Amazing experience with great people
i went one day safari tour to mukumi national park with hello tanzania company. It was an amazing tour. i have searched a lot , it was the lowest price among others with snacks and lunch, water and everything. they offered us two drives for free from the ferry to the hotel without even asking.Mrs Mwajabu is very helpful kind person with a sense of humor. Tulo the driver is very good also, he drove the car about 20 hrs without rest because we had only short time before travelling home. the park is 6 hrs far from dar es salaam if there is traffic but it was amazing experience with very nice people thx god. I also recommended them to my friend who went there with his family but stayed for two days. he liked them alot and enjoyed the hotel there. Definately i recommend them to everyone.

Rose responded very promptly to all my queries. Saruni Ocean on the Kenya coast and Sirikoi Camp in Lewa, Northern Kenya were both fantastic 5 star properties. Fantastic locations, wonderful buildings, furnishings and service.
We had a wonderful experience at Sirikoi, expert guiding, great animal viewing and wonderful hosts.
Transfer, flights, activities were are seamlessly arranged by Rose and her team, with a lovely personal touch.
Highly recommended.

Fantastic backoffice and guide tour - Amazing trip!!!
It all started with the trip planing. We didn't know anything about Kenya but after 1 day everything was set and ready to go...
Day1
- We decided to go to Kenya
- Contacted Kenya Safari Arcade
- On the backoffice and Edith proposed the best parks, arranged all the hotels and prepared the tour
Day2 - We flew to Kenya and the adventure began...
The trip/Tour was fantastic with the best guide we could ever asked (Joseph). We loved and the kids were delighted with the animals and Joseph's friendship...
We also made some reservation changes during the tour that were only possible due to the great Edith support on the backoffice.
We saw: Leons (and lion cobs), Elephants (and lion cobs), Rhinos (and lion cobs), Crocodiles, Snakes, Hippos, Giraffes, Gnus (wild beasts), Buffalos, Eagles, a lot of birds (which I don't remember the names...), Coyotes and more that I don't remember.
Kenya Safari Arcade deserve 5* ranking. They were great!

Overall this holiday exceeded our expectations.
The Serengeti camp was a wonderful experience even with bucket showers. ( which were actually amazing). Highlights were afternoon teas and the amazing breakfasts....
The safari itself was unsurpassed. We saw the big five on the first day and I wondered how we would fill the next three days... But I needn't have worried....lions hunting, cheetahs with a kill... The list was endless.
Transfer day was terrible. Coastal added in three unscheduled stops so we had a turbulent 12 hour day with 6 take offs and landings....we were powerless to do anything about this and the experience was awful.
However Fanjove Island quickly soothed us. Snorkelling was fabulous....Good diving and the boys loved the kayaking and paddle boarding...we were very sad to have to return to the real world.

So much more than expected!
I booked this tour because I knew it would be the best way to experience the area around Kruger National Park. Neil was incredible & an amazing example of this company is all about! Its customers. Neil was prompt in responding to all of my emails in trying to plan what I thought would be the most enjoyable activities for my husband and I. He was very flexible & hospitable.
What I expected was a nice tour guide who would sort of distance himself from us until we arrived at our final destination & began engaging in our activities.... but not Neil. Neil was all about sharing the history and facts of South Africa. He was very informative in all aspects of our trip. Honestly, it was like traveling with a friend. We all shared biltong & had some great conversations. He took the time to get to know us, & vice-versa! He also, was our personal photographer at times ( we didn't have to ask, he asked us!), and he knew some great places for some awesome photos! He gave us great tips on other places in Africa to visit! If something wasn't quite working out in the schedule, Neil would figure out a way to make it work. He was always going above and beyond!
If you are looking for a tour guide company, I would highly recommend this one, unless you don't like to have fun! Should we require one again.... this is who we will choose, hands down!
