Amazing 8-Day Safari Experience with JM Jungle Safaris
5/5

We had an incredible 8-day safari with JM Jungle Safaris covering Murchison Falls National Park, Queen Elizabeth National Park, Kibale Forest, and Bwindi Impenetrable Forest. From start to finish, the experience was truly amazing and very well organized.
We were accompanied by the manager, Derrick, and our guide, Pannuel—both of whom were exceptionally friendly, kind, and highly professional. They were always on time, very knowledgeable, and made us feel comfortable and well cared for throughout the entire journey.
The wildlife, landscapes, and overall itinerary exceeded our expectations, and the personal attention we received made the trip even more special. We highly recommend JM Jungle Safaris to anyone looking for an unforgettable safari experience in Uganda.

The best safari guide
5/5

Hamidu is a knowledgeable guide on safari - really knows about and is passionate about sharing his knowledge on all animals. An excellent driver in some challenging conditions, that vehicle can really handle some work with Hamidu at the wheel. Winning photography positioning, trust Hamidu, you might not immediately get the shot you think you want but he will ensure you are in prime position for what the relevant animal is going to do next so with a little patience you will definitely get the best shot!! A clever linguist with fluent English, conversational French and excellent German (likely fluent but that is beyond my skillset to confirm) and probably many more languages outside my sphere of knowledge. Respectful of me as a solo female traveller and in fact from the get go declared “we are a team” and he was right, we were a great team for my five night safari. Finally a friend, someone I will definitely recommend to all of my contacts and that I will use again next time I am in TZ.
On separate note Ndutu is so fun for wild safari action, kills and feasts, Serengeti also excellent but for bigger herds/prides/towers of all your favourites!
Finally I thought my trip was excellent value for money but recommend the company works to improve clarity in communication around inclusions rather than that issue falling for debate throughout the trip.

Easy going and helpful
5/5

I had a wonderful day gorilla trekking with Christian. He was punctual picking me up and messaged me the night before informing me of all the particulars such as what to bring. He answered all of my questions and didn’t bombard me. It was such a great day. The roads are very steep as they pass over mountains and I felt that Christian is an experienced driver. I felt very safe with him in the vehicle. Also, I’m a female solo traveller and Christian was very professional, and he made me feel comfortable. He took me to a great spot for lunch. He took photos of me as well which I appreciate. He’s a great photographer. I recommend this tour company and I recommend Christian to families, couples or solo travellers.

Samuel is knowledgeable, calm, a great driver, kind, humble and intelligent, an excellent tour guide
5/5

We had an outstanding experience with Samuel as our tour guide. He works alongside his brother, and together they make a fantastic team. Samuel is extremely knowledgeable and clearly passionate about what he does, every place we visited came alive through his explanations.

He is also a very good and safe driver, always calm and composed, which made the entire journey relaxing and enjoyable. Beyond his professionalism, Samuel is a genuinely nice person, intelligent, thoughtful, humble and easy to talk to. He created a comfortable atmosphere and was always attentive to our needs.

I couldn’t recommend Samuel highly enough. If you are looking for a guide who combines expertise, kindness, and professionalism, he is an excellent choice.

Thank you so much for your guide and help
5/5

Before coming to Africa, I searched for a few companies and thought Oscar's company had a high rating and the tour price was reasonable. We talked on WhatsApp and he was very friendly and included airport pickups, lodging pickups, and transfer to Mosi. so I sent them a advance payment right before coming to Africa. He said 20%, but I was afraid, so I said less, which Oscar accepted. When we first met at the airport, he was also friendly. I thought I would pay the rest of tour fee on the day of their departure, but I was afraid about giving him the rest in the tour fee on the day they took me to Arusha's lodging from the airport. But from the next day on, I went on a safari tour that I will never forget in my life. It was an off-season for the safari tour, so we went on a safari tour with the help of another company, and we had an amazing tour with the help of our driver and guide, "Adam". I saw all the Big Five of including Ngorongo's rhinos. Luck should follow, but I think the ability of a safari guide was also really important. We camped and on the first day we were on the Serengeti grasslands, so we only used the door for a certain period of time, and on the second day we were on the campsite for Ngorongo, and we also used hot water without restriction. I was lucky to see the elephant family coming there to drink water from the water tank. I'm also so grateful to "Justin," who took me all the way to Moshi after the tour ended. There was a traffic jam due to a road accident, but he used his wisdom and took a different route and arrived safely at Moshi's accommodation. I saw a lot of animals throughout the tour. It's an unforgettable experience and I really want to come back someday. Ask "Oscar" for help. He is kind and helpful. Thanks a lot to "Oscar", Again. Be happy.

Realliable, Nice and Concerned
5/5

We had a great experience with Travel Africa Safari Agency. They were very organized right from the start, answered all our questions even before we booked the tour with them and kept in touch every step of the way making sure everything was running smoothly. A safari is an expensive activity but they still manage to have a competitive price. The accomodation in Serengeti was amazing (Matawi Serengeti Camp) and the lodge in Ngorongoro was also really nice even though it's a bit far from the crater entrance (the nearer hotels are more on the luxury side and we booked the standart). They gave us hot, knife and fork food on the safari while other companies just arrange lunch boxes, and the food was really good (I'm vegetarian and they provided food for me without extra charge).
The safari was unbelievable, we got to see the big five, we went on low season and there were not a lot of tourists so it didn't feel crowded, Serengeti and Ngorongoro are breath takingly beautiful so don't hesitate to visit both. Just be aware this involves long driving hours in the jeep (6h from Arusha to Serengeti, 3h from Serengeti to Ngorongoro and 3h to Arusha again; also it takes 1.5h from the Ngorongoro hotel to the crater entrance).
About our guide, Joel, he's great, speaks very good english, is super knowledgeable and answered to all our questions about animals, culture, language, you name it. He was also really concerned about our wellbeing, always asking if we needed anything and if we were ok, he did everything to make us feel comfortable. Also you can tell he really likes his job.
The hotel on the night before and after the safari were included in the price (plus breakfast and dinner at the hotel) and the transfer from and to the airport were also included.
Plus, they gave us t-shirts and a personalised gift at the end!
In conclusion, really recommend booking with this company, we had a great time and have no complaints.

We had the best adventurous experience, we visited several National Parks: Ziwa Rhino Murchison, Kibale, Queen Elizabeth, Bwindi, Lake Bunyonyi, Lake Mburo. The encounter with the Wild animals in their Natural Habitant was very amazing.
We're rendered the best Services and Bruce's reliability was very excellent.

The best safari ever!!
5/5

We would like to sincerely thank Joshua, our safari guide in Masai Mara. He was truly outstanding — kind, patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly smart. Thanks to him, we were able to see all the amazing animals up close and enjoy an unforgettable safari experience. We are extremely happy and grateful, and we honestly could not have asked for a better guide.

Amazing trip
5/5

Went on a one day safari to Tsvaro East yesterday with Steve and his fabulous driver/guide. I had messaged Steve before our arrival to get some more information and prices etc, he always replied promptly and was very helpful. When we arrived in Kenya I messaged him again looking to book the trip. Steve came to our hotel for a chat and to go through the different options so we could book in.
On the day of the tour he arrived on time at half 4 to enable us to really make the most of the day. The drive went smoothly, we stopped for breakfast (provided by the hotel) and a restroom break before entering the national park.
Water was provided during the safari and a box lunch for later on. Steve was very knowledgeable, answering all our questions and stopping as and when we wanted (benefit of a private tour)
We were so lucky to see lots of animals - giraffe, elephants, zebras, hippo, zebra, lions plus many more. We could get so close to them but still felt really safe.
It was a long 3.5 hour drive back to Dinai beach but totally worth it. If you are looking for a tour I can 100% recommend as the service was brilliant plus they are cheaper than the holiday/hotel reps with the same insurance and support.
