Responsive and competitive
We had an amazing trip with Beyond the Plain Safaris! The drive to and from Nairobi was smooth, and our stay at the Mara was absolutely fantastic. Although we didn’t spot all of the Big Five, we were thrilled to see three of them!
The serene, breathtaking Savannah terrain made the experience even more memorable. Overall, it was a wonderful adventure, I just wish we had seen more game.

They were very professional.
They were very helpful and accommodating. The most important thing for me is flexibility, everything was planned and scheduled around my needs and requirements. I will most definitely recommend them.

a wildlife paradise
The Ngorongoro Crater day trip was unforgettable. The crater itself is massive and teeming with wildlife. I loved the balance of active game drives and moments to just admire the scenery. Our guide was knowledgeable and friendly, making the experience smooth and engaging. I feel so lucky to have seen rhinos, elephants, lions, and more in one place.

An Unforgettable 10-Day Adventure with Usaka Travels
We had an incredible experience with Usaka Travels, spending a total of 10 days with David and his wonderful team, including a Mt. Meru hike and a 5-day private safari. From start to finish, everything was handled with professionalism, care, and genuine warmth.
Mt. Meru Hike:
The entire hiking crew was exceptional. The guides, ranger, porters, and cook were all incredibly supportive and encouraging throughout the trek. Their teamwork and professionalism really stood out, and they made sure our whole family felt safe, motivated, and well cared for every step of the way. A special mention to the porters and cook—true unsung heroes who made the hike comfortable and enjoyable.
5-Day Safari Experience:
We did a private 5-day safari covering Tarangire, Serengeti (2 days), Ngorongoro Crater, and Lake Manyara. The itinerary was very well planned, and the accommodations at Siafu Lodge and Kenzen Lodge were excellent—comfortable, clean, and relaxing after long game drives. The food was consistently great, which was especially appreciated since we are vegetarians.
David and our safari guide/driver Douglas were phenomenal. Game drives can always be a bit hit or miss, but both guides were extremely patient and went out of their way to ensure our safari was enjoyable and memorable. They made every possible effort to help us spot all the animals and truly cared about our experience.
Overall:
The private safari was absolutely worth it, and spending so many days with the Usaka team felt like traveling with trusted friends rather than a tour company. If you’re looking for a reliable, professional, and heartfelt experience in Tanzania—whether hiking, safari, or both—I highly recommend Usaka Travels.

It was an amazing experience
It was an incredible experience. We were able to see all the animals I had dreamed of seeing since I was a child, and the service and attention the staff gave us were amazing. I truly appreciate all the logistics involved in planning the safari days and our stays at the beautiful hotels. I would definitely choose them again.

Best Guide with Local Connections
Nelson made our trip spectacular. He was very knowledgeable about all the parks and where the animals would be. In Amboseli he even timed the elephants walking path so that they walked toward our car as we reversed, even as all the other cars were behind the elephants. Nelson also knew all the local spots and took us to our favorite meal on lake Naivasha to eat fish right out of the lake. We thought Nelson was so great we added a few extra days with him during the trip and highly recommend him as a guide.

A memorable safari with a guide who listened and adapted to our family preferences.
Our Maasai Mara safari with Beyond The Plains Kenya Safaris was a really enjoyable and memorable experience for our family. From early on, our guide Boniface took time to understand what we were hoping to see and was responsive to our feedback throughout the trip. When we expressed a preference for quieter game drives and maximising wildlife sightings, he made a genuine effort to adapt the plan, while also ensuring we didn't miss out on some rare sightings, which made a noticeable difference to our overall experience.
Boniface's guiding was knowledgeable and patient, with thoughtful explanations about animal behaviour and the Mara itself, and we felt that real care was taken to help us see as much wildlife as possible. Overall, we felt it was a well-run safari with a personal touch, and one we would happily recommend to others looking for a thoughtful and responsive safari experience in the Maasai Mara.

Good management and responsible team
This was my first Kilimanjaro trek, so I was a little worried. But the SAFARI360 team has given us relief from the beginning. The guide was patient and explained everything in a simple way - how to walk during the trek, when to rest.
The use and handling of the porters was good and our luggage was carried properly. The daily route plan was clear, so there was no confusion. At last, we were able to walk safely. Overall it was a well managed Kilimanjaro trekking service.

Sereland and Saba made our Tanzania safari unforgettable – Big Five and so much more!
I spent weeks researching safari operators before choosing SereLand, and I’m so glad I did. From the very first WhatsApp message, the communication was smooth and responsive. They were upfront about pricing during peak season and helped me understand what to expect without any pushy sales tactics.
Our 8-day itinerary covered Tarangire, Serengeti, and Ngorongoro Crater. Each park offered something completely different – the massive elephant herds in Tarangire, endless plains full of wildlife in Serengeti, and the dramatic crater views in Ngorongoro.
Our guide Saba was absolutely fantastic. He had an incredible eye for spotting animals – he’d casually point out a leopard resting in a tree that I never would have noticed on my own. What impressed me most was his patience and dedication. We had a few rainy days that made game drives tricky, but Saba stayed positive and always found a way to get us to great sightings.
The highlight? Spotting a black rhino in Ngorongoro Crater. Saba knew exactly where to position the vehicle so I could get the shot with my telephoto lens. By the end of the trip, we had seen all Big Five multiple times.
If you’re a photographer, let them know – Saba understood lighting and angles, and never rushed us when we needed extra time for that perfect shot.
Highly recommend SereLand and especially Saba. Already dreaming of coming back for the great migration season!

Wonderfully organized and executed Safari!
I worked with Carolyn for about 7-8 months to plan this trip of a lifetime for our family (including the elderly in-laws, teenagers and college students). Carolyn planed the perfect safari and executed it all without a hitch. She came to the giraffe center with us on our first day, and then met us again for lunch on our last day. Simon and Isaac were our drivers. Both were phenomenal. My kids were with Isaac, but us adults had Simon. Simon ended with us and was such a pleasure to be with. He is an incredible driver as well as guide. I would recommend this company without hesitation. I can’t wait for them to plan another adventure for us in another African country!
