We have experienced some unfortunate things during our travels across Africa in the past and we were so blown away by how amazing you all were. The logistics even when we changed our plans with our luggage, was managed excellently. All of your staff were so friendly and helpful and on time.

And our safari guide Danford- he made our game drives so special, giving us lots of facts about the animals, searching for lions all over for us each day, even though we had spotted the big 5 on day 1!

Very good Safari experience with Brilliant Adventures. Gladys organised us a very complete route with the best guide possible, Tumaini, who explains a lot about animals and knows more than 500 birds names!!! We couldn't be more happy with him. The accomodations were what we expected, nice food, good locations and all the facilities, very clean.

Excellent experience
In December 2025, we had a wonderful, tailor-made safari experience, visiting three national parks: Tarangire, Ngorongoro, and Lake Manyara. Each of the three different locations offered a unique experience. We also managed to spot the Big Five. The organization was quick and smooth, and the accommodation (Eileen's Trees Inn) was clean and nice. Champion is an excellent tour guide, showing us many interesting things, and he is friendly and speak English well.

We had an unforgettable safari experience in Tanzania thanks to our guide, John. We traveled in late December and spent most of our time in the Serengeti and Ndutu. John is incredibly patient, professional, and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the names and behaviors of animals again and again (never getting tired of our questions), taught us simple Swahili. He proactively introduced us to local cultures and landscapes, not just wildlife. Most impressively, John somehow managed to find every animal we hoped to see -- and more. We saw so many lions that we honestly got a little tired of them by the end.
The most unforgettable day came when we got stuck in the mud in Ndutu for five hours due to bad weather. Despite the challenging situation and multiple failed rescue attempts, John remained positive, calm, and deeply attentive to our emotions the entire time, which made a huge difference for us. When rescue finally succeeded, he made sure we were taken back first, while he stayed behind with our luggage and the stuck vehicle for another two hours. We were lucky enough to continue our journey the next day, as John returned safely with everything around midnight. Turns out that the next day was the best day of the entire safari, as we had incredibly close encounters with all the big cats we wanted to see, and John managed to help us find every one of them.

Gems of Africa was always helpful and replied immediately to any questions or requests.
I added on transport to and from the lodge and this was also very good, nice to meet other people on our way there.
I could never get hold of Aquila, but Gems of Africa was always available and reliable.
Aquila lodge was lovely, and the meals were very good - we all ate way too much.
The game drives happened at exactly the times they were scheduled, and free drinks at the end of the afternoon game drives were appreciated.
Aquila could have had more giraffes. And we never got to see the elusive mountain leopards.

Over the years, he has organised several safaris for my family, all of which were seamless and memorable.
Sammy goes above and beyond to personalise each experience. On one occasion, during a hike in the Aberdare Forest, he happily adjusted our plans so we could visit my parents in a nearby village. That level of care and flexibility truly sets him apart. He feels like family and even checks in regularly to ask how my parents are doing.
My most recent trip was a half-day safari in Nairobi National Park combined with a visit to the Sheldrick Wildlife Trust to see the orphaned elephants. Sammy organised everything perfectly, saving me the hassle of dealing with the complicated ticketing systems at both locations.

Professional and Goes the Extra Mile!
Our family booked a 7-day safari with Kiliclimb from Serengeti through multiple parks to Kilimanjaro. Naite and Moses were so responsive via email and WhatsApp, and they created a custom plan for us that accommodated a lot of moving parts: special diets, an old and a young traveler, concerns about civil unrest in the country during our trip, and two people dropping out last minute. They worked with us to choose a route and accommodations that we liked best, within our budget. We were given a very detailed PDF (and packing list!) that gave us a huge sense of relief that we knew what to expect. Ombeni was our extremely knowledgeable and very friendly guide, and we are all incredibly grateful for the ways he made this an unforgettable trip for us! Not only is he an expert on the animals and parks, which we soon realized meant we were seeing EVERYTHING we wanted to see because of his expertise, but he truly went above and beyond in making this the adventure we wanted. He also had a great sense of humor, amazing camera skills, was always looking out for our safety, and gave us so much cultural insight into the country as we traveled. We honestly can’t say enough good things about Ombeni and the rest of the Kiliclimb team who helped us. (A special thanks to Ombeni and Naite for helping us navigate some TIGHT airport check-in situations!!!!!!)

A magical experience, made even more special thanks to our guide, Benjamin. Uganda exceeded all our expectations with its breathtaking landscapes, incredible wildlife, unforgettable encounters with chimpanzees and gorillas, and, above all, the warmth and hospitality of its people. The entire trip was flawlessly organized, so we didn’t have to worry about a thing and could simply enjoy every moment.

It was a fantastic trip, far exceeding all our expectations. Precise organization, first-class accommodations, maximum service, excellent guide. The standard tour was fine tuned according to our interest and request. Sedrick was very flexible, managing changes due to our flight schedule change and offered accomodation upgrades during our trip. Our guide Mubarack is the best!

Very responsive, extremely helpful - Ryan from Untamed Safaris was excellent.
We were a group of photographers and so wanted a bespoke tour using lodges used to photographers. Really helpful to have an Australian based operator. Ryan helped us to put together an excellent program visiting Amboseli and the Mara. Mara in particular was excellent using Kicheche lodges who specialise in photographic safaris. Any issue we had while on safari (and there wasn't many!), we could immediately get on WhatsApp and Ryan would have it sorted that day. Amazing service! 5 star service.
Will definately use again (once I build up the funds again!)
