Jokey operator was professional and Kikitu is fantastic, funny and most passionate guide we ever had
Everything from operator was on time and professional and 7 days Safari tour was perfectly organized and communication was great! But our guide Kikitu was simply amazing! He was not only very kind, hospital and caring but also super professional guide who showed the best scenes possible (see pictures): cheetah eating the pray, leopard hiding on the tree after successful hunting, elephants taking the bath in the swamp (1meter from us), lioness with 4 cubs and more! We love action scenes (hunting etc) and Kikitu was the perfect guide for this as he was in constant connection with other guides and reacted very quickly to all news. Also maybe because every person we have met loves him! So many random people know his name across the entire Kenia! For active vacation with maximum of opportunities to see the wild life in action I wouldn’t choose different guide! In fact I’m planning another trip to Kenia next year and will only do it with Kikitu!
Strongly recommend him to anyone who loves to spend time with open, funny, caring people, who is also an excellent guide! Thank you Kikitu and Jockey tours, we had the best time in Kenia!

An outstanding, well-organized tour led by a knowledgeable and friendly guide
I had a fantastic experience with Balu Travel and truly enjoyed every part of the tour with my group. From the beginning, everything was well organized and communication was clear, which made the entire experience smooth and stress-free.
Our tour guide was one of the highlights of the trip. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the history, culture, and places we visited, and he shared stories and context that made each stop more meaningful. He was also very patient and always happy to answer questions, no matter how small, which made everyone feel comfortable and engaged.
The team was also extremely understanding and flexible. One person in our group experienced a flight disruption that delayed their arrival, and Balu Travel kindly waited a bit longer in the morning so they could still join us. That level of patience and accommodation was truly appreciated and made a big difference for our group.
What I appreciated most was how easy our guide was to talk to. He created a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere, making it easy for everyone to connect and enjoy the experience without feeling rushed.

Incredible
We have had such an amazing time on this tour with Kevin, he is very friendly and professional. I have been on several safaris previously, in Tanzania, Zambia and Namibia but this had the most drama. Kevin always had us in the right place at the right time.
Very good value for money, the accommodation were very good so was the food. Staying at Lake Nakuru Lodge is a must, such an amazing view with game coming up to the fence line.

Excellent trip to Hell's Gate and Naivasha Lake
This was a great one-day private safari - for three people - from Nairobi. We visited Hell's Gate National Park and Lake Naivasha - both were beautiful, peaceful, and full of animals. Our driver was fantastic, as were our guides in the two national parks. I highly recommend the trip.

We went on a 7 days Safari tour + 6 days on the beach, all organized by mr Denis from Bushtop Safari Kenya.
Mr Denis is an exquisite, competent and helpful person, always available to satisfy any request.
The tour he organized for us went even beyon our expectations and the asked price is more than fair.
Our driver James had a truly infectious enthusiasm , always smiling and the car always clean.
With him we managed to see all Big Five and much more....
Kenya will remain in my Heart forever also thanks to the fact that mr Denis and mr James made us feel at home.

Professional, Punctual and Reliable
I saw this company through Safari tours, and after checking the reviews online, I booked a trip with them to climb Mt. Meru. Everything is great from beginning to end. They have a professional team to handle logistics, payment, and everything else.
When it comes to the crew that comes with you in the mountains, it could absolutely not be better. Everyone is super professional, punctual, and they had everything planned for me to achieve my goal. The food every day was simple, but delicious, and the beds in the loft were also comfortable.
Special thanks to my guide, Paul, who went above and beyond to make sure I could do the summit safely. He was very knowledgeable, but also funny, nice, and a good person to be around. The descent from the summit was not easy for me, and without his help, that would be a bad situation. I am very glad I had him as a guide
