Enthusiastic
5/5

Though we didnt't get to see the Big Five, we were still able to appreciate the animals we saw in their natural habitat and honestly in awe to see them where they thrive. Our tour guide Moloko was also very accomodating and kind; she made sure we got our perfect views for the animals.

An unreliable trip with a severe overload of passengers in the vehicle
2/5

First of all, I need to clarify that the scenery I saw during this trip to Kenya was very beautiful. However, the services provided by travel agencies are extremely unreliable. The travel agency originally said there would be no more than six passengers on the bus, but they ended up arranging seven adults and two children. This family of Indian tourists with children was extremely noisy and almost treated the bus as their own private car, which was very impolite! The travel agency doesn't seem to consider children as "human beings". The children sat on adults throughout the journey or were crying and fussing. They didn't have their own seats.
I think that when travel agencies encounter such passengers, they should allocate personnel based on the number of people. Are children no longer human beings? Don't children need seats? Why let this extra child affect others' travel experience? We can only squeeze in the middle of the last row, which is ten times more dangerous and crowded!
Besides, the tour guide and driver on the bus are not fixed. When your itinerary changes compared to others, you will be "sold" to another tour guide, and you don't know at what time the next tour guide will come to pick you up the next day. This is a very nerding thing. Moreover, once you have paid, the travel agency will not reply to any of your messages.
All in all, the irresponsible behavior of the travel agency made me dissatisfied with this trip. Overloading of personnel not only leads to a noisy environment inside the vehicle but also poses a threat to personal safety. I'm really speechless.

Max is the best guide we could hope for.
5/5

To start out I couldn’t leave a review without mentioning my favorite guide Max. The experience was amazing, food and lodging were awesome. And Max made sure we saw all the big five several days in a row. He was very well spoken and made this trip very special. Couldn’t have had a better time with any other company or guide. We were treated like family by our guide max and everyone we’ve met along the way.

Great driver, great experience
5/5

Jungle Roam is a 100% reliable company. It was easy to get in touch with them to book a safari. We have been in touch via WhatsApp and communication was flowing very well. Accommodation, timing, meals and all the rest was followed as per program.
And now the most important thing: if you want to have the best safari of your life, contact Jungle Roam and ask for James Gichina. He will provide the best service you could ever have during your safari in Kenya! My experience with him as a driver and guide was simply amazing. James did all and beyond to show us the magic of nature that many times is not easy to spot and to find. We got to see all the big five plus the rest of hundreds of animals that inhabit the beautiful Kenyan natural parks. James was always attentive, answering all our questions and paying attention to our curiosity that was quite a lot. He gave us lots of information about the animals and the nature surrounding us and it was a pleasure to listen to all his explanations. His patience and his kindness definitely made our experience remarkable and unforgettable. If I ever come back to Kenya, I know who I have to contact.
Thank your James for your smile and your good energy!

Unforgettable Trip
5/5

Abraham was the best guide we could have wished for! Thanks to him, we saw all of the Big Five — he was incredibly attentive and even went the extra mile to find a leopard for us.

Our cook was also amazing, preparing absolutely delicious meals for us every morning, afternoon, and evening.

All in all, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience or a more caring team.
A huge thank you to everyone who made this trip unforgettable!

Trip of a Lifetime – Unforgettable East Africa Safari

This was truly the trip of a lifetime – an experience beyond anything I could have imagined. Every detail was perfectly taken care of, from start to finish. We were incredibly lucky to be part of a great group, and everything just fell into place beautifully.

Our safari guide, Heaven, was absolutely amazing – knowledgeable, friendly, and passionate about wildlife and conservation. Witnessing the Great Migration at the Mara River was nothing short of breathtaking, and gorilla trekking was an unforgettable, humbling experience in Uganda.

A special thank you to Heather, who made the booking process seamless and tailored the entire vacation to suit our needs and dreams.

One absolute highlight and a must-stay in Kenya is Ololo Safari Lodge – a hidden gem that combines comfort, warmth, and stunning views right on the edge of Nairobi National Park.

This journey has left a permanent mark on my heart – I’ve completely fallen in love with East Africa. If you’ve ever dreamed of chasing the wild and witnessing nature at its rawest and most beautiful, don’t hesitate. Go.

If you want a trip where everything is taken care of, I can’t recommend Chasing Dreams Safaris enough!

Thank you Heaven and Heather.

An Unforgettable First Safari with Crimson Brook Safaris
5/5

This was our first safari, so we spent a lot of time researching before choosing Crimson Brook Safaris, and we’re so glad we did! Amos and Betty, the amazing couple behind the company, were fantastic from start to finish. From the moment we connected with them, we felt in safe hands. They were professional, responsive, and clearly passionate about creating something truly special for us, they went above and beyond to put together a bespoke package.

They put together a perfect 7-day itinerary that included all the parks we wanted to visit, and even arranged our drop-off at Mombasa Airport for our flight to Zanzibar. The FaceTime call before booking was such a reassuring touch, especially when planning everything from abroad, and their support in the months leading up to the trip gave us total peace of mind.

A highlight was meeting Amos and Betty in person, they greeted us with warm smiles and a thoughtful welcome gift bag, complete with a safari hat, water bottle, blanket, and even a WiFi dongle for the Jeep to keep us connected while in the bush. It’s those little things that really showed how much they care.

Our game driver, Ruben, was simply excellent. With decades of experience, he made us feel completely safe, and we learned so much from him about the wildlife and landscapes. He truly made the journey even more special.

We can’t recommend Crimson Brook Safaris highly enough. If you’re looking for a personalised, memorable safari with heart and soul, this is the one. We’ve already told all our friends and family back in the UK and will 100% be booking with them again when we return. Amos and Betty truly deserve every success!
