People Tours and Safari had organized everything. From our pickup from the airport till our drop off at the end of our trip. Emilia was coordinating everything from the office and our driver, Touhafeni, was looking after us every single moment. Helping us communicate with the locals, providing us with cool water and sodas during our long trips, informing us about what we were about to see, waiting for us to get the right photo, explaining about the history, the animals, the plants, arranging for our special culinary needs and in general he was very polite and kind.
All in all we had an excellent time in Namibia and they made it extra special for us. Definitely a travel agency to recommend.

A very good tour operator
MoAfrica arranged for our trip to Botswana at the Okavango delta. The safari lodge they booked for us (Saguni Safari Lodge) was exceptional. We had the luxury tents right on the water and spent three nights there! A must visit. However, our stay at Maun for a day was not what we expected. I would have skipped it altogether. The hotel (Crocodile) was good and clean but tired… Also we paid for a helicopter tour with a stop for drinks and MoAfrica did not communicate that with the helicopter charterer. It seems that the hotel had made the arrangement and had not understood. We discovered the misunderstanding after the ride unfortunately which had no stop and no drink.

From the moment we booked the safari the communication with Agnes was highly professional and friendly. Agnes and the team even met us at the hotel prior to leaving for the safari and wished us a great trip. Couldn't ask for better customer service.
Wilson our driver obviously had alot of experience with safaris and was a source of great information and also made us feel very comfortable and safe the whole time.
The entire experience was life changing and we will definitely be coming back to do another safari with Singe Tours

Unforgettable Experience with Kojuu Safaris

I spent four days in the Serengeti with Kojuu Safaris in October, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. Everything was perfectly organized from start to finish: communication, planning, transfers – you can immediately tell that this team are true professionals who love what they do.
The accommodations were excellent: comfortable, clean, beautifully located, and offering great service. After exciting days out on safari, they were the perfect place to relax.
A special highlight was our guide, who was simply amazing. Knowledgeable, warm, incredibly experienced, and with a real talent for finding wildlife. Thanks to him, we experienced so many unforgettable moments – we truly couldn’t have wished for a better guide.
I can wholeheartedly recommend Kojuu Safaris. This trip was a dream, and I would book with them again anytime!

Incredible safari experience
I had the most incredible experience with Plex Africa Safaris, my partner and I traveled all the way from Canada and I’m genuinely so grateful we booked with them.
From the very start, the team was super professional: they coordinated all the logistics smoothly and were quick to answer every question I had. Once we got on safari, it was honestly the best time. Our guide Omar was so knowledgeable and personable, it truly felt like hanging out with friends. Our driver was equally amazing: he was really skilled at spotting animals, and he navigated the park safely and confidently the whole time. Omar shared so many fun facts about the wildlife and made sure we were having a great experience from start to finish. We saw so many animals including lions. And our overnight stay was organized beautifully, which made the whole trip feel easy and stress-free. On day 2, we also did a boat safari and it was wonderful. Our guides Kennedy and Kassim were knowledgeable, kind, and made sure we were safe with all the hippos and crocodiles around.
Lastly, we did a Maasai Boma visit and felt really grateful they welcomed us and shared their way of living with us, it was such a special experience to be invited into their space. I'm glad we brought little gifts from Canada for the kids they were so happy to receive them.
I would 100% book with Plex Africa again and recommend them to anyone planning a safari!

Heart of Serengeti ARTS Made Our Trip Unforgettable
Contacting Heart of Serengeti ARTS was much easier compared to other companies we were in touch with while comparing safaris. We decided to stick with them because they were always fast to reply to our emails, answered all our questions with great detail, and of course, their offer was the most appealing.
Geofrey Mpina, the person in charge of our breathtaking experience, picked us up from the airport. Even though our plane was delayed by 4 hours, he was waiting for us with a big smile. We were so impressed with his English and the way he shared stories about Tanzania and its culture. He even took us to try a local dish in Arusha town, and it was absolutely delicious.
During the safari, Kennedy, our guide, was friendly, professional, and knew exactly when to share stories and when to let us enjoy the silence of the parks. His knowledge of animals, birds, and trees made each day exciting and unforgettable. Our chef, Dulla, prepared delicious vegetarian meals every day, and there was always plenty of food, wine, juice, water, and beer to enjoy.
During our 6-day camping safari, Geofrey even arranged for us to stay 2 nights in a lodge, outside of the original itinerary, and we were so grateful for that thoughtful gesture.
We will never forget this incredible experience. Ahsante sana!

Amazing
It has only been day one of my tour with MoAfrika but I wanted to give a shoutout to my transfer driver Carson. From the get go he was right on time and greeted me with a huge smile. He ensured I was comfortable (this goes a long way as a female solo traveller). It is around a three and half hour journey from the airport to Sun City but the time flew as Carson filled me in on all of his knowledge on South Africa. It was so lovely to see his passion when talking about his country. Any question I asked he was able to answer. Thank you for everything !

Hirwa Safaris has done it again! I first worked with Daphne, General Manager and Travel Designer with Hirwa, three years ago on my first trip to Rwanda, where she curated an amazing gorilla trekking experience for me.
When it was time to explore Akagera, I knew exactly who to go to.
