I loved that they provided options and answered all our questions promptly. They made us feel welcome to requested changes and tailor our trip to be perfect for us. Our guides were so fun and friendly - we instantly felt like we were traveling with a good friend. All the accommodations were wonderful. One thing I really appreciated was the Rafiki Tembo team kept in touch throughout our trip, making sure we were happy. And at the end of our trip - wow, we had a lovely meeting, told some stories, and were made to feel quite special. As a seasoned traveller to Africa for over 60 years, Bamboo Ecotours has proven to be the best travel company I have ever used. Edison was very efficient and responsive and the plan we developed together unfolded smoothly, on-time and as expected. Jackson, our driver and guide, was professional, polite, trustworthy, careful and shared his passion for the land and and the wildlife. Over six days, my famly of three saw the beauty of Akagera National Park in eastern Rwanda and then made our way to Uganda for separate day treks for chimps, gorillas and golden monkeys in and around Bwindi National Park. We would definitely use Bamboo Eotours again and we give them the highest recommendation.

Exceptional trip, exceptional service.
Went on an anniversary trip to kenya & Seychelles over the new year. All aspects of this trip were amazing. Started with my initial consultation with Ellie who crafted a bespoke itinerary for our Safari in the Maasai Mare. Accommodations were exceptional and the animal viewings exceeded expectations. We’d never been on Safari before and it was life changing. All transfers were seamless with help and guidance at every point.
Lorna was our point person while on the trip and she responded to all of our what’s app questions immediately.
I can only say, if you are going to do a bucket list trip of a lifetime, do it right. Honestly can’t recommend Wayfairer more highly.

She was patient and professional with all of our questions and helped us adapt the itinerary to our needs and budget.. During the trip Sakina was
constantly available within in moments via what's ap to assist with adjustments to flights, drivers, questions and even getting a doctor to assist with medical questions. Our guide, Musa, was phenomenal he had over 20 years experience guiding and seemed to know the secret places to take us away from crowds to see the big five, the ugly five and so much more! He taught us swahili, traditional songs and
so much about the wildlife and people ofTanzania all while driving in some challenging situations.
We always felt safe with him behind the wheel.
He gave us time to take pictures or simply admire the scenery but also kept to our itinerary and rushed to take us to spots where there were special sightings. Musa was a guide of many talents, including troubleshooter and mechanic. When our car was showing some need for preventive mainitenance he was able to get assistance in a remote Masai village so that it didn't effect our schedule and only added to the adventure!
In addition to 10 days of Safari with stays
at the Tortillas camp, we had five days of snorkeling on Mafia Island and one night in Zanzibar. Easy Travel definitely made our Tanzania Adventure easy !! Would highly recommend Easy Travel, Sakina and Musa to all!

And then there’s Mweta, truly the perfect guide anyone could ask for. With over 30 years of experience in wildlife, his knowledge is remarkable. He was so patient with us, always knowing exactly where to go and what we might find. His instincts and expertise made every moment special.
We absolutely loved the entire safari experience with them. Every detail was carefully taken care of, allowing us to simply relax and enjoy. They made the trip effortless, beautiful, and unforgettable.
Even my husband said that those four days of safari with Mweta felt like being taken on a trip by a father — caring, protective, and genuinely invested in giving us the best experience possible.
