Our guide is the best in the world.
Our guide is the best in the world. He excels at finding the perfect camera angles and has an in-depth understanding of the habits and movement patterns of small animals. On multiple occasions, he positioned us early at specific spots, waiting for lions and leopards to pass right in front of us. This gave us a high chance of capturing photos with lions, leopards, and people in the same frame.
He is also incredibly skilled at anticipating animal behavior among a cluster of vehicles, even creating opportunities for animals to cross the road right before us. For particularly rare and precious photographic moments, while others might only get one chance, our guide persistently sought out opportunities for us to witness them multiple times. He was almost like a "wishing well"—every morning, we'd "order" sightings of lions, leopards, or rare animal behaviors, and he would do his utmost to fulfill our requests.
With his eagle-eyed vision, he could spot even the smallest animals from great distances. For instance, he once pointed out critically endangered black-and-white colobus monkeys from at least 200 meters away. His sharp eyes often made him the lead vehicle, directing others to the action. Even a group of a dozen young lions hiding in the grass couldn’t escape his notice, allowing us to enjoy such scenes almost exclusively.
Our guide was also exceptional at providing emotional support. He created his own motivational slogans, offering encouragement at the end of each day as we experienced "safari withdrawal," keeping us energized and happy throughout. He fulfilled every request we made.
Another crucial point is his punctuality. Throughout our eight or nine days together, he was never late—always arriving on time. To enhance our experience, he often agreed to start early upon our request, conducting morning safari drives. So, if you're planning a trip to Africa, you definitely can’t miss the opportunity to safari with him.

we met the best guide Francis！
We were very lucky to meet jungleroam and the guide Francis this time. Before coming here, I was a little nervous. Regarding Africa, we had fantasies and fears about the unknown, not knowing what we would encounter here. But jungleroam's chesi arranged everything and offered a very fair price. When we saw Francis, his big smile instantly reassured us.
Francis has been a guide for 15 years. He has excellent driving skills (which are really important for the poor roads in Kenya), and he has eagle-like eyes that can find all kinds of animals on the grassland. These days, we have witnessed countless lions, elephant herds, cheetahs, leopards, rhinos, hippos, crocodiles and so on. Moreover, Francis is always able to predict the trajectories of the animals and drive there in advance. We saw an elephant crossing Mount Kilimanjaro in the first row of the sea of vehicles and spending a long time alone with two lions in the vast Masai Mara. Frist time Botswana safari
Michelle did a good job arranging our first trip to Africa. I am detailed with a lot of questions. She was personable and patient with all our questions and requests. The trip she arranged, on somewhat short notice, met all our expectations. We stayed in Cape Town before 11 nights in three Botswana camps, two in the Okavango and one in the Kalahari. The trip was what we wanted and went off without a hitch. We would use her services again and recommend her.

Vacation of a Lifetime
It has been almost 2 weeks since we returned from our safari, and my husband and I talk and reminisce everyday about our journey. Day 1 began with Simon meeting us at the airport and driving us to our first hotel. Out in all her glory was Mount Kilimanjaro. We came to find out the next day, from our guide Khalifa, that Mt. Kilimanjaro is known as the "shy lady" because she is usually hiding behind clouds and not visible. But on our first day we got to see this wonder and that set the tone for the rest of our safari. The next day we met our guide, Khalifa Shabani. We spent the next 5 days with Khalifa. Khalifa was just one of a kind! He was incredibly knowledgeable of all the animals, wildlife and vegetation we saw and that we asked about. Khalifa prepped the Land Cruiser for each day of our journey; it was clean and fully stocked with beverages. Khalifa was super patient with all my questions and was very helpful in helping me when I mentioned that I wanted to take a carving of and elephant (my favorite animal) home. He knew exactly where to take us and helped us out with pricing. We could not have asked for a better guide! Now Lion King Adventures makes this journey a total "no brainer." That is, once you receive your schedule everything runs smoothly and like clockwork. Everything from airport/lodging transfers, meals, excursions and additional activities (we opted for a hot air balloon experience over the Serengeti) that interest you. The hotels, lodges and tented camps arranged through Lion King Adventures were beautiful and luxurious. The food at each of these locations was outstanding and all the staff was accommodating and helpful. And lunch during our safari outings, was of restaurant quality! Our accommodations at Zanzibar were just as beautiful and was the perfect place for R&R after our safari. We cannot say enough about our experience with Lion King Adventures and about our guide Khalifa. Everything about our 11-day safari and beach (Zanzibar) vacation was memorable, unique, perfect and an experience that will live with us forever. Thank you, Lion King, thank you Khalifa, we hope to one day be back!

SHOES was great from the get go. Very courteous and punctual. When he helped us onto the truck I was initially impressed with the quality of the vehicle. Top notch. Upon seeing other tours in the park they were envious of us. Leg room was good, it was clean comfortable. He accomedated us stopping before entering park for food and drinks. Upon entering the park everyone yelled his name and waved they knew him. As we toured he stopped and shared his knowledge of animals, people and life in Africa. We saw the big 5, every thing we wanted to see and what we didn't know we wanted to see. He cooked, we laughed. We are going back with him in a few years.
