We only had a transfer from the Kruger park to Johannesburg by Tiyani. It was good. The only thing is that the wifi was very spotty in the mountains, probably due to lack of cell service.

Communication before and during the trip was clear and responsive, and everything ran smoothly and reliably from start to finish. The service was excellent and the safari offered great value for money, with well-planned game drives that allowed us to see all of the Big Five and unforgettable moments like a cheetah mother teaching her cubs to hunt. We learned so much about Tanzania and thoroughly enjoyed every part of the tour.

Our safari trip with Serengeti Smile was an absolute joy from start to finish. Our guide Champion was brilliant in every way: he spotted animals from miles away and helped us find much much more than big five! His driving skills were outstanding and we enjoyed some great chases, mud sliding and uphill climbs - all done in exceptionally fun and safe way! Our lunches were prepped, packed and nicely delivered to us daily and all clean up was also done by Champion with great care for environment making sure we done leave anything behind. I can not recommend him and the company enough - we had the best time and will definitely come back again! Asanta sana!

Incredible Experience!
We had the most amazing 6 days with Serengeti Smile as a family of 5 adults. From the moment we enquired about the booking, the communication from the office staff was fantastic and they were so helpful with advice and answering our questions.
Our guide, Champion, was incredible. He took care of absolutely everything - not just spotting and finding amazing animals but making sure we were always comfortable, the Land Cruiser was super clean, and I have to mention his excellent off-road driving skills!
Our accomodations were wonderful, particularly the Southern Serengeti Migration Camp, which is owned and run by the same company. Unbelievably attentive and kind staff, who even surprised us with a birthday cake.
I would wholeheartedly recommend Smile Serengeti to absolutely everybody - a fantastic, local tour operator, who have earned every single one of their 5* reviews!

Africa Incoming was a perfect choice which I can say now after having a great trip to South Africa. The main best thing about Africa Incoming is that they listen their clients need and always goes an extra-mile to fulfill the same no matter what. The way they tailored our trip to South Africa making sure its not just a trip but much more than to cherish throughout lifetime, great experience indeed.
But this review is incomplete without mentioning the name of a great human being - Faldie Van Wyk, I dont know in what way I should explain, a brother, guide, friend. He was our chauffeur in the 2nd part of our trip for 4 days, but on my request to Africa Incoming they managed us somehow so that we are in Faldie's good hand. He is too good a person, I have never seen such a person who is so well mannered, proper knowledgeable about each and everything he is taking us to and the most important things, honest and Never say NO attitude, which completes Faldie.

We went for a trip to Jinja, organized by Afromania Tours and Travel and it was truly memorable!! Here are some of the highlights of the trip.
1. There was good communication from the time we booked the trip, the itinerary brief before departure and checking in with us during the trip; the team was very professional. The information given about the trip was clear and there was prompt response from the team.
2. I really liked the stop we made at the Jinja bridge to take pictures.
3. The road trip was enjoyable and the driver was professional and engaged us in interesting conversations.
4. We also visited the Ssezibwa falls - they are beautiful and informative. They is also a short, easy hike you can do around the falls if you have time.
5. The boat ride on Lake Victoria (through the source of the Nile) was great! and the food we ate at the restaurant was good. We also had time to take really amazing and memorable pictures.
