I had a really great time with ThinkScene Safaris. The trip was well organized, the guide was friendly, and the price was very fair for what we got. We saw the Big 4 in Masai Mara, which was incredible!

My only small advice is to bring some snacks or food with you, just to have more options during the day. Overall, it was an awesome experience and I’d definitely recommend them!

Do not use this company, we feel scammed!
My husband and I, along with 3 friends, booked the 14 day, 9 parks Ultimate Kenya Tanzania Safari on Dec 1, 2024 to start Sept 25, 2025. Our contact was MARY. On day 5 of our tour, our driver, Sisto, told us that he had not been paid and that none of our accommodations going forward had been paid. We had to either pay again for our accommodations and all of our park fees or else we were done our tour. We decided to continue our tour as the only thing worse than being scammed was to go home without the experience we came for. Our driver took us into Nairobi on day 6 to confront HUMPHREY, the owner, and for almost 3 hours he gave us every excuse in the book. We did get confirmation that we had accommodations booked (not paid) and a new driver for the Tanzania portion so that we could finish our much anticipated trip, which we did. For the five of us, we were scammed out of $25,000 cdn.
Based on our experience do not book with Africa Kenya Safaris or any other company headed by Humphrey.

Amazing trip to South Africa
My husband, my daughter and myself had Our own private adventure with Knap tours and it has been one of the most memorables and close to heart for us.
We were very impressed with all the logistics and warm hospitality not only from the CEO himself Julian but from every single staff.. Patrick was our driver in Krugger National Park. His expertise and warm personality made us feel safe at all times. We were able to see many different types of animals in their habitat, lions, zebras, giraffes, hippos, buffalo, leopard, hyenas, lost of antĂlopes, monkeys etc….. it was amazing !
The sunrise 🌅 safari was a highlight for us
McDonald was one of drivers in Cape Town. We enjoyed having him. The accommodations in CapeTown at the Belle Maroc hotel boutique was very cozy, our room had a ocean view balcony overlooking table mountain ⛰️
They were only 10 rooms with a private chef 🧑‍🍳
We saw/did a lot while in Cape Town
and I could just go on and on …
Bottom line is Knap tours really went above and beyond to made this one of the best trips we have had so far and we travel a lot 🧳
We recommend Knap tours with our hesitation. They are the best and we are hoping to book again with them another of their many destinations and itineraries.

South African Safari Dream comes to life
Visited South Africa in October 2025, and done a tour to that went to Kruger National Park and the surrounds. Whilst the mornings are early starts and the days are long, it makes it worth it when you enter the safari tracks and you spot a big 5 (or even a Giraffe) out in the wild, where you are only metres away from that animal in a safari vehicle with no fences in the way to stop you.
Make sure you have your battery packs at full charge and your camera/phone on photo or video mode to capture a moment instantly. To see a Giraffe running out in front of you, to, two Rhinos about to charge and fight, you don't want to miss those moments... moments you won't see in a zoo, ever!
And if you've been to a Zoo, you'll wish you did a Safari sooner, as the experience will leave you grinning from ear to ear once you return home and share those stories.

Incredible beauty of nature
The warm and welcoming service from start to finish even made up for a mishap by the tour operator. We had a fantastic time in Kenya. The Masai Mara was beautiful, and the sheer abundance of nature and wildlife was simply indescribable. Amboseli National Park, with its location at the foot of Kilimanjaro, is breathtaking from every angle. Here, too, the sheer number of elephants and rhinos, in particular, captivated us.
Our driver, Patrick, kept us well-informed and provided us with everything we needed.
