It was such an unforgettable experience.
4/5

We joined a 4-day safari tour and our driver, Francis, was amazing. He handled any issues really well and managed the time perfectly, so we were very satisfied.
But the hot air balloon experience was a huge disappointment. Even though we came as a pair, we were placed on completely opposite sides of the balloon. When we asked to adjust, we were told, “If you don’t want to ride, then don’t.” It left us feeling angry and really disappointed.
The hot air balloon itself is a great experience and I would still recommend it, but I hope the pilot and operator can improve their consideration and respect for guests.

Highly Recommend Reflect Africa Expedition
5/5

We arranged our trip to Botswana with Sox from Reflect Africa Expedition; both Sox and his wife Fatimah, were easy to deal with and made all arrangements, generally speaking we accepted Sox's recommendations, but he was always open to discussions about any change of day or place. He was very accommodating.
We traversed Botswana, from the Central Kalahari, to Makgadikgadi and Nxai Pans, and then north to the Okavango Delta, Moremi, Kwai, Savuti, Chobe. It was an incredible trip. We loved every minute.
Sox's knowledge of the birds and animals was, naturally, superb. However, equally impressive was his knowledge of the indigenous plants and how they complimented the natural landscape, but also the formation of the structure of the different areas - he has a huge knowledge, and love of this beautiful land.
The camping was comfortable and fun, evening discussions around the campfire, delicious meals prepared by Amante - considering he had an unsophisticated small fire to cook over, the variety and tastiness of the meals were just so good. Tents, beds, ensuite facilities were all great, very comfortable.
I recommend Sox and Reflect Africa Expedition very highly, and we are keen to return. We wouldn't use anyone else!

About: Tanzania
My second trip to Africa in 2025
Overall rating
5/5

This is my second time I been to Africa in year of 2025, but this time I go with my mom, dad and students of my mother's psychology studio. Overall the trip was amazing, the children were love the view in the Tanzania. Like Tarangire, Serengeti, and Ngorongoro. They saw most of the animals of the Africa and the views of the national parks. At the meantime, children were also like the Zanzibar as well. Not only the tour of the Stone City, but also they enjoy the beach and snorkelling as we saw the beautiful view under the sea and we got the star fishes as well. The drivers in safaris are relatively due diligence. They take us to feel the magnificent view and introduce the different types animals on the Great Savannahs of Eastern Africa. Also the tour guide Kennedy at Zanzibar helped us to change hotel as well, and bring us to the different places on Zanzibar island.

Finally, I appreciate Zanzi Trekking your sincere service and I wish I can visit more views in Tanzania in the future. It was great pleasure to meet you.

About: Tanzania
Nice place, the worst services in whole Africa safari regions
Overall rating
1/5

Terrible experience with the Safari company MAKINI company, Tanzanians asking for a lots of money with very poor services, much better the safaries in South Africa or Kenia. Parks are managed by the Government and if you sleep in the Camps its own your risk, animals in between the tends, most of the time not water in the public toilettes...dirties etc. Food prepared by Cookers in a vey lack of hygene conditions, roads are terrible, but Tanzanian Gov, gets 45,00 Usd for each tourist going in the parks.

I don't know if you see the above mentioned comments cause I tend to think this site its manipulated

Review about Ngorongoro Crater by Yiheng
Overall rating
5/5

We feel Ngorongoro is the Eden Garden of the animals but we still saw the killing, which lions were eating a buffalo.

Review about Tarangire National Park by Yiheng
Overall rating
3/5

The Tarangire was the first national parks we've been to, and we feel it was quite simplistic, the elephants are the monopoly animals.

Review about Amboseli National Park by Alessandra e Simone
Overall rating
4/5

Beautiful park with a lot of wildlife and incredible families of elephants with a lot of babies. Kilimanjaro view is real scenery and the variety of scenarios is nice and interesting. on the other side the park is extremely dusty, no off-road possible and a lot of tourists given the period of the year.
