Excellent service from Wayne at Kruger Safari Company
We went on a 4 night 5 day safari at Greenfire Lodge. This and the local flight and transfers were organised by Wayne. Wayne replied very speedily, dealt with all enquiries seamlessly and organised a trip for my sister and I that he knew we would enjoy. Everything went without a hitch and was great value for money. Greenfire Lodge itself had hugely professional, friendly and attentive guides an and staff. The room was lovely, food amazing and we saw everything! Would recommend. Many thanks Wayne and Greenfire.

Very friendly and fun safari!
We had Justin for our driver who was a really great guy and so helpful. We did 4 days including Tarangire, Serengetti and Ngorongoro Crater. Although it was wet season we were super lucky and got to see all of the big five really close up and even spotted an elusive leopard right near the end. Jaw dropping scenery and so nice that the parks were not as busy as high season. We were on a mid-range tour and the Tukaone Lodge in the Serengetti was exceptionally good, not sure the Fig tree Lodge on the first night could be considered 'mid range" though but comfortable for a night. Justin went out of his way to make sure we had a good time and had everything we needed. We were not on a private tour and so half way through we were joined by a couple more guests. Frustratingly they were not staying in the same lodges so this caused a lot of extra driving around to drop off. Regardless, we still had an amazing experience and would recommend this to others. There are hundreds of safari companies to choose from and some can be quite pushy with their sales, but these guys had good vehicles and really friendly staff so you're in safe hands. 4 days seems like an ideal amount to see everything, any more and the off road bumps and dirt tracks might be a test for your back! If you're thinking of doing a shorter tour, don't drop the Serengetti or the Crater parts, they are the highlight by far!! Some wonderful memories my children will have forever! Amazing panorama route tour
I had the most incredible time with Lambs on the Panorama Route tour. He was very knowledgeable, so polite and funny. He made sure I saw all the best bits, explained about the history of the region and the context of the place. The route is very striking, many waterfalls, and the canyon is beautiful! We did the Moonlight & Stargazing Safari in a 4x4, the Sunrise Game Drive in Zambezi National Park, and the Chobe Day Trip in Botswana. a Tour Operator that goes beyond the expected to service client
During July 2025 I contacted Explore Plus to enquire about putting together a private tour for me and my sister. We wanted to go to 2 days Cairo and 3 days Alexandria and El Alamein.
I would be leaving from Cape Town joining Hester at OR Tambo, in Johannesburg, on the way to Cairo. I will come back the same way but Hester will transport to London to visit family for 2 weeks.
Bianca organise everything for us, but then we decided to rather go in March as the weather in London will hopefully be better that time of year. Bianca changed all our arrangements and we were ready to go! Then on 28 February the war against Iran started. Explore Plus kept us informed regarding the situation in Egypt and Jordan. In the end we changed Hester's flight to British Air from Cairo and later direct to Cape Town. This was at an extra cost but effectively handled by Bianca.
Our land arrangement could not have been better. Our guides in Cairo (Rana) and Alexandria (Harry) were excellent. I learnt so much about El Alamein from Harry. The food was excellent and all the sightings we requested happened. Will definitely use Explore Plus in the future.
