I had alot of good time, the Kenya's beauties are unique.
Alex is very funny and good person at the same time good manager of the tours.

He was working exactly based on the plan, made out of each day, I got cold he took me to the pharmacy to take madicine, when we hadnt cash he was paying instead of us until we find ATM and pay back.
Lake Naivasha is optional, I recommend you to do it.
For the lake I was about missing due to gotting cold, but Wilson came back and took me to the lake.

Experienced, careful driver, great eyes to spot animals, sometimes impatient and not tolerant
Our package was overall great value for money. Although we booked a budget shared tour, our accommodation was still in lodges with private bathrooms, which was a very pleasant surprise. Communication with the agency was excellent—they were responsive and tried to handle any challenges (for example hot water shortage).
We also felt very lucky on the safari itself, as we were able to see almost all the major animals and even some rarer ones, such as a serval cat.
One improvement we would suggest is to group travellers who stay in the same or nearby lodges, as this would reduce travel time and allow for more game drives. Another small downside was that our driver became impatient when a tour member requested to look for lion cubs, repeatedly saying he could not guarantee sightings. While we understand this, a bit more patience and warmth would have made the experience even better.
Overall, we would still highly recommend booking a tour with Wild Horizon, just with a request for a more patient and welcoming guide.

Reliable, friendly and experienced
The tour guide, Dismas, was very reliable, attentive and experienced. He knew the way in the Tarangire, Serengeti and Ngorongoro by heart (the national parks we visited). He knew where are the best places to spot all the different animals, we saw everything there was to see! The accommodation provided by the tour operator was very comfortable and we felt safe all the time. The pickup from the airport was also very reliable (I arrived during the night).

Expert, kind and super fun!!
My girlfriend and I have decided to go with King Mufasa without too many expectations because we booked just a few days before and did not have much time for research and wow did they except our expectations!! Very very kind from the beginning with the customisation of the program, transportation from Zanzibar to Serengeti while taking care of our big luggages for the 3 days of safari. Lidven, pur guide for the safari, simply amazing: he explained us so much interesting stuff while making us feel safe and having fun. 100% recommend king Mufasa!!

Amazing guide, kind and super clear
We had an amazing 3-day safari experience in Tanzania (2 days in Serengeti and one in ngorongoro). Our guide was kind, always available, and very attentive to our needs. He explained everything in a super clear and engaging way, and he patiently answered all of our questions and curiosities. Thanks to him, we learned so much and truly enjoyed every moment of the trip. We felt safe, and inspired by his deep knowledge of wildlife and the environment. We highly recommend this tour operator and especially our wonderful guide Lidven!

An excellent tour operator to enjoy Serengeti and Ngorongoro
The tour was really well organized. First of all the description of the tour is really reliable. Benjamini also satisfied our additional need to have a flight back to Zanzibar. The tour guide was so usefull and friendly: he knows very well both the parks and he helps to recognize all wild animals. He also allowed us to spot animals closer. We really advise this experience!

Great safari
Our safari experience in Tanzania was absolutely unforgettable. We saw so many animals and witnessed lots of action — from elephants crossing right in front of us, to lions trying to hunt buffalos and even a cheetah eating. Every game drive felt unique and exciting.
The accommodation was mostly very good, offering comfortable rooms/tents and delicious meals after long days in the bush. The staff everywhere we stayed were welcoming and made us feel at home.
What truly made the trip special was the breathtaking scenery — from the vast Serengeti plains to the dramatic Ngorongoro Crater, every landscape felt straight out of a documentary. Our guide was knowledgeable, friendly, and clearly passionate, which made the whole experience even richer.
