From the start Doreen has been very helpful and quick in communication on the itinerary, questions we had, doubts we were ventilating, additional requirements we wanted to check. All the way very clear and reliable. She also welcomed us once in Uganda and when we were leaving. The whole tour we also were in contact and any follow-up was appreciated from our side.
Our drivers/guides (Rufus in Kenya and James in Uganda) were very accommodating. Any question was welcomed. They have been helpful in guiding us around and giving information on the places we visited or where we were passing by. Making the best out of our safari tour. Also if we wanted to stop somewhere additional or local, they have been very accommodating. Even after the tour they also kept in reach.
Even while we had a budget arrangement, we have been happy about all of the locations we have been stayed and about the places we visited. We met a lot of wonderful people in the beautiful world East Africa has to offer.

Our experience with Ozon Light Tours was truly 10/10 from beginning to end. Everything from the booking process and communication to the actual safari was smooth, professional, and incredibly well organized.
This was our first safari, so we really did not know exactly what to expect, but the experience completely exceeded our expectations. We honestly could not have wished for a better first safari.
A huge part of what made the trip so special was our operator, Edward. He was absolutely amazing throughout the entire safari. He was professional, knowledgeable, patient, friendly, and made sure we had the best experience possible every single day. We always felt comfortable and well taken care of, and you could tell that he genuinely wanted us to have an unforgettable trip.
The safari itself was incredible and something we will remember for the rest of our lives. Everything came together perfectly, and we left feeling like we could not have chosen a better company.

Very beautifull experience
An unforgettable experience in Namibia! A huge thank you to Carien for the excellent organization of the entire safari. Everything was perfectly arranged, from the beautiful accommodations to the 4x4 vehicle and all the logistics.
We visited **Waterberg, Etosha National Park and Damaraland**, each with its own incredible landscapes and wildlife. Seeing so many animals in their natural environment and enjoying the spectacular African sunsets were truly unforgettable experiences.
Everything went smoothly from start to finish, and we came home with amazing memories. We absolutely loved the trip and highly recommend Carien and this safari to anyone wanting to discover Namibia! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Incredible 4 day safari with Rono from morning star!
The whole experience was incredible from start to finish. We visited both Lake Nakuru and the Masai Mara and managed to see all of the big 5 on our visit. Rono our tour guide was amazing, he was so knowledgeable and able to provide so much information about all of the animals we saw. He made the trip very enjoyable and would 100% recommend him as your tour guide. Some personal highlights from the trip was seeing a leopard eat a hyena and seeing a pride of male lions. All the accommodation we stayed in were in great condition, had good food, very clean and the staff were excellent. If you are looking for a tour operator I would highly recommend morning star, Joysharon organised the whole trip and communication was great throughout, and she also gave us a free upgrade for one of our accommodations which was amazing!

Perfect
Was a great experience, we felt really well the whole time. Everything was set was it was on our quote.
We got pick up on time, first hotel was comfy.
Our guide was the best, Issa had great attitude and a lot of knowledge about the safari, routes, animals and more.
Second and third night hotel staff were great, food was amazing and we felt like we were at home
Once again, we felt really great with our guide Issa, he was always on top of everything and helping us, we could see so much of the wild animals thanks to him and his knowledge

Fue una excelente experiencia. Realmente nos gusto mucho los sitios de hospedaje, en especial el camping dentro del Parque Serengueti. El personal de los hospedajes fueron muy amables, pero el guia fue el mejor, 5 estrellas para nuestro guia Isa (no estamos seguros como se escribe el nombre). Fue siempre muy amable y tiene un amplio conocimiento sobre los animales y sobre los parques. Muchas gracias de corazón a nuestro guía!

Amazing experience start to finish thanks for Joysharon & Rono
We had the best trip to Kenya via MorningStar. The booking process was made simple with Joysharon who was very happy to discuss dates and options for parks, Accomodation and activities. When we arrived in Kenya we were picked up promptly by Rono who was friendly, knowledgeable and a pleasure to spend our four days with. We first stopped at Lake Nakuru (Sopa Lodge) this was a great first park as it is a smaller which makes animal spotting easier, Rono was great at point out all the sights and was patient while we took photos and enjoyed seeing the animals. He also knew so many facts about the animals which he shared with us. Our next stop was Masai Mara where we were upgraded to the Royal Zebra within the Zebra Plains collection which was the most amazing hotel & staff we could have asked for. A pure luxury experience with only 8 lodges available, the staff went above and beyond and all of the facilities were amazing (outdoor bath & shower, pool, private sun loungers at your room and al a carte dining).
Again, Rono made our experience in Mara unforgettable. He was well connected to other guides so was able to hear about sightings and take us to see all animals. We saw the big 5 over the four days, and many many more animals. We rarely went more than 15 minutes without seeing anything and saw more lions that I could have imagined!
We also did the sunrise balloon safari experience which was fantastic.
The whole time we felt safe and well looked after. I will recommend Kenya, MorningStar and Joysharon & Rono to friends & family and would not hesitate to book again with these.
