Amazing trip
Our experience at Queen Elizabeth National Park exceeded our expectations, and we have no regrets about choosing Firante Gorilla Treks. Their service was exceptional, and they were highly responsive and professional in their communication. Our guide kelly was very professional.

Recommended by friends. This was a golden one. The best ever!
Through friends we ended up with Makasa — and what a golden tip that turned out to be. This trip had a fantastic structure and really exceeded our expectations every day.
The lodges and tented camps were all beautiful, the food was always good and everywhere we were warm and hospitable. But what really made this trip unforgettable were our guides. In Uganda we traveled with Anna and in Tanzania with Augustino: two great people with a lot of knowledge, a nice click and a calm, safe driving style. We wholeheartedly recommend them.
From the impressive mountain gorillas to the Big Five — and everything in between, including part of the Small Five and the most breathtaking landscapes. This trip was without a doubt the most beautiful we could have wished for.
Makasa, thank you for this unforgettable experience!

Honest, knowledgable, safe and caring. Over expected safari and accommodation experience.
The experience with Samora was amazing. Very responsive communication, perfect logistics from smooth airport pickup to safari exploring. Dining was just perfect, very delicious and plenty of food.
Our driver Emanuel was really great, very knowledgeable with great English. He was very kind and patient with us and we really appreciated his nice attitude to nature.

Wonderful safari trip
As the title says, it’s been a really great experience.
We have had really good and easy-going guides Joshua and his intern Alvin.
He was proactive in explaining about the wildlife and also about Kenyan culture. He was always kind and helpful with anything.
About the trip itself:
Maasai Mara was the best part of the whole package. Honestly, we recommend to prolong the stay in Maasai Mara by one day - because it’s just stunning. We’ve seen all the animals from the so-called “big five” in unique situations and plenty other animals.
Rest of the trip was also nice, it had different vibes than Maasai Mara, so it was not seeing the same all over again.
One little negative of the trip overall in Kenya is whenever you pass by any tourist shop or locals, they try to sell you whatever they have, often in a very pushy way. First few days it was ok, but later on it became really annoying. Also, from our point of view, the souvenirs were quite expensive.
If you are still deciding about this trip - your answer should be yes! It was absolutely worth it and we would recommend it to anyone!

5-day-safari
We did a 5 day safari tour, which we booked very last minute, and everything worked perfectly from start to finish. Yusef was always immediately available, extremely responsive, and took care of everything right away. The organization was fast, smooth, and very professional, which especially impressed us given the short notice.
The accommodations were consistently good. One thing worth noting for future travelers is that even luxury camps are still camps. Internet is only available at the main camp and not at the tented camps, and nights can get a bit chilly. With the right expectations, this fits well with the authentic safari experience.
The safari itself was absolutely amazing. We were lucky enough to see all of the Big Five and experienced countless wildlife encounters in many different situations, truly unforgettable.
A very special highlight was our guide and driver David. He truly made the trip and could not have done a better job. In addition to the many fun and relaxed conversations during the drives, he had an impressive amount of knowledge about the animals and knew the parks inside and out. This allowed him to bring us to the best spots and create a maximum safari experience. We could not have wished for a better guide and driver.
An outstanding safari experience that we can highly recommend.

Unforgettable experience
A beautiful and unforgettable experience. It was my 14-year-old daughter's first trip to Tanzania, and from the moment we stepped off the plane, we felt safe thanks to our guide, Muddy, and our driver. Our Italian guide, Muddy, is very kind and knowledgeable. The driver is very experienced and made us feel safe on the rough roads. We highly recommend him.
Phenomenal
Are you overwhelmed by the number of apparently excellent choices of safari companies in Tanzania? I was, and I hope this review helps, because we could not possibly have been happier with our choice of Safari Soles. Jackson organized the trip and responded graciously and patiently to my many questions and when we had to change the timing and length of our safari twice. He is simply excellent at his job. All the accommodations were exceptional, and everywhere we stayed, we were greeted with smiles, friendly greetings, warm towels, and cold drinks. The service and personnel were uniformly warm and friendly everywhere. We especially loved the Masek Tented Lodge where we were escorted to and from our tents at night by Maasai warriors who made sure we were safe from the hippos that wander amongst the tents at night. But our highest praise of the trip must go to our excellent guide, Christian. He is friendly, professional, kind, and funny with an infectious laugh. He has a seemingly encyclopedic knowledge of the areas we visited and the animals we saw, and we saw so many! Not only did we see the Ugly Five and the Big Five, but Christian found us 6 rhinos in one day, both white and black! This was all in a four-day safari. Everyone I mentioned this to in Tanzania said this is very unusual and reflects an exceptionally skilled guide, but we knew that from watching him firsthand. Christian found three of the 6 rhinos with his bare eyes while driving through the densely thicketed and forested areas in the Ngorogoro Crater. It was unbelievable. Even once he stopped the jeep, it took us at least 5 minutes and high-powered binoculars to see what he saw with his bare eyes. He is also a skilled driver, which you'll come to appreciate on the bumpy and sometimes muddy roads and off-roads. But most of all, it was Christian's warmth and kindness that touched us all. The women in our group all welled up when we had to say goodbye and the men agreed they felt they'd made a true friend. He gave us all the experience of a lifetime.

Outstanding and Most Memorable
Our safari with All Wheels was truly special. From the start, planning with Edward, the owner, felt thoughtful and personal. Edward was patient, knowledgeable, and he listened to our thoughts about the trip. He helped to map out a perfect trip. Once in Tanzania, everything flowed smoothly, letting us be present and enjoy every moment.
We had been to Tanzania before and had an idea what to expect, but this trip really allowed us to immerse ourselves in the wonders of nature, culture, and the vastness of the Serengeti and beyond. We started our experience in Arusha National Park. Taking the walk with the ranger was amazing. Next, we chose to fly into the Seronera Airport, right in the Serengeti, which made the trip even better because we were out exploring within minutes of landing.
Our guide, Emmanuel, was exceptional — calm, kind, deeply knowledgeable, and someone who made us feel safe at every moment. Being so close to wildlife in the Serengeti and Ndutu was both exhilarating and humbling, especially witnessing new life and the realities of nature side by side. We all saw all the key players that you would want to see on a safari, but this time we spent more time to find some more unusual cast of characters: a beautiful serval, honey badgers being followed by a jackal, so many gorgeous birds, and even a melanistic black wild cat. When your guide is excited about the finds, you know you are seeing something quite special.
Each accommodation exceeded my expectations. Every tented camp was unique, beautiful, clean, and staffed with wonderful people. The food was excellent—my vegetarian diet was handled with ease—and the trip’s overall pace felt just right: immersive yet never exhausting. My favorite day included an early morning safari, returning for lunch and a midday rest, and heading out again for an evening safari.
In college, I studied anthropology, so our visit to Oldavai Gorge brought tears to my eyes as I heard about the Leakeys and all the amazing finds in the Cradle of Humankind.
Safaris require trust, and All Wheels earned ours completely. This wasn’t just a vacation, but a meaningful experience that will stay with me for a long time. We have committed to returning, as we have fallen in love with the people, the geography, the flora, and the fauna. For a life-changing experience, a safari is well worth it. And All Wheels made the experience even better. I wholeheartedly recommend them for your travels.
