With the abundance of operators it can be overwhelming to choose and we were lucky enough to have chosen the right one. Not online but by walking into their office. Turned out to be the best decision after six months of comparing various operators.

Exceptional experience!
We did a 5-day safari including Taranguire PN, Ngorongoro CA, Lake Manyara PN and Serengeti PN and ... WOW! It was the best holidays of our lifes! Our guide was Jordan qnd he was so amazing, he is knowledgeable about all-things-Tanzania and more! We saw the big 5 and we could not have asked for anything to be different.

Michael was a very experienced and funny guy. We spotted big 5 on the 4 day safari.
Communication with Meijo (Marcelina) was excellent and very quick. I loved the transparency of the costs. Every activity was quoted seperatly . If you find a cheaper price or want to choose a cheaper option, Meijo adapted it to your needs. Even on the first day the room was not ready on arrival and Marcelina quickly adapted the plan. We did the Arusha markets tour earlier and she organized a possible to freshen up.
The 4 day safari ( 1 day tarangire, 2 days Serengeti, 1/2 day crater of ungoro) was perfect for our needs. It was exhausting but this was what we asked for :) if you want a trip more relaxed. Plan 1/2 days more. Michael tried the best to get as much fitted in these days as possible. Which we achieved, we were more than happy with the amount of animals we spotted. Big 5, more than 25 lions, 6 cheetahs (2 of them baby’s).
The experience of Michael was here the winning factor.
I definitely recommend to book the balloon flight over Serengeti since you will see the park from a different angle and you are able to see places which are not reachable via car. It’s quite expensive compared to balloon rides in different part of the world ( we paid 500$ p.p) but definitely worth it. We asked different passengers which booked not via the safari agency directly and they paid 600$ so definitely book via Meijo directly. The choosed accommodations were excellent ( food, cleanliness and service). Only problem sometimes is the WiFi connection in the lodges.

Unforgettable Safari with Efraem Solomon
Our safari through the Tarangire, Serengeti and Ngorongoro Crater absolutely amazing, and a big part of that was thanks to our incredible guide, Efraem Solomon.
Efraem was everything you’d hope for in a guide — professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. He had an amazing eye for spotting wildlife and made sure we had the best views while always respecting the animals and environment. Thanks to him, we saw the Big Five and so much more — lions, cheetahs, elephants, even a black rhino!
He also shared fascinating insights about animal behavior, local culture, and the ecosystems we were exploring. His passion was contagious and really enhanced the entire experience.
The trip was well organized, the vehicle was super comfortable, and the accommodations exceeded our expectations. If you’re planning a safari in Tanzania, I highly recommend Safari Soles — and if you can, ask for Efraem Solomon. He made this trip unforgettable.

Outstanding Service, Amazing Guide, Incredible Memories
We booked our safari with Meijo Safari and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The booking process was smooth, transparent, and tailored to our individual wishes. Just Amazing
Our safari with Meijo was simply outstanding! From the very beginning, communication was smooth and effortless. Everything felt well organized and easy. Our guide Michael truly knew what he was doing and made the entire journey unforgettable. Thanks to his experience and keen eye, we were able to spot so many incredible animals.
What really stood out was how much he clearly enjoys his work – his passion and enthusiasm were contagious and made the experience even more special. We had such a great time together: every question we had was answered in detail, and all of our wishes were taken care of.
It was the perfect mix of adventure, knowledge, and fun. We would absolutely do it again in a heartbeat and can highly recommend Meijo to anyone looking for an authentic safari experience.

Outstanding
We had an absolutely amazing, once-in-a-lifetime experience. We went to the Maasai Mara, and everything from start to finish was beyond wonderful. Hellen was incredible, she always answered all my questions promptly, went above and beyond to personalize the whole trip for me and my father, and made us feel so cared for. She was very thoughtful and welcomed us with personalized gifts. The lodge she chose for us was outstanding 10/10!
Our guide, Nicholas, was equally outstanding. He was extremely knowledgeable about both wildlife and Kenyan history, attentive to every detail, and genuinely kind. Thanks to him, every moment of the safari was memorable and enriching.

Porcupine Expeditions were the best company we could have chosen for our safari experience. It was very much a family feel, with Anna and Juliana giving us the most attention and care to ensure we were ok.

We had a fantastic trip. Our guide, Hussian, found all the animals - we even saw a rhino! - he has an eagle eye. His knowledge about the animals was outstanding and we asked a lot of questions!! And he took great care of us, going out of his way to be helpful. The tour company was responsive to all our needs making

Dynamic company who went out of their way to accommodate us
We made a lot of changes to our itinerary before our journey: the owner of this company was incredibly patient with us and met our changing needs admirably.
On the ground we could not have asked for more. We had three different guides: they were all very personable and knowledgeable. Their ability to spot distant animals whilst driving astounded (it’d take us ages to see them). There was a great mix of accommodation types.
We were very happy with our choice of company. There’re many to choose from, but you can be assured Wild Cruises is a winner.
