Unreliable !
A tour group of 11 adults, we paid the full cost of a 12 days safari in Kenya and Tanzania. We had great tour guides and accommodation BUT, we waited for hours at the Tanzanian Border, there were no drivers to meet us. Our park fees for Serengeti had not been paid, more extensive delays until finally they were paid by a member of our tour group. We then found our Accommodation and Park Fees had not been paid in other locations. Despite frequent phone calls and many promises no payments were made without delays and pressure. We had to abandon our tour and return to Nairobi. We have had promises of refunds for our additional expenses, but so far no refunds have come from Africa Marvel.

Very well organized and fantastic trip
My partner Jim and I visited Kenya in August 2025. Africa keys organized the entire trip. Saruni base camp in Masai Mara was my favorite although Lake Nakuru and Amboseli was also amazing, The highlight in addition to the eye popping safaris and accommodation was our Safari guide, Samuel Macharia. Samuel was so knowledgeable and a genuinely nice person. It was a pleasure to get to know him and have him guide us on our safari. Jim and I enjoyed our entire stay and I look forward to coming back to visit hopefully with my daughter and her fiancé.

Everything about this trip was wonderful, from the wildlife, to the culture, to the pure tranquility
We just came back from a 3-day safari in Masai Mara, and honestly, it’s hard to even put the experience into words.
It was our first time visiting Kenya. Me and my friend very curious for our 3 days Masai Mara Safari. Our pre trip communication with Clevers at Namnyak Tours and Safaris was well. Everything perfectly explained Cleaves. Our guide was Kasaine just amazing & super patient, funny, and very knowledgeable. Every game drive was fantastic. We were lucky to see the Big Five, and so many other animals, lions lounging in the grass, elephants with their babies, zebras crossing the plains, and countless graceful giraffes. Last and best highlights this trip meet the Masai people, The people were so welcoming, and we learned a lot about their culture and way of life. Really it was a beautiful and peaceful experience.

Wakanda Forever!
After comparing several safari packages, my friend and me finally decided to use Wakanda Serengeti for our last-minute Africa trip. We were not disappointed and would definitely recommend this company to any friends visiting Tanzania in future.
Innocent, our first driver, met up with us at the airport punctually and when requested, brought us to buy a simcard as well as change some money at the bank. We met our tour driver cum guide Tom (Tum Sifu) and chef Sulle on the second day. After briefing us on the safari itinerary, Tom was able to clear our doubts on any questions we had. In fact, he welcomed us to ask as many questions as we could. Tom is a walking encyclopedia and I was impressed by his knowledge on a wide variety of subjects ranging from animal behaviours to Masai culture. Tom is also a crazy fast driver. We had many long, bumpy drives across vast lands and when I enquired about his breakneck speed, he told me that the ride would be far bumpier if he drives slowly on the bumpy road, which made sense.
At a local shopping area, Tom gave us his honest insights on what the market prices should be for certain souvenirs and tanzanite, as well as where to best buy them. Since we were on a private tour, our itinerary could afford to be more flexible than usual. Now and then, Tom would suggest minor itinerary changes that he feels would grant us a better safari experience. There were also days that we wanted to start our safari at the break of dawn, and Tom would re-arrange the meal times with Sulle so we could start our day way earlier.
In Tarangire, I made a gaffe by standing on the back rack of the vehicle from my excitement at seeing many elephants up close. It became an issue when someone took a picture of my transgression, but Tom was understanding and did not scold me or let the incident affect the mood of our safari. In fact, he made it his personal mission to enable us as many animal sightings as he possibly could. Blessed with Tom’s amazing eyesight, his network of local guides with real-time updates on spotting animals, 16 years of experience in locating animal haunts and his knack for jeep positioning that allows us the best photo angles, my friend and me were able to shoot lots of fantastic photos throughout the trip. We were lucky to witness a cheetah hunt on our second day in Serengeti, after which we spent the last two days searching for a leopard. Incredibly, we managed to spot the elusive animal on the last day, just a few hours before our park permit expires. At Ngorongoro, we were even able to spy some rhinos far away in the distance so technically, we managed to see the fabled Big Five on this one safari trip!
Equipment-wise, our safari jeep was very comfortable and built like a tank. Being able to solar-charge our electronic devices in the jeep was super convenient since we were camping on most days. A portable Mifi device was provided for us to share with our guide, although powering it on is a bit tricky since the button markings are all worn out. The tent canvas is of a superb quality - strong winds buffeted my tent violently in the middle of the night but I felt nothing. The mattress is thick and our sleeping bags proved to be warm enough for temperatures as low as 8 degree celsius. Accommodation facilities at the campsites are surprisingly decent too, with well-maintained permanent structures such as kitchens and toilets. Some campsites, like Simba, even offer limited hot baths!
A special shoutout to our wonderful chef, Sulle. I have nothing but praise for this gentle, humble man who always greets us with a smile and is active in cultivating several young chefs both past and present. He would often ask us what we’d like to eat, or if we had any dietary preferences, so we can properly enjoy the food he makes. It goes without saying that Sulle is an experienced chef who can cook up a storm of delicacies on a campsite. He also makes delicious desserts, as well as fresh bread to supplement his awesome soups. Sulle is not only polite and helpful to all our needs, but always tries to go the extra mile. Little things he did, such as bringing out a whole assortment of toppings when I was merely asking a question regarding peanut butter, or smilingly decline sitting with us on his soft mattress bed for breakfast at the kitchen so we got more space to ourselves.. these memories will stay with me long after my African adventure have ended.
All in all, my friend and me is totally thrilled with the Wakanda Serengeti experience. From the start, Whatsapp communication is responsive and we received a beautifully detailed itinerary to hype us up for our upcoming adventure. Pickup from the airport was smooth and four days after we finished the tour, the Wakandans even provided a free ride back to the airport from our hotel in Arusha. Our safari was exceptionally fulfilling as we were able to shoot lots of pictures worthy of National Geographic. To top it off, we even got some free gifts to reminisce over our time in Africa. All I can say is.. Wakanda Forever!

Once in a life time
We booked our four day trip with Emanuel
His suggestions about the parks and the tour, including the hotels was from the beginning outstanding good. He did care about everything even he showed up in the morning when we started the tour.
The value of money and the service from the guides was fantastic. We saw everything you always dream of about animals in nature..
The two guys were very experienced and even a flat tire which can happen driving this bumpy roads, was even not a problem for them and solved with some minutes.
Overall, I can highly recommend to book tour with this guys.

amazing
This was one of the best tours I’ve had in Africa.
The staff were very kind, professional, and always answered my questions politely.
I chose the mid-range option, but the hotels felt almost luxurious — clean, comfortable, and well selected.
The airport pickup was smooth and easy to find, which made me feel safe right from the start.
The price was fair compared to other companies, and the value for money was excellent.
My guide and driver was thoughtful, knowledgeable, and very caring — he even helped me find great local souvenirs in a supermarket!
The safari car was very clean and super comfortable.
I truly recommend this company for anyone looking for a warm, well-organized, and memorable trip.

Goes the extra mile!
I booked a last-minute safari for my first trip to Tanzania and reached out to several operators. Spencer Safari stood out immediately. Spencer was professional, friendly, and extremely helpful, offering great advice without any pressure.
Not only did he organize a fantastic safari at a much better price than others in our vehicle (same tour, lower cost!), but he also arranged additional activities and handled all the tricky logistics I couldn’t manage from abroad.
What really makes Spencer unique is that he does more than just safaris, he can also organize your entire trip, including drivers, day trips, hotels, and apartments. His local knowledge and connections made everything smooth and stress-free. And thank you Spencer for your present arriving back at the hotel. Made the experience even more complete.
Highly recommended! I’ll definitely book with Spencer or ask his assistance with organization again.
