I have traveled the world and have had many tour providers, this was by far the best experience I've ever had! From the moment I reached out to book until I was dropped off at the airport, the experience was seamless and stress free. I missed my flight and Sam was flexible, giving me peace of mind.
We did a safari in Nairobi, and the Masai Mara. There was glamping, the equator, Masai village, downtown Nairobi and a few unplanned stops. Sam and our driver James were knowledgeable and friendly the entire trip. Initially I thought I hired a tour provider, but I quickly realized I gained life long friends!
I would highly recommend Samton Safaris to anyone! I'm looking forward to going back to see more of Kenya as well as seeing my new friends while having a cup of coffee!

Great experience
We booked Frena Adventures for our trip to Uganda and Rwanda in December 2025. Ronald, our guide and driver, was our first point of contact. Communication before our trip via WhatsApp was clear and easy - all our questions were answered.
Ronald picked us up at the airport of Kigali and from there our journey started. He is a great guide and driver, with good knowledge of the different areas, the distances that needed to be travelled and the time it takes to reach certain destinations. He made sure that our (very packed) travelling schedule was possible and gave us clear input on timing and visiting times.
During the trip, the car we were driving had a defect on the steering wheel (however we never noticed anything about this and were able to keep on driving). Frena Adventures arranged to swap cars mid-journey without losing any time or making any detours.
Ronald was also very helpful in arranging the best possible options for our visits to several national parks. It was very clear that he has good connections with the local guides, which resulted in smooth transfers and professional reception at all our destinations.
We would certainly recommend Frena Adventures for travels in Uganda and Rwanda.

Amazing Safari with Plex Safari and Francis the Safari Guide
Incredible experience with Francis as our Safari Guide. We could not have asked for a better driver or nicer person. He is also one of the best Safari guides with vast experience of the bush and Tanzania in general. Plex Safaris is a Great company to work through for a Safari. Well organised and very helpful. I would suggest flying part of the way as distances are vast. Southern part of Tanzania is unspoilt and you can view the game without the disturbance of other vehicles. We were privileged to see game in quantity with some very special sightings of leopard, Wild dog, Bat eared fox and more lion sightings than I have seen before. What an incredible experience. 5 star rating goes to Francis our guide and Plexis Safaris. .

Attentive to his surroundings and understood client expectations
Every second is a memory made with savannah adventures. They made sure the excursion was a meaningful one. Tracking wildlife and making sure we got value for the package. The tour wasn't rushed it was breathtaking and for a moment we forgot the worries of the world.

We really enjoyed the safari.
We were a little apprehensive when we started, but everything was perfect for us. Our guide Chombo picked us up at the airport on time and was helpful throughout the trip.
He even handled the language barrier well (we don't speak a foreign language well). It was perfect value for money. We highly recommend this tour operator.

We loved our experience with Hagyko. Camp Lilac was a great experience! Everyone was friendly and we feel comfortable from the beginning. The room was clean and beautiful,it was a wooden cabin.All the stuff are amazing people and very helpful. Also we were very lucky with our safari guide William, he has full knowledge about nature and animals with a lot of respect and love for them. We had connection and he has a very good sense of humor.

Great tour with good distribution and MANY animals
The tour where planned nicely, we were picked up by a town car at 5am from Arusha, so we could meet up with the other and the car outside the city. We drove to Serengeti and got to see all the animals we dreamed about! The driver gave time to see each animal, but also decided when he had to drive because another great sight were spottet and communicated over the radio.

Professional, friendly and provided smooth booking experience
Great fast communication throughout. I went on a four day safari. Tarangire, Serengeti and Ngorongoro. This was a solo adventure, so I was a little nervous before. Wonderful friendly welcome at the airport. I then joined others in a vehicle and headed off on safari. The driver/guide was professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. We were lucky enough to see the Big Five. The food was tasty. This was amazing adventure. The only thing I would change if I was to it again would be to upgrade to Bush Tents. The budget accommodation was ok but the the Bush Tents looked fabulous.
Tip. If you are staying on campsites. Bring a towel, toilet paper, head torch and maybe extra blanket or similar as Ngorongoro can get cold during the night.
