The safari was fantastic! We saw many different animals every day, without any rush. We could set the pace according to our preferences, and Kenneth always gave us great explanations and made sure we had the best possible experience!
The end of the trip, the Bwindi Mountains, was thrilling and unique! A memory for a lifetime. We were able to see and be among gorillas, at a very close distance, always respecting the guidelines. Amazing!

All well organised, a great safari
Selected Spirit of Kenya as they seemed to be well rated on various websites.
We surely didn't regret it: the dedicated planner was very responsive and didn't mind changes.
The guide/driver (Karasha) was very experienced, calm and had plenty to tell about his countries and the animals. Car was in very good condition and kept clean in and out each day.
Visiting Masai Mara, Lake Nakuru, Amboseli was great. All the lodges were very good, and we also organised a hot air balloon ride in Masai Mara via Spirit of Kenya.
We have no issues recommending Spirit of Kenya.

Right from the booking process, communication was seamless — the staff were professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable, helping us tailor an itinerary that fit our interests and budget. Great flexible company, with a very good driver/guide
During the election situation in Tanzania our flight from the Netherlands was canceled and we needed to reschedule our safari trip.
Professional Safaris Africa was very helpfull and flexible to reschedule everything.
We had a very nice 3 day safari with Deo, our driver/guide. He was a good spotter and could also explain a lot about the animals in the safari parks. We slept at Kankari Lodge in Karuka. Fine accommodation although we did not enjoy their diner or lunch boxes much. This did not take away our enjoyment of the safari. We were lucky to see lots a male lions and elephants and other wildlife in the National Parks. Be prepared for long days in the car.

You were aslo extremely responsive and problem solver during our trip for any unexpected. We had limited small unexpected topics - like in any trip - but Julian and Aaron was inmediately available and solved it in a short period of time.
Our guide Aaron was also great! He made us discover his beautiful country with a lot of experience and eagerness to share. We did a great run!

The company was always responsive to our messages and provided us with a detailed itinerary of the experience, which was fully respected.
A great part of our satisfaction is thanks to our guide, David (King David), who made the safari truly amazing. In addition to taking great care of us every single day, he is a wonderful person — always smiling, friendly, and helpful.
If that weren’t enough, he has an incredible knowledge of African wildlife and nature, and he shared with us many interesting facts and insights about animal behavior. You could really see his passion for his job, and he always did his best to make our experience outstanding and to help us see as many animals as possible.
The accommodations were of a high standard, and we felt very comfortable in every place we stayed.

Excellent company to deal with and very quick to respond to communications
We had an excellent agent in Katelynn. She answered our pre tour emails very promptly and professionally. We had an issue while we were at Kruger and I sent an email to Katelynn explaining what had happened. By the time we went to dinner a few hours later, she had contacted the resort and sorted the matter with them to my satisfaction. The transport to and from Kruger was very good, with a very short stop to use the facilities but not much more. The service station overlooked a watering hole where we saw rhinos and ostriches, definite bonus. As well as the Kruger tours, we also had a private tour of the Panorama route, the scenery was amazing and I would highly recommend taking this trip. Our second Kruger trip was the best experience, and we saw all the Big Five, we were delighted. Our room at Kruger Adventure Lodge could best be described as mediocre and could do with some attention. However, the staff, especially Nikiwe were so friendly and the food was of a reasonable standard. Overall a trip to remember and I can highly recommend The Mzansi Experience agency.
