Oscar was very professional, courteous and informative.
We signed on for a four day safari tour through Oscar at Kale Voyage.
The first day we went to Tarangire National Park. They should probably rename it Elephant National Park as we saw so many elephants. It was a pretty great experience.
The next day we traveled to the Serengeti National Park and saw so many animals -lions, giraffes, hippos, elephants - you name it. We camped in the National Park which was something I'll never forget - looking up at a sky full of stars and listening to animals in distance as I was drifting off to sleep.
Our third day started off in the Serengeti for the morning with more animal viewing followed by an afternoon drive to the Nogorgoro National Park. We camped on the rim of Nogorgoro crater. During the night a pack of zebra and other peaceful animals came into camp and we got some of our best photos.
On the fourth day we went into the Nogorgoro crater and in my opinion this was the best park, and I think one of the most amazing places on earth!
We did the safari in a standard Toyota Land Cruiser. The vehicle was spacious, comfortable (even with 6 people) and well maintained.
All of our meals were provided and our cook did a fantastic job of cooking for all of us. We had plenty to eat and everyone was a fan of the food. Shabani, our driver, is a master at spotting animals. He was very knowledgeable and personable.
Looking back on my trip - a safari was never on my bucket list however, I can now say that was huge mistake as this was one of the best experiences of my life!

One in a lifetime experience! “Serengeti shall never die!”
Me and my friends (group of 4) did a 6 day safari with Serengeti smile and would very much recommend it! Our tour guide Simon was super helpful and nice and we were able to see so many animals and have the complete experience!! Exceeded our expectations!! We visited in December and i thought it was the perfect time because everything was getting green and you could spot a lot of animals but it wasn’t crowded at all or filled with tourists…
We dis the midrange budget safari and the accomodations were really good!! Better than the pictures! Our favorite was Tarangire Simba Lodge and the Serengeti Classic view camp!!
Would come back any time for this amazing experience!!

The eight weeks could not be better
We prepared the 8 weeks trip to Madagascar together with Matoke based on our wishes (16/9 – 10/11/25). First, we travelled 5 weeks south of Tana, in self drive mode, and afterwards 3 weeks, with driver, in the North. Matoke proposed places to stay which, after checking, were confirmed. Together we fixed the excursions and dynamics. We have travelled all our life in Africa, South America, Nepal, often linked to our work in these regions, but Matoke set the bar with our Madagascar trip so high, that our standards for the future travels will be at the top. We will most probably travel again with Matoke and we are curious if they can still put the bar higher, but if they keep up with Madagascar, they will have again very satisfied clients. In 8 weeks in a country like Madagascar (which is so beautiful and where the people’s smile is like a drug) we did not have the slightest inconvenience, something that we think is statistically impossible, but Matoke made it work. ‘Chapeau’, they say in French.

Each day offered its share of discoveries and emotions: watching buffalos, rhinos, leopards, lions, giraffes, zebras… crossing paths with a herd of elephants just a few meters away… and ending the day by admiring a breathtaking sunset. Every moment was magical and always safe.
If you dream of an authentic, responsible, well-organized, and affordable safari, I highly recommend this agency. They can turn a simple trip into an unforgettable experience. For me, this journey will remain forever etched in my memory!

Very responsive and well arranged
Serengeti Smile was very responsive since the beginning and adjusted the program according to our needs and preferences in a very efficient way, including safari in different parks and cultural visits do markets and Hadzabe and Datoga tribes. The tour went without any problems, we loved the experience and would definitely do it again. Our tour guide Simon was very kind and helpful which made our safari experience amazing and relaxed. Simon is very knowledgeable and was able to explain us many things about the animals and Tanzanian culture.

One of the best experiences ever
We made a 6 day safari through tarangire, lake manyara, Serengeti, ngorongoro and lake eyasi tribe (Hadzabe and Datoga). Honestly it was amazing. The safari itself was beautiful, we were very lucky and saw a lot of animals. Then the tribe experience was a incredible and a great complement to the safari. Our guide Simon was amazing, always ready to help us and answering all our questions. It was very nice meeting him. The communication with the company was great, everything worked well and I think the tour was very good value for price. All in all I recommend a lot serenguetti smile. Thank you

Dickson is an excellent guide
Overall the experience of the safari was great . your guide will be the make or break of your trip and Dickson made sure that he covers all the big 5s and other interesting aspects of the Masai Mara .
After the safari of 3-4 days , we as a group ended up gaining so much information about the wild life at Masai Mara

Animal doctor and excellent specialist of finding animals.
Overall, it was quite nice! Tour was so exciting, unforgettable and fruitful for us. We met so many animals including big5s, giraffes, zebras and so on. We cannot count animals we met.
Before tour, communicator Elijah responded soon according to our questions and requests. I chose this tour because of his fast reaction.
The operator Samy guided so properly that we saw many kinds of scene such as eating lions, running giraffes, fighting elephants, and sleeping cheetahs. The operator's skill was perfect. Also, he adjusted the route and schedule of the tour according our many requests including even shoppings. He taught many things to us regarding animals and Kenya with humour. I learnt many things from him.
