Kilimanjaro and Safari with Rupia Adventure.!
Rupia Adventure is a local agency, with no European intermediary, and that's exactly what we were looking for. The exchange with Jolanda was very easy, she was always available to answer all our questions quickly. Everything was very well organized from start to finish, whether for transfers or hotels.
KILIMANJARO
We climbed Kilimanjaro Machame route in 7 days. The whole team were great and caring to us from start to finish, with lots of attention throughout the stay.
The tent was very comfortable with good mattresses. The food was excellent with 3 hot meals a day, and plenty of it.
The ascent would not have been possible without our 2 extraordinary guides Laurent and Holly and without all the superb team of cooks and porters: Elisha the future guide, Omary the cook, Nyati, Issa, Cathbert, Juma, Alvin, Ibrahim and Emmanuel .
It has been a wonderful week by your side. Beyond a trek on the Golden Roof of Africa, it is a real human experience. We will not forget you. Neither yeyeeeee!
SAFARI
We made 5 days of camping safari (one day in Tarangire, 3 days in Serengeti and one day in Ngorongoro crater) with our French speaking driver guide Mustapha and our cook David.
Mustapha, a real ace at the wheel, allowed us to see many animals and observe them for as long as we wanted. We didn't expect to see so many and so close it was amazing.
The car was very comfortable, as were the tents we slept in. The campsite allowed us to be as close as possible to the animals and to hear them at night. Finally, David's meals were delicious.
We had an unforgettable experience with the Rupia Adventure team, whether for the ascent of Kilimanjaro or the Safari. We recommend them 1000%, you can go with your eyes closed and your stay will be amazing!

The best tour operator across all aspects of a safari.
I travelled to Kenya and Tanzania with my husband and teenagers to experience a safari operator by Shanjoy and our expectations were surpassed. I have done many safari's and this was the best. Right from the start Shanjoy out perform others. We communicated with Patrick and Beth many times to plan a lengthy safari and they were very responsive to our requests and communicative. Shanjoy are also very trustworthy and the recommendations that they provided were fantastic and they were not trying to lead us into arrangements that were easier for them. Overall this company if highly ethical and wants to provide a wonderful and memorable safari to its clients.
They are a company that is passionate about wildlife and Africa in general. The company is very experienced within the Safari sector and this experience is to the travellers benefit. The staff are continually visiting and appraising safari lodges and ensuring that quality is maintained over time.
One of the best elements that Shanjoy has to offer is their experienced guides. If you are travelling in Kenya I highly recommend Kim as a guide. He is the ultimate veteran and professional. He has decades of experience and when you drive into a park he engages with huge enthusiasm for all wildlife and nature. It is as if he is seeing it for the first time and as he says it each day offers something different. His knowledge about all animals, including birds is superior and he is also skilled at understanding the landscape and finding animals. He is also one of the nicest people ever.
Our guide Kim knew staff at all lodges which was very advantageous when I needed to see the lodge nurse and he had her direct number! Kim made sure that everything was in place and going well for us everyday and paid attention to all the details that made our holiday a smooth experience, and is the standard provided by Shanjoy.
After several safari's I can't recommend Shanjoy enough and would definitely use them again.

The Mt Kenya tour was great!
The tour was great! Our guides on the tour as well, and communication was good. The ride to Mt Kenya was originally with a very small public bus. If you don’t want this you should contact the tour operator upfront. And get clarity on the way back, this was unclear for us. Apart from that, we had a great experience! And the guides, porters and cook on Mt Kenya were great!

Extremely competent and understanding of everything we would need
This was the best trip of my entire life and it is all thanks to Isack at Smile With Us and Stephano our amazing safari guide. My wife and I are on this trip for our honeymoon and had the best time! We had a customized 5 day tour where we did the Serengeti, Ngorongoro, and Tarangire. Stephano made us feel so welcomed and was extremely kind and knowledgeable about the animals and Tanzanian wildlife/culture. He made sure we saw all of the big 5 and even saw 2 leopards on our first day! He is great at communicating with other guides to figure out the exact areas we should be looking for animals, and was able to teach us about every single one of them. I would highly recommend requesting him for your safari whether you are a couple, a family, or solo. As for Isack, we went the entire week staying at amazing hotels and having incredible service. From the moment we landed in Tanzania everything was handled for us. I did not pick up a bag of mine once because the service we had was so amazing.
I would recommend this trip to anyone looking to go on safari and I would choose Isack and Stephano to handle everything along the way again and again!

We had an amazing 2-night, 3-day Masai Mara safari with Josero Tours and Safaris. Judith was very helpful and responsive throughout the booking process, and she even arranged a wonderful alternative lodge when our original accommodation became unavailable. The Masai Engai Lodge exceeded our expectations. Our driver Charles was professional, knowledgeable, and always on time.
