Edwin safaris was our first choice and it was absolutely amazing. There are not enough words to describe how amazing they are. From the very beginning, the communication was excellent and Peter answer every question of ours. Everything was perfectly organized and we felt completely safe and ready for our adventure thanks to him.
The biggest thank is going to our driver/guide Lonic. He was the most amazing person in this world. He was always taking care of us and making sure that we felt comfortable for the whole journey including the long drive between each parks but he was also constantly cheerful and positive. He had and incredible knowledge about wildlife, nature, local culture and always delivered to us interesting things to better understand not only the wildlife but also the culture of this beautiful country. It really felt like traveling with a friend who loves his country and what he does. Thanks to him, we saw so many animals and have so many experiences.
The whole safari had a wonderful atmosphere and Lonic become a part of our small group. Every day brought new experiences and memories that we will cherish for the rest of our life.
Kenya, its nature, people, culture was for us a new experience that we never had before and that we never forget how amazing this country is.

perfect solo day track
Great wildlife viewing inside arusha national park. Civet adventure safaris structured a solid solo itinerary covering both the open savannah spots and the deep forest tracks. Saw huge troops of baboons, giraffes, and beautiful birdlife near the water. Very transparent operation, no hidden vehicle fees at the gate.

WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE - WONDERFUL TEAM!!
We had an outstanding 11-day Kenya safari, visiting four locations including Samburu, the Masai Mara, and the Naboisho Conservancy. The trip was beautifully planned, very well organized, and exactly the kind of experience we hoped for.
A few things really stood out:
PLANNING WAS EXCELLENT
This was both a family and a photography-oriented safari so it was specialized. I provided the needs and wants and Dennis developed the itinerary to match.
COMMUNICATION WAS GREAT
Dennis communicated clearly, followed through on every commitment, and went above and beyond when our luggage did not arrive with us. He tracked it down and found a way to get it delivered to us, which was a huge relief.
DRIVERS - JAMES AND STEPHEN - WERE GREAT.
We had drivers arranged by the company for seven days and camp drivers for four days, and all of them were excellent. Their two drivers, James and Stephen, were knowledgeable, informative, very good drivers, and fun to be with. We enjoyed every minute with them. James and Stephen were flexible, responsive to what we wanted to do, and offered options rather than just sticking to a rigid schedule. They were also very protective of us, almost as if they were leading a family vacation. One of our favorite bits of practical safari wisdom was when they explained that the best way to find elephants was to “follow the poop.” It worked!
ANIMALS WERE ABUNDENT!
We saw everything we hoped for including Big Five and Samburu Special Five.
JEEPS WERE PERFECT
The jeeps were comfortable, had excellent open viewing, and there were only the two of us in a six-person vehicle, which made the experience feel private and relaxed.
TOOK CARE OF LITTLE THINGS
At one point, one of us hurt a knee slightly and was having a little trouble getting in and out of the jeep. James noticed without making a big deal of it and borrowed a stepping stool to make it easier. That kind of quiet attention says a lot.
NO SURPRISE COSTS
With a trip like this, you always worry a little about “extras” being added on top of the original bill. In our case, the total extras over 11 days came to only $34, and that was for an option that we chose.
PROBLEMS?
The only problem was the weather. We only had 10 days out of 11 that were great. It rained for a whole hour one day!
IN A NUTSHELL
It was a wonderful safari and a very well-run trip. Experience could not have been better. We would definitely use them again. In fact, we have already started talking about another trip.

Moja is a great value for money option for a multi day safari in Kruger NP. I had a group of 11 PAX for a 5 day itinerary and everything was respected as agreed. The park is huge so I would not recommend less then 2 full days. Definitely would come back to South Africa and do another itinerary with Moja.

We contacted Steve as soon as we arrived in Nairobi with a request for a personalised safari package. We wanted to set off the following day, and Steve managed to organise everything within an hour. He gave us several vehicle options and worked with us to create an itinerary covering the very best destinations.
We trusted Steve’s knowledge and experience, and we’re so glad we did. From the moment we were picked up, everything was taken care of, allowing us to simply relax and enjoy the adventure.
Steve also made sure we had some of the best rooms at our safari lodges. We woke up to breathtaking views of Mount Kilimanjaro in Amboseli and enjoyed a magnificent hilltop view in Tsavo East. He arranged a very comfortable pop-up Land Cruiser, which we highly recommend if you’re travelling between multiple locations.
Our driver, Fred, made the trip even more memorable. He is incredibly knowledgeable about the parks and was determined to find even the most elusive wildlife, including the shy lions. He was reliable, professional, and a great conversationalist—we shared many laughs throughout the journey. We would strongly recommend requesting Fred as your driver.
Overall, this truly was the trip of a lifetime, and we have Steve and Fred to thank for making it so special. We are incredibly grateful and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone planning a safari in Kenya.

Trip of a lifetime with the best guide
We just had the trip of a lifetime thanks to Lion King and our guide, Geofrey. We visited Tarangire, the Serengeti, Ngorongoro, and Lake Manyara, and saw every animal imaginable—some of them multiple times. Communication was excellent right from the start of planning the trip, and the accommodations were perfect as well. But our biggest thanks go to Geofrey, our guide. He is a highly experienced guide who always made us feel comfortable and safe, explained everything he could about the animals, and always answered our questions thoughtfully. He was friendly and a great companion without ever invading our privacy, and he brilliantly managed every part of this trip, which we will never forget. Asante sana!

Masai mara
Excellent safari expérience. Our guides ( samwel and tetu) were very dedicated to getting us the best experience. They went above and beyond to make sure we could see all the big 5 and other animals with amazing views every time ! They also managed to find beautiful spots for breakfast and lunch on site and always offered to take nice pictures ! They were always patient and accommodating to our needs.
