.. The communication by whatsapp was very good and quick. We stayed partly at very nice Kati Kati big tents with all conveniences, private toilet and shower and excellent beds and very good meals and partly at nice lodges. Godfrey was an excellent driver and guide with a hawk's eye to spot animals.
After that we went for 3 days in Zanzibar, where Tourfull Expedition suggested an interesting day around the island. The transfers to Zanzibar and airport drop-offs went without a hitch. Tourfull Expedition is a very professional and friendly company and I would recommend this company to anyone wanting to make an excellent arranged tour.

Ramble - our reliable travel partner in Kenya
I booked a private trip for two with my sister.
I booked our first safari trip early in Feb, Paul was the most responsive one among all the travel agencies I contacted, and the price is reasonable, that's why I chose Ramble.
I had very good communication with Paul for the itinerary of our trip, he provided professional suggestions, explained clearly of different places and answered all my stupid questions so that we can plan our trips according to our wishes, totally tailor-made.
And our tour guide cum driver, Victor, he is very professional. He just like a big brother and take care about all the things during our trip, he taught us many knowledge about the wildlife and local people.
During our safari, he always try to let us to see the animals in a good position. And he is also a kindhearted and helpful man who helped his friend whose car was stuck in the muddy road, letting no one left behind in the area that might have big cats.
There were some accidents which makes our trip unforgettable, but Victor and Paul did communicate well and made speedy arrangements so that we can continue our trip safely with little delay only.
With the good communication and the sense of responsibility, I highly recommend Ramble for the trips in Africa, they are reliable and also the price is reasonable.

Perfect honeymoon trip, Ben was a super driver!
We spent 8 days in Uganda visiting Kibale NP, Queen Elizabeth NP, chimps trekking, gorilla trekking, Lake Bunyonyi, to Lake Mburo NP. During our visit everything was great we explore the nature of this beautiful country and we had the chance to see many animals. The trekking to see chimps and particularly the gorillas was unforgetteable.
The accomodations were good for the majority, there were nothing to complain with, some of them were better then other but apart that in general We are satisfied. One big mention it has to be done for our driver Ben which was always safe in driving, happy to answear all the questions and to respond to our requests. Moreover He always explained to us what we were going to do the next day and He was so precise in respecting the leaving time, sometimes he ask us to get up early in order to enjoy the wild animals that can be spotted at that early time, infact one day we could spot two lions and there were just our car on the street! If you want to do the tour with this company ask for Ben as a driver!

Absolutely incredible honeymoon!!
We had the most incredible honeymoon safari experience! From start to finish, everything was perfectly organised by William, and our guide Aaron was truly exceptional.
Aaron’s ability to spot wildlife was unbelievable — thanks to him, we saw the Big 5 (and even the “Big 9” as they call it now!). He shared a wealth of knowledge about every animal, was warm and friendly, and nothing was ever too much trouble. He was always on time, and made every day feel special.
The moment we entered the first park, we saw lions and even watched them attempt to hunt zebras — sooo incredible!!! Over the trip, we visited four different parks and saw an incredible variety of wildlife - hippos, monkeys, (lots of!!!) elephants, cheetah (& cubs!), leopard, buffalo, warthog, rhinos, baboons - I could go on & on.
Accommodation was incredible at every stop. We stayed one night in each place, but honestly wished we could have stayed longer because every lodge was amazing. Breakfast and dinner was always lovely, also lunch which the hotels/ lodges packed up for us the morning before we left.
Our safari truck was super comfortable, with plenty of space, charging points, and a great selection of drinks — perfect for long drives through the parks.
On top of all that, it was fantastic value for money — the quality of the experience far exceeded our expectations. We would recommend this safari without hesitation, and we’re already planning our next trip!
