Kindu was our guide, he was very knowledgable and had an incredible ability to spot wildlife. The tour was well organized and any minor issues that arose along they way were handled with ease. Kindu was such a pleasure to travel with, he was more than willing to help with any requests we had. The variety of lodging was all wonderful experiences. Very comfortable, good food and relaxing. The company provided opportunities to experience many cultural aspects of life in Tanzania. And did I mention how good Kindu was at spotting the wildlife in the parks!? Our 12-day tour of Kenya and Tanzania was fabulous. Our two guides, Brian and Elly, were fun, friendly, flexible and knowledgeable. We shared a lot of laughs and developed a strong bond in our short time together, and we saw every animal we'd hoped to see (plus some) thanks to them. Gracepatt's customer service was excellent. They responded to emails in a timely manner, changed the schedule around a bit so that we could fly into and out of Nairobi, booked a hotel for the night we arrived without even being asked, and upgraded our accommodations. I'd highly recommend them in every respect.

Our tour guide Steve is very professional，responsible，giving detailed and interesting explanation for the animals we saw. We saw all the Big five，and cheetah in close distance. 2.the whole7 days journey plan is reasonable， it guarantee almost everyday we can have interesting activities， we like masai mara game drive，biking in Hell Gate，and amboseili the most.
3.First we listed all preferred accommodations and sent to jungle roam， they provide a good price，everything is worth of value. one of the accomdations was fully booked，Jungle roam changed a better one with same price. We choosed all sopa hotels， naivasha sopa is the best，after a tiring game drive， they provide good service and delicious food. Kibo is Jungle Safari suggested，they have great sunset view and best food. All recommend！！！
