Muhwezi was a fantastic tour guide very attentive and energetic
Our trip through Rwanda and Uganda was truly unforgettable, and so much of that was thanks to our incredible guide. From gorilla trekking, chimpanzee trekking, and golden monkey trekking to unforgettable safari experiences, every day was perfectly organized and exceeded our expectations.
Every lodge we stayed at was warm, welcoming, and provided outstanding service, making us feel comfortable and well cared for throughout the journey.
What really made this trip special was our guide, Muhwezi Shever. He genuinely loves what he does, and it shows in every detail. He made sure we experienced the local culture, stopping along the way for delicious cappuccinos, introducing us to local spots, and sharing his knowledge and passion for the region. He was professional, attentive, and always focused on making sure we had the best possible experience.
If you're considering an African adventure, I can't recommend this tour and guide highly enough. It was the trip of a lifetime, and we left with unforgettable memories and a deep appreciation for the beauty, wildlife, and people of Rwanda and Uganda.

Amazing 6-days full of animals
We did 6 days trip to Masai Mara, Nakuru, lake Naivasha and Amboseli. During the trip we saw plenty of animals (including the big five and the ugly five). Our tour guide Rahim was super friendly, very professional, he knew where are the best animal trails and always looked for good picture spots for us. He is also very good and experienced driver.
The camps/hotel (budget option) we have stayed were very comfortable with all the amenities we needed.
The communication with the office was very good, they respond very fast and they can organise additional services (pickup from/drop off in different cities.

Bucket list experience!
Where to begin?! Hands down this was one of the most incredible tours I’ve done - everything was included and taken care of for you (lodge, food, permits, transportation & water) we started in Kigali and had pick up from our hotel - went to the genocide memorial, then off to volcanoes national park to see the golden monkeys. Next you head to Uganda to bwindi to trek with the gorillas after to lake Buyonyi to relax (which is needed after trekking) then off to queens Elizabeth national park for a boat cruise and evening game drive. We saw elephants, hippos, lions and even spotted the leopard! You finish off with a morning game drive then off to Kibale to see the chimps! The last day is a long trek from Uganda to Rwanda, but the previous days and excursions all make it worth it! Muhwezi was our guide and he was incredible from taking amazing photos of us, making sure we always had water, making our stops for cappuccinos along the drive and bathroom breaks! Request him you won’t be sorry.

Once in a lifetime safari with the best toir guide ever.
This 10 day safari tour with gorillas was the most incredible experience of our lives. From start to finish the communication was impeccable from both Ernest and Kasim.
The trip was tremendously organized with clear itinerary followed to a tee, with flexibility allowing us to enjoy our experience further.
The boat safaris, game drives, food and accommodation were better than brilliant.
We had endless superb animal encounters in a safe and exciting way, helped by the extensive knowledge and expertise of our fantastic guide who provided us with interesting information on all animals.
We thought hard on our most memorable thing or moment. We considered the close encounters with rhinos and gorillas, the elephants washing in the lake, or the lions climbing trees.
However my wife and I agreed that the most memorable aspect was our guide and now friend called Kasim. Kasim is the most caring, kind, helpful, knowledgeable and genuine guide/person you could ever wish to be led by. We felt safe in his hands and enjoyed our every moment in his company.
If you want top notch service, amazing kindness and a wealth of knowledge pick Wild Uganda and Kasim.
We will see you again soon.
Thanks for everything.

I couldn't imagine booking with anyone else - above and beyond expectations in every way
Our Safari was very difficult to plan, we were booking with a terminally ill member of our group which meant we needed to be as flexible as possible - we wanted to book hotels and flights ourselves with cancellation to ensure that in the worse case scenario (all of us not being able to go) we could recoup as much money as possible or move dates etc.
This approach was met with an immediate no from most of the tour providers that we contacted, but not Big Time Adventures. Nelson & the team ended up being pretty much the only people that would entertain this and were as helpful as possible the entire time. Our decision to go with Big Time pretty much came down to this however that was just the start.
Our bags ended up getting left in Nairobi by the airline and the team at Big Time Adventures were there at the airport to assist, calling the airports and arranging two separate drives to collect our luggage from Kilimanjaro and bring it to us near the Serengeti when our bags eventually arrived. In the meantime they also provided us with some shirts and our driver took us to a supermarket to grab some basics. They were there at any point and constantly checked in to make sure we were ok and offer updates. The service was unbelievable.
The safari itself was incredible. 9 days from Tarangire to Lake Manyara, Ngorongoro crater, and all the way over to the western Serengeti. our driver Naaman managed to find all the big 5 (and just about every animal out there I think) and is also just a fantastic person. He started out the holiday as our guide but finished as a friend.
Big Time Adventures arranged all of our extra activities (Hot Air Balloons, Canoeing etc) and even booked our end of safari trip to Zanzibar (that we were planning on just trying to sort ourself). They were a huge help and made us feel like nothing was too much to ask.
On top of all of this, they even flew out to meet us in Zanzibar on our last day just to check everything went well and to say goodbye.
There is a real family vibe with the company and they can't do enough to help. It's incredibly rare to find a company that does everything right, I hope they continue to grow and grow but keep this incredible customer service. If anyone reading this is worried about booking with Big Time Adventures - don't be!

The most amazing experience from start to end
We recently returned from a four-day safari with Lobo Africa, and I honestly can’t recommend them highly enough.
From our very first contact with the company until the moment our safari ended, everything was handled with professionalism, warmth, and genuine care. Every detail was taken care of, allowing us to simply relax and enjoy what turned out to be one of the greatest experiences of our lives.
Our guide, Chris, was the heart and soul of the trip. He didn’t just do his job—he went above and beyond every single day to make sure we had the best possible experience. His knowledge of the wildlife, incredible ability to spot animals, and passion for nature were truly impressive. But what made him exceptional was how much he genuinely cared about making our dream safari come true.
Our itinerary included one day in Tarangire, two unforgettable days in Serengeti, and we finished with the breathtaking Ngorongoro Crater. Thanks to Chris, we were lucky enough to see all of the Big Five, along with countless other amazing animals and unforgettable moments. Every game drive felt like a new adventure, and Chris always seemed to know exactly where to be at the right time.
This safari exceeded every expectation we had. It wasn’t just about seeing incredible wildlife—it was about feeling welcomed, safe, and taken care of throughout the entire journey.
If you’re considering a safari in Tanzania, don’t hesitate to book with Lobo Africa. And if you’re lucky enough to have Chris as your guide, you’re in for an experience you’ll never forget.
Thank you, Lobo Africa, and especially Chris, for giving us memories that will stay with us for a lifetime.

Excellent and attentive service
From the very first contact I made with Kojuu they were responsive and accomodating. They paired me with a guide specifically chosen with me in mind and the trip exceed expectation in every way.
Kojuu provide a luxury experience, such as ulimited drinks and snacks while on safari, and tented campsites with butlers for each room, for a very reasonable price.
On the safari itself I was thrilled with seeing every animal I had wanted to and having many up-close encounters throughout my 5 days. I could not recommend Kojuu enough.
