The trip definitely exceeded our expectations. We took the 4-day Kruger + Panorama tour.
Let's start from the beginning: we handled all the formalities with Norman, who was always very quick to respond to all our questions. We wanted to maximize our time in the park. We were glad that extending our trip by one day wasn't a problem at all. All costs were clearly explained, as were the payment methods.
Khongi, who was an incredible companion for the trip from Johannesburg to Kruger and back, picked us up from the airport hotel. He was also our guide on the Panorama tour. We felt like we'd known him forever; he was incredibly interesting, but he also showed us and explained many things. We felt taken care of the entire time because we had constant contact, and even after a full day of safari, he called to make sure everything was okay and to confirm the next day's plans.
The hotel itself also exceeded our expectations. The rooms looked even better than in the photos, and the breakfast buffet or takeaway box on our departure morning was truly filling and varied. The dinner buffet offered a huge selection of delicious dishes.
The safari trips were also well-organized, and even though we were with other people, it was relaxed and everyone could see what they wanted.
In short, we couldn't have chosen a better place. Khongi, his care, and the overall experience made us not want to go back home. I'm always wary of using travel agents and prefer to handle everything myself, but they exceeded all our expectations at all. They don't just sell trips; they sell memories and experiences. The tour started very early. It was such an incredible experience. I had been to the zoo before this experience and so I had some expectations. My expectations were exceeded 😂😂😂. It was interesting to see the tour guide having a network with other tour guide all in a bid to ensure we were at the right place at the right. This is particularly important as this is the wild and you can not tell when some of the biggest animals will be out. Overall I will recommend Zazu for its pricing and attention to customer satisfaction.

Safari trip of a lifetime with Shafino
We covered Tarangire, Ngorongoro Crater, Central and Northern Serengeti over 5 days. Our guide Shafino was excellent!! From the moment he picked us up from the hotel in Arusha, he showed us a fantastic time - we were able to see all kinds of animals and birds, including the big 9. He is extremely knowledgeable about all the wildlife and shared obscure details about them all. He is an expert driver, and very professional! He went the extra mile in trying to find hard-to-find animals like leopards and rhinos and I’m happy to report that we had multiple sightings of them. He is the master of his domain!

I was a bite nervous being that the only way to communicate was via email. The first driver showed up a few minutes past the scheduled time. We were taken to the airport to change vans. That was a bit confusing. The driver Tiyani was friendly and accurate on the times. We stopped twice to stretch and go to the bathroom. The drive was long and some of the roads were bumpy but over all the van was clean the air worked and everyone was kind. Would recommend this tour company.
