We had a 7 day trip starting with Masai Mara, Lake Naivasha and ending in Amboseli. I got 3 different quotes and Axis definitely offered the best rates, even giving us a budget option, mid-range and luxury and we went with mid-range. Lucy from Axis was amazing, patient and so helpful. We communicated mainly via whatsapp which was convenient and she always responded even out of business hours, which she did not have to do but always got back to me. She was patient when we needed to add group members and when they had to cancel, gave me alternate accommodation options to review when we asked and really helped plan a great trip.
We had to pay a 30% deposit to secure our booking and had the option of only paying the balance on Day 1 of the safari but we opted to pay the balance before we arrival and this turned out to be a good decision - you are taken to Axis offices before you set off on safari and they were SO busy! So it was convenient that we had already paid.
There were long travel days in between locations but Ken was an amazing driver and really made an effort to get us there as early as possible and safely. He also did his utmost to get us a good sighting while on safari even amongst the many, many safari vehicles.
Overall I would definitely recommend Axis when choosing a tour operator to help plan your trip, they take out all the hassle and offered fair rates.

Best tour operator for Tanzania experience
Travelling for the first time in Africa for our first family safari in Tanzania, five people with a children 8 years old. It was just amazing!
We chose Spazio Safari as our travel agent and their service was excellent!
Based in there, they know all locations, guides and drivers and are able to craft the best program, custom to anyone’s requirements.
We did a classic tour of the main parks (Tarangire, Serengeti, Lake Maniara), but on the advise of Spazio, we also went to visit the Hadzabe and Datoga tribus, and that was a great experience.
All tours are private, service is H24 on case of any need and the value for money is high.

I joined a 3-day safari on my own, traveling all the way from Istanbul, and it turned out to be one of the most unforgettable experiences of my life. From the very beginning, Oscar and our guide were incredibly helpful, always attentive to our needs and going out of their way to make sure everything was perfect.
We were lucky enough to spot lions within the very first hour of our safari, and throughout the trip we had the chance to observe so many animals up close in their natural habitat—it was simply breathtaking. At the camp, both our guide and our private chef made sure we always felt safe, comfortable, and well taken care of.
Everything—from the airport and hotel transfers to the freshly prepared meals—was perfectly organized. Every detail was handled with such care that I never once felt alone, even though I had come by myself.
I am truly grateful to Oscar and his amazing team for making these 3 days so special. It was a once-in-a-lifetime experience, and I look forward to joining more safaris with them in the future. Until then, thank you for the memories!

An unforgettable safari experience
We were a group of 10 friends from Italy and had an amazing experience with Jungle Roam Safaris. Our safari lasted 3 days and 2 nights: the first day we visited Lake Nakuru, where we were lucky enough to see many animals, including rhinos and even a hyena, and then we continued with game drives in the Masai Mara.
From the very beginning, the agency was extremely helpful in the months leading up to the trip. I had been in contact with Chesi, who was always kind and quick in answering all my questions and clarifying any doubts, making the organization smooth and stress-free.
Our drivers, John and David, were extremely skilled, kind, and always available for any need during the whole journey. Thanks to their great experience, we were able to see not only zebras, giraffes, wildebeest, and warthogs, but also some of the more difficult animals to spot such as lions, a leopard, a cheetah, hippos, and crocodiles. One of the highlights was the picnic lunch in the middle of the savannah – a truly unforgettable moment.
Overall, it was a wonderful safari experience that exceeded our expectations, full of unforgettable emotions, and we highly recommend Jungle Roam Safaris for anyone who wants to discover the beauty of Kenya.

Well-organized safari, beautiful lodges, and very kind staff.
We had a good experience with this tour operator and would recommend them. Everything was well organized, and we didn’t have any problems during our trip. They also took care of all our domestic flights.
The lodges they selected for us were excellent – we really enjoyed our stays there and the atmosphere. Our driver was also very skilled and always kind and helpful, which made the safari even more enjoyable.
One small suggestion for improvement would be to better coordinate the accommodation of participants traveling together in the same jeep. Because the lodges were quite far apart, a significant amount of time was spent each day picking everyone up and dropping them off. Optimizing this aspect would make the safaris even more enjoyable.

Ephie has been an amazing planner, letting us choose the best hotels and activities according to our preferences. James and Shana has been the best guides ever, with incredible driving skills, fluent english and a lot of laughing.
