Both were very friendly and helped a lot
Lets begin with the transporting vans, they were clean and comfortable. You might get some problems when you are a tall person (I am almost 2 meters tall for example). The normal seats have not really much legroom. But when you are as tall as me you can just sit on the seat at the sliding door and you will be fine. I have to mention that the van has WiFi.
We had two drivers, Andre on the way from Johannesburg to the National Park and Thomas on the way back to Johannesburg.
Lets begin with Andre:
Andre is a very nice man who picked us up on time. He even helped us with our bags and luggage.
When we were on our 4,5h drive we had some nice conversations on our entire trip. Andre also explained many interesting things to us. Especially about wildlife, the people, the landscape and the places where driving through. The drive with him was not just a drive, it was a completely fulfilled experience. It almost hurt a bit when the drive ended and we had to say goodbye to hin.
And now lets continue with Thomas:
Thomas was also a really nice driver. When we arrived at him he kindly said hello to us and directly took our luggage to put it into the car. He explained us how to set up the AC and how we get acces to the WiFi of the car. During the whole drive he always cared about us and made sure everybody was well. He also helped us staying up to date by telling us when the next comfort stop is and by frequently saying how far much time ist left until WE arrive.

Amazing experience
First of all, the communication through the whole journey was smoothly and pleasant. They arranged everything very well and planned my accommodation and agenda ahead, which was proved to be reasonable. Secondly, my guide Eric, he was amazing in terms of finding animals in the wild. He’s very familiar with all those national parks that I went. Finally in the hotels that we selected together were very nice and I was satisfying about the whole journey.
