Brilliant
We were lucky enough to do our safari with Jimmy K, and we couldn’t have had a better guide. From the very beginning, his enthusiasm and dedication stood out — he made sure we saw every single animal, not missing a thing. He was always willing to help with anything we asked, attentive and always with a smile.
He’s also incredibly sharp — he knew exactly where to position the vehicle before anyone else so that we could enjoy the most spectacular moments. And on top of that, he’s an excellent driver, fast, skilled, and confident on any type of terrain.
Thanks to him, the experience was truly unforgettable. Highly recommended! 🌍🦁

Wonderful Safari and Birding trip with Quest Lodges and Safari-Best Bang for your Buck!
This tour was everything I dreamed about when wanting to go to Malawi. Malawi had been on my bucket list for over ten years. I communicated with Chikondi from Quest through emails and then we did a video chat on What’s App. All my questions were answered in a timely fashion and all my worries put to rest. I could see she was very professional and organized which was important to me as I was traveling solo. She listened to my every want and need (birding, safaris, visa questions, bottled water, Air conditioning and of course safety). I had a mid range budget in mind and she met those expectations. The food on tour was delicious and more than enough. The 4x4 car was very nice and sturdy and had A/C. I had an eleven day itinerary that took me to four different locations in Southern Malawi. In each location she found me a local birding guide and organized everything from sundowners to boat rides and hikes to waterfalls. It was the perfect balance of different activities in each location. I feel like I really learned a lot about Malawi and would highly recommend Quest Lodges and Safari to book your next adventure.

Excellent Safari Experience
This was my first safari trip and I had an excellent time. Josephine at Budget Holiday Safaris assisted me with booking multiple activities during my time in Kenya and she did a great job. Josephine always made herself available for my numerous inquiries and requests. I was very happy with communication, pricing and transparency. I would certainly recommend this company!

Best Gorilla Tour Planners in Uganda
Our mountain gorilla tour ended last week that we planned with Nextgen Safaris with help of Benald. We booked 4 nights in Uganda, 2 nights in Queen Elizabeth park and 2 nights in Bwindi Forest Park.
Our Guide Miss made sure we saw all the animals we wanted. He went an extra mile to make sure we spot a lion. Everything was wonderful and the lodges were amazing.
We highly recommend this company.

Worst tour experience ever
The experience with Thierry was probably the worst tour experience we ever had. He was a cheap, greedy, salesman that only cared about getting more money out of us, regardless of the consequences. Our car kept falling apart, we got stuck for hours in the middle of nowhere multiple times and he refused to change or fix our car. He booked the cheapest most disgusting local guides and hotels for us that got us constantly sick. And the worst part was that his driver stole 600$ from us during the trip. Overall it was the worst experience ever. We will never go back to Madagascar and we don't recommend anyone to do so.

A Wonderful Adventure!
Our trip was unforgettable Allan organized everything perfectly, exceeding expectations. As students, we got the best price with comfortable, budget-friendly accommodation.
A special thanks to our warm and friendly guide, Ronnie, who made Lake Mburo National Park truly memorable with his knowledge and kindness.
Thanks Allana, Ronnie and the entire team at Valverde Safaris. See you in the future.

Incredible experience.
Incredible experience. The team were very responsive and accommodating. We had a variety of dietary requirements I'm out party and they were all taken care of. Everyone we dealt with were friendly and knowledgeable. Our guides made us feel safe as we navigated through bush walks and canoe rides. This was a once in a lifetime experience and we can not thank the team at Zambezi enough for everything.

The experience was amazing
Visiting Zimbabwe was one of the most memorable travel experiences of my life. The country’s natural beauty, warm hospitality, and incredible wildlife make it a truly unique destination. The wildlife viewing was absolutely breathtaking — I had unforgettable moments watching elephants, lions, and rhinos in their natural habitats, especially in Hwange National Park and Mana Pools. The game drives were well-organized and gave me a real sense of adventure and connection with nature. The scenery of Zimbabwe is simply stunning. From the mighty Victoria Falls, one of the world’s natural wonders, to the peaceful Matobo Hills and the vast savannah landscapes, every part of the country feels like a postcard come to life. The weather was pleasant during my stay — warm days, cool evenings, and clear skies that made outdoor activities even more enjoyable. As for accommodations, I stayed in a mix of lodges and safari camps. Each place offered comfort, excellent service, and delicious local food. The staff everywhere were welcoming and went above and beyond to make my stay special.

Personalized, expert local guide
Extraordinary experience with Zagol Ethiopia Tours: I had a very personalized experience and it continued to be customized as we traveled to make sure I got the experience I was interested in (and guiding me toward things I didn't know about or never would have known about). My guide was personal and clearly a local expert. We expanded my tour based on how much exercise/hiking I wanted, and I got to experience things I never would have on my own (not even close). I'm definitely considering a return visit to do more with this guide, and I'd recommend without hesitation. I'm not normally a guide person, but this experience changed my perception (I did a private tour)

More Expensive for More Information but Not Neccessarily a Better Tour
I went on the 14 day Combined Kenya-Tanzania Safari. I chose Inspired Feet because of their positive reviews, excellent e-mail communication and detailed itinerary. Fiona was professional and answered all my questions. I had multiple guides but Francis and Godana in Kenya were the best and deserve a shout-out for their service.
I thought I would be with one group the whole time but I was not. This was disappointing to me as a solo traveller. Unless you are on a private tour, you will be on "joining safari" which means you share a car with multiple people from different tour companies. People may have different itineraries. I changed cars 3 times in Kenya and 2 times in Tanzania. It was nice to meet new people and have different drivers but it made it harder to form a bond with people. This was because I had a longer itinerary than most people (it was the extra day in Kenya compared to others that threw things off).
The value for money is OK. I met people who had the same itinerary as me but paid less. I thought I was getting value out of a more detailed itinerary book but honestly it was not worth it. When you get on the safari everyone is figuring things out as they go anyway. Go with the tour company with the best price that hits the destinations you want. The extra information about the destinations in the book and about the hotels was not worth paying what I estimate was 10-15% more than what others did (at least). I would recommend upgrading to the jeep for Kenya though - it is essential and I didn't see any vans in the parks.
Inspired Feet did not communicate with me after I paid the deposit. I was on my own for my visas and had to message them about scheduling the transport from the hotel to their office. Other tour operators did this for their clients so I would have liked more communication.
I was recommended the 14 day itinerary because it was "the most popular option". This was not my experience. During my trip, I did not meet anyone doing the same itinerary (with Inspired Feet or another company). Most people do Kenya OR Tanzania. I did 7 days in Kenya but most people I met were doing 5 days. In Tanzania, I did 6 days but most people do 4. If you want to go to Kenya and Tanzania and want to save money/time, do the 10 day itinerary - it skips Lake Naivasha, Lake Manyara and Tarangire Park, which aren't as popular or good of parks. I preferred Kenya over Tanzania so I would do 6 days in Kenya (having 2 full days in Masai Mara was worth it). The drive to the Serengeti in Tanzania included 4 hours of the worst roads I've ever seen. I thought the Masai Mara was much better for wildlife because it is more dense part. Only go to the Serengeti if it is a bucket list item. The Ngorongoro Crater was highly underwhelming - cool landscape but it really is just a hole in the ground with few animals. Despite this, I enjoyed having a longer trip because I did see new things everyday and could appreciate all the parks at a slower pace. The 4 day run doing Serengeti and Ngorongoro is absolutely brutal - I am glad I had 2 extra days to break it up.
Would I recommend Inspired Feet? Yes and No. Their service was quality, the tour was great and I had a good time. It was expensive for a budget safari and I don't think I should have been recommended the 14-day tour.
