We did an incredibile experience thanks to Fessal and his team! We booked a 3 days experience with Masai village visit and a full safari game (AMAZING), including the transport to go and come back to Zanzibar. We can say that we couldn't had a better experience! Fessal took care of us during all the days, all the time, organizing and managing everything like a 5 stars service! He is a great person, really professional and always ready to help, answer the questions, with a great smile.
Another thing that l really liked is that his company is respectful with the wildlife, as they genuine love their job and the nature, so with them you will be also 100% sure that you will enjoy in total respect of the environment.

I had the most incredible safari experience! From start to finish, the coordination and responsiveness were absolutely top-notch — everything was so well organized yet flexible enough to make the trip feel effortless and personalized. The chef was equally amazing — every meal was delicious and far beyond what I expected in the middle of the bush!

They were truly amazing! They pampered us like no other... Aron was a wonderful guide, reliable, expert, and extremely knowledgeable. Gudilah created a customized itinerary that was truly flawless! Nothing went wrong; we had so much fun and fully enjoyed the beauty of these magnificent parks. Ramadan, who accompanied us on a half-day trip, was also very kind and helpful... If we went back, we would definitely choose this option again. We felt truly at ease, and the personalized itinerary, tailor-made for us, met our expectations to the fullest. We got recommendation to use Jocky tours for Safari in Kenya, while we were in Russia from local travel chat.
The price was pretty affordable compared with other proposals.
So the choice was made.
I'd like to say, that all organizational moments were kept up to a single detail.
There were no bad surprises during the whole 6-day tour.
What is more valued by me - is the personal interaction of our guide Jimmy, who was very caring and attentive!

Best tour operator I have ever experienced
We did a 4 day safari in Kruger. Everything was perfect. The rangers during the safari were extremely professional. Their knowledge of the environment went beyond our expectations.
Lavender took care of everything: helped us with the booking through Whats App, organized the hotel stay for us, transport to and from Kruger. We stayed at Safari Moon Lodge on Lavender's recommendation. And it did not disappoint. The food, the service, the rooms, the location. What an experience!
