Incredible selection of safari given we had limited time!
5/5

We flew from New Zealand to Johannesburg on a work related trip and decided very late on our trip (4 days before we visited) that we wanted a 2 day one night stay at a private game reserve near Johannesburg. We were introduced to Tayla Potgieter at Ranger Buck Safaris by a dear friend to help us with our limited time safari experience. Tayla was superb and met our needs with regards to where, what we wanted to do and the budget. We had the most amazing experience at Kapama private game reserve where we saw the big 5 and more in 2 days!! My husband (who had never been to South Africa or a Safari before) said it was one of the best experiences he had ever had!! We absolutely loved the experience and would definitely recommend Ranger Buck Safaris and Kapama to friends and family who are travelling!

Supportive Safari Guides
5/5

Our recent trip was truly amazing because of the support received from Nturo Safaris. Being a big group it was important that everybody got a good experience and valuable experience. Our yearly family visit to Rwanda was the best so far with Volcanoes, Akagera and Nyungwe.

The Safari of a Lifetime
5/5

We had a wonderful safari with Edwin Safaris! Peter was great about reaching out and arranging everything before our trip, and Timothy was an excellent driver for our six day safari. This was the trip of a lifetime for us, and Edwin Safaris made it nothing short of amazing. I highly recommend this company for a safari in Kenya.

Very much enjoyed the tour
5/5

We took the tour with 1 adult and 3 kids of 9,11 and 15 years old. They were very responsive during planning and flexible to accommodate our family’s needs like adding horseback riding. Our guide Patrick was very polite and knowledgeable, we could see very exciting moments in safari.
The tour was well designed to experience variety of things in Kenya, very much recommended.

Flexible, organised and good value for money. Recommended!
5/5

Our guide was fabulous! PAPA JOHN was kind, courteous knowledgeable and patient with the animals, waiting for them to come out of hiding or cross the road. If it’s possible to choose your guide, choose him!
The back office staff were efficient and flexible (changing the date of our safari to fit my birthday celebrations).

LENCHADA CAMP
We stayed in a brick hut with shower room which was large and comfortable. The food was flavoursome however there was little meat on offer - fortunately I like vegetarian food.

BURAHI ZENONI HOTEL
Comfortable hotel with great local food. We stayed in a nice en-suite room. The staff were helpful and friendly.

AMBOSELI MOUNTAIN VIEW CAMP
A well positioned camp near Amboseli park with a fantastic view of Mount Kilimanjaro. We stayed in a large tent with integrated shower room which was very comfortable. The food was nice but there was very little meat - largely due to greedy guests - I think the meat should be served if it is not possible to cook more.

LUNCHES
We had a mix of roadside and packed lunches. The packed lunches were large but lacked variety, we much prefered the roadside cafe lunches.

SAFARIS
We visited Masai Mara, Nakuru and Amboseli safari camps on a 6-day tour and they were all magnificent. We saw every animal we expected except a leopard and we even saw a cheetah catch a gazelle. Amazing!

We were referred to Leona by a friend who had traveled with them earlier in 2025 and from our first contact with them everything was seamless.
Jojo was our safari guide,a brilliant young man who we nick named “Wild whisperer “.He knew everything and everyone knew him.
Memories from our safari will live with us forever.

Reliable and Well Organized Trip
5/5

I highly recommend Sote Tours if you are planning on going on a safari in Tanzania because Kelvin was a very helpful and pleasant organizer, the accommodation was excellent value for money, we were given plenty of chances to see many animals, and the food (vegetarian menu) was excellent. Our Guide Reuben, was also extremely helpful.
Asante sana Tanzania!!!

Best safari with Axis
5/5

I booked my safari back in January with Tabitha. At first, I couldn’t make the payment with my credit card, so she kindly allowed me to pay in cash at the start of the adventure.

As a solo traveler, I can confidently rate Axis Safari 5/5. For the price, they truly exceeded my expectations. Ntulele Camp was very comfortable, and the food was also great.

On the second day, we got stuck in the mud and had to wait about two hours to be pulled out. However, they quickly arranged another vehicle for us. Later that afternoon, Kalifa (our guide) joined us and did his absolute best to make sure we could still see a variety of animals.

Overall, I’m delighted with the experience.
